Der Wert ist tatsächliche ein Schnäppchen mit viel Potential. Im Moment spielt die Musik noch in anderen Bereichen und es keiner greift zu. Bei einem Euro wird der Titel dann wieder zum Geheimtipp was er bei entsprechendem Goldpreis auch dann noch ist.
Geschichte und Börsengeschichte wiederholt sich meistens. Viel Spass beim Zusehen

Apex Resources JV Partner, Acquireco, Merges With Prize Mining Corp.

Vancouver, May 2, 2017- Apex Resources Inc. ("Apex" or the "Company) (TSXV: APX announces that effective April 13, 2017 Acquireco, (1994854 Alberta Ltd.,) its joint venture partner on the Kena Project has merged with Prize Mining Corporation ("Prize") (TSXV: PRZ, a Calgary based junior mining issuer (see Prize news release of April 13, 2017). With this merger Prize will assume Acquireco's obligations regarding the Apex-Acquireco Kena Project joint venture option agreement.

Pursuant to the option agreement Prize may earn an 80% interest in Apex's Kena and Daylight Gold-Copper Properties (the "Kena Project") located in the Nelson area of British Columbia, Canada.

To exercise its option and earn its 80% interest in the Project, Prize must make annual cash and share option payments over 36 months totaling $1,250,000 and 1,500,000 shares and complete $3,000,000 in Kena Project related exploration expenditures over four years (see Apex news release of Sep 26, 2016)................

APEX RESOURCES REPORTS ASSAYS TO 63.7 G/T AU FROM PHASE 1 DRILLING ON ITS DAYLIGHT JV GOLD PROJECT, BC.

Apex Resources Inc.'s joint venture partner, Prize Mining Corp. has released final assay results from its initial drilling program on the Daylight property located in southeastern British Colombia.

Encouraging assay results have been obtained from an 18-hole drill program which tested a number of targets identified from a combination of soil geochemical anomalies, elevated surface rock sample results, geophysical indicators, historical drilling records and surface workings.

Drilling Highlights from the 2017 Program Include:

-- Hole DL17005 which intersected 63.7 grams per tonne gold over 0.9 metres at 46.4 metres depth on the Great Western zone. Above this interval, results returned 32.6 metres of 1.16 g/t gold hosted in strongly altered granodioritic rock of the Jurassic Silver King Formation ("Jsk"). This intercept includes 0.5 metres of 20.9 g/t gold, 0.79 metres of 11.6 g/t gold and 0.6 metres of 10.3 g/t gold associated with vuggy quartz-carbonate veins containing semi-massive pyrite and blebby chalcopyrite.

-- Hole DL17007 which intersected 1.09 g/t gold over 71.22 metres at 74.28 metres depth in strongly altered Jsk. This interval includes 0.5 metres of 7.36 g/t gold and 4.91 metres of 4.39 g/t gold with a 0.48 metre spike of 21.2 g/t gold associated with quartz-carbonate veining/swarms containing pyrite and chalcopyrite. Also in DL17007, is a deeper 19 metre intercept of 1.0 g/t gold intersected at 168 metres depth.

-- Hole DL17016 which intersected 5.77 g/t gold over one metre at 136.00 metres depth on the Daylight zone. The intersection occurs within a 5 metre intercept of 2.76 g/t gold from a set of quartz-carbonate veins hosted in intermediate to mafic volcanic rocks.

Feisal Somji, Prize's Chief Executive Officer, commented "These encouraging results confirm the presence of significant widths of mineralization along both the Great Western/Eastern and Victoria/Starlight/Daylight zones on the Daylight Property. We are particularly excited by the high-grade shoots located within the broad zones of gold mineralization. We are eager to start a follow up drilling program based on the results of the drill program."

Apex Resources and Margaux Resources Amend Option Agreement on the Jersey Emerald Project in Southeastern B.C.


Vancouver, BC -- March 1, 2018: Apex Resources Inc. (TSX-V: APX) ("Apex") announces that it has entered into an agreement (the "Amending Agreement") with Margaux Resources Ltd. (TSX Venture: MRL) ("Margaux") to amend the option agreement dated November 8, 2013, (the "Option Agreement"), granting Margaux an option to purchase 100% of the Jersey Emerald Property for aggregate payments totaling $4.02 million according to terms set therein.

