Hallo,

ich möchte hier die Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. vorstellen.

Hätte ich vielleicht schon ein paar Tage früher tun sollen. Ist nämlich bereits schön gestiegen. Ich glaube aber, das sollte noch nicht das Ende der Fahnenstange sein )im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes).

Wie man sehen kann hatte Edgewater sschon seine runs in der Vergangenheit. Ich denke dieses Mal sollte es weiter gehen.

Ich habe YFI schon länger auf der watchlist. Bisher wurde immer mal wieder von (Gross)Kunden gesprochen - F 500 - aber es tat sich nichts. Daher auch immer wieder die Kursrückgänge.

Das könnte dieses Mal anders sein.

ich habe YFI immer direkt in Canada verfolgt.
Habe mich dann jetzt aber dennoch gewundert, dass es keinen thread auf w:o gibt.
Aber vielleicht auch ganz gut so - es gäbe vermutlich einige long term bagholder.

Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. (TSX-V: YFI) (the " Company " ) announces a fully committed, non-brokered Private Placement. The private placement consists of 1,666,666 units of the Company (each a "Unit") at a price of $0.60 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,000,000 (the "Offering ").

Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.75 per share for a period of 2 years following the closing date of the Offering. The Offering is not subject to any minimum aggregate subscription.

The Company will make the Offering available to subscribers in all provinces of Canada by way of private placement to selected accredited investors and/or to qualified institutional investors and outside of Canada and the United States on a private placement or equivalent basis.

Hallo praesens,

Die Aktie ist nach dem Hoch Anfang Dezember nun dabei sich zwischen 0,35 und 0,4 einzupendeln. Hast du aktuelle Informationen ob hier noch etwas in der Pipeline ist?

Der Sprung heute von knapp 10% geht wohl auf die aktuelle News zurück - siehe unten.
Langfristig stellt sich mir jedoch die Frage, ob sich der Kurs nicht eher im aktuellen Bereich einpendeln wird mit Ausschlägen nach oben und unten.

ja, das Ding ist ein bisschen schwierig.
Gerüchteweise ein deal mit einem big player. Aber ... nur gerüchteweise.
Ich kannte schon andere Gerüchte, die waren mehr unterfüttert.
Was Nichts heißen muß.
Aber man muß schon sagen, daß es aktuell "sicherere" Anstiegsszenarien bei anderen Werten gibt.
