Ok, mir wird schwindelig. Erstaunlich, dass im deutschsprachigen Raum diesmal kaum Hype bzw auch nur Wahrnehmung für die Entwicklung im Kryptobereich. Diese Rakete will doch wohl nicht alleine fliegen?

Wann sehen wir den Euro? Ich vermute, der kann noch vor dem Jahreswechsel fallen. Die Relation zu den Altcoins fällt weit ab, von den Zuständen 2017/18, nur dass diesmal die äußeren Umstände andere sind. Weniger Hype, mehr Institutionelle und Cryptoszene wird von außen längst nicht mehr als dubios, unseriös und ohne Geschäftsmodell angesehen.

Irgendwann wird die Cryptoentwicklung aber zwangsläufig wieder bei Kleinanlegern bemerkt werden. Nur dass diese diesmal viel komfortablere Möglichkeiten haben, direkt oder indirekt zu partizipieren.

HIVE Blockchain has entered into an Agreement to buy GPU.One’s
New 50 MW Campus of Data Centres in New Brunswick

Vancouver, Canada – HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd. (TSX.V:HIVE) (OTCQX:HVBTF) (FSE: HBF) (the “Company” or “HIVE”) is excited to announce that it has entered into a non-binding, exclusive memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with GPU.One Holding Inc. (“GPU.One”) to expand HIVE’s Canadian footprint through the potential purchase of GPU Atlantic Inc. (“GPU Atlantic”).

Pursuant to the MOU, HIVE would purchase 100% of the GPU Atlantic shares (the “Proposed Transaction”).  The eventual purchase price is dependent on the negotiation of a definitive agreement, including a formal purchase agreement, and the completion of a satisfactory due diligence process.

“We are excited about this opportunity for HIVE to expand our Canadian footprint through the acquisition of this data centre campus which has access to 50 megawatts (“MW”) of low-cost green power in Grand Falls, New Brunswick,” said Frank Holmes, Interim Executive Chairman of HIVE.  Mr. Holmes added, “Further, and important to building our vision, is the GPU.One team of young, skilled and proven data centre professionals with deep high density data centre build out and maintenance experience who will take on executive positions within HIVE’s organization.”

In connection with this Proposed Transaction, the Company has retained Canaccord Genuity Corp. to act as advisor and assist with due diligence.

Habe das Gefühl einige wollen den Markt Crashs. Beim letzten Aufschwung hat dies noch wunderbar funktioniert und es kam phasenweise richtige Verkaufspraktik auf. Aktuell wäre ich mir da nicht so sicher. Deshalb hat meine Strategie auf eine Konsolidierung zu setzen auch Risiken. Der Markt ist erstaunlich robust und auch reifer geworden bei verringerter Vola.

Nachdem ETH die 500 durchbrochen hat wird die Dynamik noch zunehmen. Die Gewinnmarge von HIVE steigt hierbei überproportional.

Die Situation ist vergleichbar mit 2018. Am 22.11.18 lag der BTC bei 8.234 USD. 3 Wochen später hatte sich der BTC-Kurs mehr als verdoppelt. Der einzige Unterschied: Wir starten von einem höheren Level. Die Kryptos und der Krypto-Anstieg ist in der Medienwelt noch so gut wie überhaupt nicht angekommen. Mit dem Bruch des ATH beim BTC wird sich das schnell ändern. Und die weiter angeheizten Notenpressen zur Bekämpfung einer coronabedingten deflationären Rezession werden den Zündstoff für neue Kursübertreibungen bieten.

Bis Ende des Jahres "geht hier noch richtig die Luzie ab"!

Mein erstes Kursziel liegt daher bei HIVE auch bei 4,00 CAD...