Pursuant to the Amending Agreement, Margaux will continue to make monthly payments of $50,000 per month until December 1, 2018. Commencing January 1, 2019, monthly payments will increase to $100,000 and continue until a total of $4,020,000 has been paid to Apex.

If prior to December 1, 2018, Margaux is successful in raising an additional $1.5 million of hard dollars, Margaux will then remit $75,000 monthly until December 1, 2018. All other terms of the Option Agreement remain unchanged...........

Apex Resources Announces Exploration Plans for its High Grade Mt Anderson and Red Ridge Gold-Silver Properties, Yukon

Vancouver, BC -- March 2, 2018: Apex Resources Inc. (TSX-V: APX) ("Apex") is pleased to announce that preparations are now underway for the 2018 exploration program on its Mt. Anderson and Red Ridge gold-silver properties, located near Carcross in southwestern Yukon Territory, Canada. Exploration work will focus on several target areas where high grade gold-silver mineralization was outlined in 2017 (see news releases of Sep 21, 2017, Oct 11, 2017 and Feb1, 2018).

The 3,100 hectare, road accessible, Mt. Anderson Property is located 55 kilometres south of Whitehorse adjacent to the historic Mount Skukum gold mine. In 2017 a mapping and rock chip sampling program completed for Apex by Aurora Geosciences Ltd. of Whitehorse, YT returned assays to 67.0 g/t gold and 2,058.0 g/t silver (Oct 11, 2017 News Release). The property is host to five previously identified mineralized zones: the 47-Zone, the Adanac Zone, the Ridge Zone and the Rob and Fleming skarns. Results from 2017 rock sampling indicate the 47 and Adanac zones may represent trenched exposures of a larger mineralized trend.

A two-phase 2018 exploration program is presently planned for the Mount Anderson property. Phase 1 will involve detailed geological mapping and sampling, Induced Polarization (IP) surveying, a surface magnetometer survey and mechanized trenching. Phase 2 will comprise a diamond drilling program of 1,400 metres on 9 drill sites. Location of theses drill sites will be dependent upon the results from Phase 1.

The 1,630 hectare, road accessible, Red Ridge Property is located 45 kilometres south of Whitehorse and 16 kilometres north of the Mt. Anderson property. In 2017 assays to 22.3 g/t gold and 2,190 g/t silver were obtained from a surface sampling program (Sep 21, 2017 News Release). There are eight historic gold and silver showings on the Red Ridge Property: the Western, Miller, Saddle, Don, Vance, East, Moly and North Slope zones. A rock chip and soil geochemical sampling program completed in August by Aurora Geosciences Ltd. of Whitehorse, YT successfully confirmed and expanded a number of these historic showings.

A two-phase 2018 exploration program is presently planned for the Red Ridge Property.

A detailed report providing the details of the 2018 program is expected to be available by mid-March.............

näher und gibt investoren chance nochmals schnäppchen im markt einzusammeln, so daß
wir mit ÜBER- durchschnittl. vol. und tages- HOCH ins WE gehen konnten............

Apex Resources Targets Copper-Molybdenum along with Gold-Silver on its Red Ridge Property

Vancouver, BC - March 15, 2018: Apex Resources Inc. (TSX-V: APX) ("Apex") is pleased to announce that it has received the final report for the 2017 geological mapping and due-diligence rock sampling program on its Red Ridge property, Yukon. The program successfully confirmed the presence of lead-zinc-silver-gold and copper-molybdenum mineralization.

The 2017 results, combined with historic rock and soil values, suggest the Saddle Zone is structurally controlled, rendering this as a prime target for further exploration.

The 2017 soil sampling program revealed two proximal high gold soil anomalies located 1,200 metres west of the Saddle Zone, along the south flank of Red Ridge, indicating a newly identified target. Two kilometres west of the Saddle Zone a coincident copper and molybdenum anomaly of greater than 1.0 km in extent occurs downslope of the most pronounced limonitic staining along the Red Ridge. This gossan is interpreted as hornfelsed sediments overlying the Prospector Mountain Suite intrusion. Apex's consultants, Aurora Geoscience, suggest this copper-molybdenum anomaly indicates potential for a porphyry-style mineralized setting in the western property area.

