Man beachte Stage One (Old consessions) und Stage Two (Litio).Hier die wichtigsten Punkte:
The updated resource estimate of 1,905,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) represents close to double the initial resource of 1,020,000 tonnes of LCE in the equivalent area (Stage One) in the 2019 Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS).
This increase in M+I Resources is in addition to the M+I Resources (2018) of 184 Kt Lithium (979 Kt LCE) in the Litio 1-6 (New Code) concessions to a depth of 200 m.
The Maricunga resource remains open at depth. A new Exploration Target between 400m-550m has been defined for further resource expansion below the Old Code Concessions, and between 200m–550m below the New Code concessions. They could potentially contain between 1.2Mt-2.1Mt of LCE1.
Consequently the bedrock in the Litio properties is expected to be deeper than in the Old Code tenements, and is expected to be significantly deeper than 400 m. The modeled/interpreted thickness of the sediments increases towards the center of the basin, reaching up to 1,500 m.

Lithium Power International’s Chief Executive Officer, Cristobal Garcia-Huidobro, commented:

Bei anderen ( gepushten ) Lithium - Werten hätte sich nach den heutigen news der Aktienkurs verdoppelt. Aber wer "unsere" LPI kennt, ist über nur plus 7 % nicht sonderlich überrascht.

Lithium Power International is doing a capital raise. BloombergPure-play lithium company Lithium Power International is raising $10.4 million to fund the ongoing development of its Maricunga Lithium Brine Project.
The company owns a 51.6 per cent interest in the mine, which is located in Chile.
Canaccord Genuity has been appointed as the lead manager, while Everblu Capital is acting as the co-manager.
The offer is priced at 26¢ per share - a 10.3 per cent discount to its last trading price.
Brokers are calling for bids by 3pm on Friday.
A 2019 definitive feasibility study by WorleyParsons of Lithium Power’s Maricunga project supported 20,000 tonnes per annum production of lithium carbonate equivalent. In 2020 it received environmental approval for the project.
Maricunga is co-owned Minera Salas Blanco. The two companies have entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Japanese consultant Mitsui & Co. It will have the rights to purchase 15,000 tonnes annually.
The funds will also go toward continued exploration at its Greenbushes site in Western Australia.
