"EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Through its wholly owned subsidiary, United Materials Congo SARL (“UNITED MATERIALS” or “UMC”), Tantalex is the owner of several important land packages rich in Tantalum deposits, located in the province of Katanga, DRC. Through strategic agreements with experienced and reputable sub-contractors, Tantalex receives in exclusivity the entirety of the Tantalum Pentoxide concentrate (Ta205) produced by these sub-contractors. The Company then proceeds to the processing and/or sale of the mineral to clients in industries fuelled large demand of such minerals.
Agreement with La Cooperative Minière LUBI (“CML”)
Tantalex announced June 30, 2016 that CML will become a sub-contractor to UMC, and as such, will supply UMC exclusively to the entirety of the Ta205 it produces. This is an important and symbolic agreement, as CML has a longstanding reputation and extensive experience mining Tantalum. It is one of the largest cooperatives in the region, employing several thousand employees. Furthermore, the signing of this agreement establishes Tantalex as a trustworthy, and credible partner, as well as the preferred company to do business with."

"From press releases about two years ago right before they got the leases beside AVZ, they where producing tantalum and had 1,400 kg sitting in there warehouse . I’ll dig it up for ya .....
only a month or do before they obtained the leases and the tantalum is never spoken of again........
and i I asked AVZ promoter micheal Langford about this and he confirmed TTX is producing low cost tantalum already. Believe through there subsidiary company ...."

they could have lots of cobalt if things go good.
the could easily buy crushers and more equipment, build a make shift plant ... as I believe there already producing tantalum and have tons of it in there warehouse...... but management will fart on holders and keep in the dark.
so it looks better then TTX @ these levels.
The cobalt lease that tantalex has I think is a hidden gem, it’s right beside glen cores muni mine which produces 40% of the worlds cobalt. You can legit through a stone from the mumi mine and land on TTX’s lease.
The congo is just sketchy atm. And legit Chinese or management can control this stock pretty easy with an algorithm....
they can take it up down at anytime . Management owns over 40% of float Chinese own at least 25% with over 65% of the float being controlled by them they can do whatever they want with the price. Being kept at this level on purpose...
when the two companies combine you will most likely see a spike, but you will also have half your shares