Aurora Geoscience notes that the giant, 964 million tonne, Casino porphyry deposit is centered on a Prospector Mountain Suite intrusion, indicating this Red Ridge intrusive suite is prospective for similar mineralization. Lead-zinc-silver veins commonly occur outbound from porphyry centres. Local high-grade gold values may represent more distal "bonanza" veins.

Aurora Geoscience make the following recommendations for further exploration: an airborne magnetic/ DIGHEM and possible radiometric survey, combined with a LIDAR topographic survey;

a Phase 1 program of surface exploration focusing on further rock sampling, grid soil sampling, and geological mapping focusing on alteration assemblages and determination of mineralized settings; and a Phase 2 diamond drilling program of 1,200 metres in eight holes.

The Phase 2 targets include:
potential extensions of the Saddle Zone along a NW-SE trending lineament;
the Miller Zone;
a newly identified gold-in-soil anomaly; and
the eastern Triassic intrusion............

Apex Resources Inc. has received encouraging results from the phase 1 induced polarization (IP) survey completed on its road-accessible Mount Anderson gold-silver property, located 55 kilometres south of Whitehorse in the Yukon Territory. The IP survey has successfully delineated several chargeability and resistivity anomalies over the two-kilometre length of the survey area. The largest and strongest anomaly represents a new discovery and remains open.

The IP geophysical survey was carried out by Aurora Geoscience Ltd. of Yellowknife, NWT. The survey was designed to test a two-square-kilometre area that includes a strong multielement soil geochemical anomaly and four gold-silver showings named the 47, the Adanac, the Whirlwind Adit and the Ridge zones.

In 2017, rock grab and chip sampling returned anomalous precious and base metal values ranging from trace up to 67.5 grams per tonne gold, 2,058 g/t silver, greater than 10.0 per cent lead, 9.44 per cent zinc and 9.84 per cent copper between the 47 and Adanac zones, a distance of 500 metres (see news release dated Oct. 11, 2017).............

November 14, 2018, Vancouver, BC - Apex Resources Inc. ("Apex") (TSXV: APX) reports that Margaux Resources Ltd. ("Margaux") has transferred the Ore Hill Gold property to Apex. The Ore Hill property is located within an area clause that surrounded the Jersey-Emerald lead-zinc-tungsten property and was therefore transferred to Apex in compliance with the terms of the Jersey Property Agreement which was terminated on October 1, 2018.

The property was one of the highlights for Margaux's work in 2018. At Ore Hill, a gold soil anomaly, 1,500 m long by up to 150 m wide is known from previous exploration work. In 2017 rock samples collected within a 950 m x 150 m area by Margaux, returned high-grade gold values including 119 g/t (or 3.8 oz/ton) and 105 g/t Au (or 3.4 oz/ton).

A drill program planned for 2018 could not be completed due to forest fire conditions...........

PRIZE MINING AMENDS TERMS OF KENA GOLD PROPERTY OPTION AGREEMENT

Prize Mining Corp. has reached an agreement with Apex Resources Inc. to amend the terms of the Kena option agreement, which was entered into between the company's now wholly owned subsidiary, 1994854 Alberta Ltd., and Apex on Sept. 23, 2016, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The amending agreement to the Option Agreement (the "Amending Agreement") between 1994854 and Apex, dated June 26, 2019, extends future expenditure requirements on the Kena property and advances certain payment of monetary and share considerations in order for the Company, through 1994854, to earn an 80 percent interest in the Kena gold property located in the Kootenay Boundary region of southeastern British Columbia.

"We are appreciative of the support of Apex Resources in working with us to amend the terms of the Kena gold property option agreement" said Michael McPhie, President and CEO of Prize. "These amendments give us some additional flexibility in allocating our resources in the future and allow us to focus on activities that will give us the greatest opportunity for creating shareholder value.

