Als MGC Aktionär sollte man die Pressemitteilung vom 10. September 2020 genau durchlesen. Diese Art von Finanzierungen sind in Nordamerika bekannt berüchtigt und sind sehr gefährlich für uns normale Investoren.

-Costs of additional CimetrA™ dosing trials in USA and Russia to comply with FDA prerequisites for approval, and CannEpil® clinical trials in the US with US Distribution partner AMC Holdings Inc.;
-General working capital.
Damit man auch mal weiß für was die Kapitalerhöhung war!

bin ja mal gespannt wie der Kurs darauf reagiert. 5,5 Mio Pfund von institutional investors in der Tasche hat schon was, aber die Verwässerung ist natürlich auch nicht klein.
