ich konnte leider auch nicht s finden. Doch sind daran bestimmt die MM`s beteiligt, da der Umsatz wirklich noch gering ist.
Ich hoffe, dass die Zahlen am Montag der Knaller werden. Auf Ragingbull gibt es positive Stimmen.
Ich schätze, dass sie nächste Woche bei 13$ steht.

The company reported net income of $270,000, or $0.03 per common share, for the three-months ended March 31, 2000, compared to a net loss of $1.432 million, or ($0.16) per share, for the comparable period ending March 31, 1999. The company posted revenues for the quarter of $5.27 million, a 36 percent increase over revenues of $3.87 million for the same quarter a year earlier. The company also reported an operating profit of $702,000 compared to an operating loss of $1.452 million for the same period a year earlier.
In addition to announcing the highest revenues for a single quarter, CyberGuard also reported the largest bookings ($11,539,000), shipments ($6,049,000) and backlog ($6,269,000) in company history. Management attributed the record results to the continuing success of CyberGuard® KnightSTAR, its new premium appliance firewall introduced in January; the increasing need for strong security products with the rapid growth of e-commerce; and greater awareness of the vulnerability of computer networks to cyber attacks following recent highly visible hacking incidents.

Aber wenn nicht wird sich auch hier die Geduld auszahlen.
Denn bei dieser Entwicklung wird irgendwann in diesem Jahr auch dieser Schritt vollzogen werden.
Wiw auch sonst wäre es erklärbar, daß man mehr oder weniger auf ein Listing am OTC BB verzichtet, obwohl die Oraussetzungen mehr als gegeben wären.

Ich rechnete mit mehr Verlust, da Mark.-maßh.etc.viel Kosten verursachen.
Cyberguard dürfte bei freundlichem Umfeld, oder sogar auch gegen den Trend, Ende Mai bei 17-20$ stehen.

Sorry für die Verspätung, war ab Mitte letzter Woche in Urlaub.
War heute morgen als ich mir die Kurse ansah doch ein bißchen enttäuscht, daß es tendenziell eher wirder gen Süden geht und wir uns nicht um die 9-10 $ eingependelt haben.
Vielleicht gab`s ja Di. im CC auch ernüchternde Meldungen/Aussagen??

Soweit ich informiert bin wäre schon derzeit ein listing am OTC BB
möglich, aber würde sicherlich ein Relisting am Nasdaq small cap eher verschleppen.
Daher denke ich, daß die (hoffentlich) wenigen Wochen/Monate bis dahin eben bei den pinks rumgebracht werden.
Nochmal: Soweit ich informiert bin hat CYBG alle SEC Kriterien für ein Relisting erfüllt und von diesem Punkt aus dauert es einfach noch einige Monate bis es zur endgültigen Aufnahme am Nasdaq kommt!
Also Geduld ist eben angesagt und die haben wir ja eh` im letzten Jahr schon bewiesen.

Ich funde das schon witzig, JEDER sagt nun, dass amn Werte nehmen soll, die nur noch SCHWARZE ZAHLEN
vorweisen können und Cyberguard hat sie. Naja wichtig ist der Marktwechsel, hoffentlich Nasdaq small cap.