With a NI 43-101 bulk tonnage gold resource of 481,000 ounces indicated and 1,318,000 ounces inferred we believe in the potential of the Kena Gold Project and are looking forward to advancing it to the next phase of exploration and development in the near term".

As of May 31, 2019, Prize has incurred expenditures totaling approximately $2.35 million on the Kena gold property and has made cash payments of $1,000,000 and issued 1,125,000 million shares since the Option Agreement was signed between the parties.

Apex has also issued 50,000 common shares to Dallas Davis for geochemical, geological and metallurgical data on its Mount Anderson property in the Yukon Territories (please refer to Apex news release of June 21, 2019). The shares were issued at a deemed price of five cents per share.

Both of these shares issuances have been approved by the TSX Venture Exchange...........

Apex Resources Inc. has provided results of a compilation of historic drill hole data from the Ore Hill gold project in southeastern British Columbia.

This review suggests that the Ore Hill property has potential for discovery of an important new style of gold mineralization within a conformable breccia zone that has been traced for 1,500 metres across the property. The study also suggests there may be potential for new reserves in the veins below the historic workings.

Highlights of the study include the following historic drill intercepts:

DDH 90-01 -- 3.05 metres at 8.09 g/t gold
DDH 90-01 -- 6.10 m at 2.91 g/t gold;
DDH 90-01 -- 0.33 m at 33.31 g/t gold;
DDH 88-01 -- 1.52 m at 4.42 g/t gold;
DDH 88-02 -- 0.46 m at 11.04 g/t gold;
DDH 89-04 -- 0.92 m at 5.59 g/t gold.

The 2,000-hectare Ore Hill property encompasses two historic gold mines, the Ore Hill mine and the adjacent Summit mine. The properties were initially staked in 1901. Production was sporadic but between 1906 and 1940, a total of 3,335 tonnes of ore were mined at a grade 34.7 g/t gold, 60.7 g/t silver, 2.82 per cent lead and 2.66 per cent zinc (BC Minfile 82FSW054 and 082FSW053).........

An exploration program is now under way on Apex Resources Inc.'s Ore Hill gold property in southeastern British Columbia. A 600 metre , Phase 1, diamond drill program is currently being carried out in order to investigate an important new style of gold mineralization along a 1,500 metre long soil anomaly.

The 2,000 hectare Ore Hill Property lies at the southern end of the historic Sheep Creek gold camp and along the eastern margin of the Jersey-Emerald lead, zinc and tungsten property. The property covers the former Ore Hill, Summit and Bonanza mines.

Historical mining on the Ore Hill property focused on narrow high grade, quartz veins. Production was 3,335 tonnes averaging 34.7 g/t gold and 60.7 g/t silver (BC Minfile Reports 82FSW054 & 082FSW053). Recent exploration shows gold mineralization also occurs within a breccia zone, up to 10 metres wide, adjacent to a north trending fault.

A large, strong gold soil anomaly traces the fault for over 1,500 metres across the Summit and Ore Hill claims.................

Schön, dass sich hier endlich mal etwas bewegt. Meiner Meinung nach ist das erst der Anfang, könnte sich natürlich auch um ein Strohfeuer handeln, aber ich bin trotzdem langfristig positiv unabhängig von der kurzfristigen Entwicklung.
Als ich den Thread öffnete schrieb ich "Morgen ein König" möglichweise hätte ich besser geschreiben "Übermorgen ein König". Meine Einstellung ist die Gleiche geblieben und meine Investiton ebenfalls.

bin hier auch schon ne zeitlang drin als zb. goldpreis noch bei schlappen
usd 1300,- oz rumkrebste - akt. bei 1540,- ....mit weiterhin pos. aussichten !!!

...und ORE HILL- proj. kann hier für ne nachhaltige wendemarke sorgen, die
uns bei knapp 15mio ausstehenden shares dann gallopierende kurssprünge bescheren

("Apex") (TSXV:APX) is pleased to report that visible gold has been observed in the initial two diamond drill holes completed at its Ore Hill gold project in southeastern British Columbia (see photos below). The presence of visible gold in drill core is considered very favorable, but does not assure potential for high laboratory assay grades.

