Das management hat sich laut Ihrem normalen Option Plan options gegeben - so weit so gut - jedoch zu 0.065 Cad weit teuerer als sie hätten gemusst! der durchschnittliche Aktienkurs war viele tiefer - selbst das PP war bei 0.05.

@EpsteinResearch In case people don't read my article, (please do, and share on social media!) -- there has been over $3B in M&A in the Argentina Li brine world in past 2-3 years. POSCO announced in 1h 2022 plans to invest $4B on its Li project to initially produce 25k tonnes/yr. Li carbonate (growing to a multiple of that by 2030). Rio Tinto, Zijin Mining, Ganfeng & Lithium Americas have also made notable acquisitions. Albemarle has held a large undeveloped land position on the Antofalla Salar since 2016.
Will ALB become active in Argentina? What about Tianqi or SQM? There are dozens of companies with market caps > $100M that could acquire or partner with Portofino in Argentina. M&A in the Li Triangle could be strong again in 2023-24. Another key development, Argentina will be the proving ground for DLE technologies. Virtually every project not yet at PEA stage will use DLE instead of solar evaporation ponds. Several years ago a resource needed 500+ ppm Li (mg/Li) to be taken seriously. Now Lake Resources and Alpha Lithium are moving forward with resources grades of about 202 ppm & 270 ppm.
In western Canada, projects with sub-100 ppm Li are being touted! If 100-200-300 ppm Li is proven commercially viable -- POR has six prospects (nearly 14.6k net attributable hectares) that should be capable of hosting 250+ ppm deposits. Lithium Chile, 8 km away, has 296 ppm Li. It would only take 1 or 2 projects of a million+ tonnes LCE @ 250+ ppm to be completely game-changing.
Wow, there's a lot going on in Salta & Catamarca regarding brine lithium. Recharge Resources just paid ~C$2,800/ha for 532 ha in Salta. That would value Portofino's 14,596 (net attributable ha) at ~C40M. Things are moving fast all around $POR's prospects. I'm begging them not to sell out too cheaply.

@EpsteinResearch This could be helping move $POR shares today. in this 2 minute video clip CEO Tafel says they're talking to strategic investors and also makes cautiously optimistic comments about the Yergo dispute potentially being cleared up. The negative Yergo news cost us 4-5c in the weeks after the news. If it's resolved, I'm hoping to get some pennies back!