Historical mining on the Ore Hill property focused on narrow, high grade, northeast trending quartz veins. Recent exploration shows gold mineralization also occurs along a north trending structural zone. The Ore Hill drill program is targeting this important new style of gold mineralization along a 1,500 metre long gold soil anomaly.

Four drill sites were initially selected to test the soil anomaly north of the historic Summit Gold mine. Drilling commenced September 30th but was suspended in mid-October due to un-seasonally heavy snow conditions.

The program completed 437.35 metres of drilling in two holes. The core is presently being logged and split at the company's secure core storage facility in Salmo, BC. Assays will be reported when analyses are complete in about 4 weeks...........

Das was wir erwarten wird erst eintreten wenn der gesamte Sektor anzieht (ich für meine Teil bin hier nicht für einige 100 Prozent investiert). Heute haben wir den ersten November 2019. Es startet unabhängig von Apex nun die beste Zeit für Edelmetalle bis Februar 2020. Ich bin gespannt wo wir am 1.3.2020 notieren. Werte wie dieser werden ihre maximale Dynamik, dann entfalten sobald eine Annährung an die 1900 Dollar im Goldpreis stattfindet. Das schließt eine Vervielfachung vor dem erreichen der Zone natürlich nicht aus.

schlussendlich wurde dieser turbolentee tag mit unfassbarem vol. von über 3,4mios
beendet, was einer quote von über 20% des gezeichn. grundkap. von 15mios entspricht - WAHNSINN

...dabei gings im tagesverlauf schon bis auf 43c. bevor vermehrte abgaben in zweiter
tageshälfte kurs mit ´nur noch´ einem 75%igen aufschlag bzw 0,35c ausm handel schickten.....

sich zunehmend eine kurs- erholung durch..........und läßt vermuten, daß wir den jüngsten
positiv- trend fortsetzen können...........




in CAN- boards kommen derweil erste vergleiche zur legendären AMX in 2018 heraus, die
binnen 3 monate von cad 0,07 bis auf 1,52 durchstarten konnte - schaut mal nachfolg. chart....

thx HS fürs reinstellen der bohrergeb. der ersten beiden löcher mit beachtl. 289.97 g/t
gold- vererzung allerdings nur über 0,3m bzw in 178m tiefe gelegen. da haben wohl
einige HÖHERE erwartungen gehabt und stücke spontan ausm depot geschmissen - zum teil hinein
in MEINES, denn ICH bleibe hier weiterhin opt. bzw. sehe nicht, daß ne MK von akt. cad- mios 2,2
ÜBER- zogen ist.

würde mich nicht wundern, wenn wir, analog zu gestern, auch HEUTE wieder ein intraday- reversal

APEX RESOURCES ENGAGES RENAISSANCE GEOSCIENCE SERVICES INC. TO UNDERTAKE UPDATED RESOURCE ESTIMATES FOR ITS EMERALD TUNGSTEN AND KENA GOLD PROJECTS

Apex Resources Inc. has engaged Leopold J. Lindinger, PGeo, of Renaissance Geoscience Services Inc. to prepare updated resource estimates for the East Emerald tungsten deposit on its Jersey-Emerald property and for the Kena and Gold Mountain zones on its Kena-Daylight gold property.

Both properties are located in southeastern British Columbia. Leopold Lindinger, has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry including five years as an open-pit mine geologist and grade control technician, and three years of underground gold mining experience. He is a senior associate geologist with Watts, Griffis and McOuat Ltd. he has extensive Canadian and international mining and mineral exploration experience.

The Jersey-Emerald property is located 45 kilometres south of the town of Nelson in southeastern British Columbia. The property is host to the former Emerald tungsten mine, Canada's second-largest tungsten mine, and the historic Jersey lead-zinc mine, British Columbia's second-largest lead-zinc producer. Significant zones of remnant mineralization exist in the historic tungsten workings (news release of May 23, 2007). In 2006, Apex discovered a large new tungsten deposit, the East Emerald deposit, on the property (see news release of Mar 6, 2006). Drilling in 2014 traced the deposit for 1,200 metres along strike and 200 metres in width with 74 NQ diamond drill holes. The present study will use the results of these drill holes to calculate an updated tungsten resource estimate for the property.

The updated resource estimate will also incorporate updated topography based on a 2017 LIDAR survey.

The Kena property is located 25 km north of the Jersey-Emerald property. The property is under option to Boundary Gold and Copper Mining Ltd., which may earn 80-per-cent interest in the property by completing $2.5-million in property exploration by Oct. 3, 2022. In 2004 a now historic National Instrument 43-101 technical report on Gold Mountain and Kena showed a measured and indicated resource of 381,000 ounces of gold and an additional inferred resource of 389,000 ounces of gold. This resource estimate was based on 115 drill holes and showed an average grade of 1.0 gram per tonne gold using a cut-off grade of 0.50 g/t gold (news release dated June 7, 2004). The deposits are exposed on surface and remain open along strike and at depth.

The deposits have since been expanded with 7,527 metres of NQ diamond drilling in 41 drill holes completed in 2012. The updated resource estimate will incorporate these and older drill results with updated topography based on a recent LIDAR survey.

The resource estimate program will involve site visits, drill core inspections and core sampling by Renaissance. The program will commence immediately. Preliminary reports are expected by early April..............

APEX RESOURCES ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Apex Resources Inc., subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, has closed a non-brokered private placement issuing a total of 5,769,231 units at 6.5 cents per unit for total gross proceeds of $375,000. Each unit is composed of one common share in the capital of the company and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. The warrants attached to the units are exercisable into one share of the company for a period of 12 months from the date of issue at an exercise price of 14 cents per share. The warrants are subject to an acceleration clause whereby if the volume weighted average closing price of the shares on the exchange is 20 cents or more for 21 consecutive trading days at any time subsequent to the expiry of six months from the date of issuance of the warrants, then the company will earn the right by providing notice to the warrant holders, to accelerate the expiry date of the warrants to that date which is 30 days from the date of the acceleration notice.............

APEX RESOURCES COMMENCES EXPLORATION ON ITS ORE HILL GOLD PROJECT, BC

Apex Resources Inc.'s 2020 exploration program is now under way at its Ore Hill gold property, located near Salmo in southeastern British Columbia. Exploration work will focus on the 2019 discovery zone where drilling intersected several high-grade gold zones including 289.97 g/t gold over 0.30 m in drill hole OH19-1 (see Dec 17, 2019 News Release).

The initial phase of this year's exploration program is budgeted for $200,000 and will consist of detailed geological mapping, trenching and diamond drilling in the 2019 discovery area. Reconnaissance exploration will also continue throughout the length of the 1.5 kilometre long gold in soil anomaly.

The Ore Hill property is located 45 kilometres south of the town of Nelson, BC in the historic Sheep Creek Gold District. The property contains polymetallic gold bearing quartz veins that were initially staked in 1901. Several veins have been explored with nine adits and over 1,200 metres of underground development. Between 1906 and 1940, a total of 3,335 tonnes of ore were mined at an average grade of 34.7 g/t gold and 60.7 g/t silver (BC Minfile 82FSW054 and 082FSW053). Recent exploration includes a soil geochemical sampling survey, mapping and sampling programs carried out in 2017 and 2018 ( News Release dated Nov. 14, 2018) and 500 metres of diamond drilling by Apex in 2019. These recent exploration programs demonstrated potential for widespread gold and silver mineralization along a 1,500 metre long gold in soil anomaly on the property.

Apex believes that the Ore Hill Zone represents a unique, new deposit type within the historic Sheep Creek Gold District. Located just 15 kilometers from the town of Salmo, the road accessible property has excellent infrastructure that includes a nearby skilled workforce, power and water.

The Company has contracted Critchlow Enterprises Ltd. of Salmo, BC to complete 1000 metres of diamond drilling planned for the initial program. An existing, decommissioned access road is currently being opened into the 2,000 hectare property. Mr. Bernard Augsten, P.Geo., of Nelson, BC has been contracted for the geological program and diamond drilling is expected to commence by mid-August.............
