Hallo, an alle eventuell Interessierten...

Habe um 2006 herum Aktien des Explorers "Cascade Energy/CSCE" gekauft und wie das bei Explorern dann mal so ist, ging es irgendwann schlagartig bergab.

Habe damals den Ausstieg verpasst und saß über Jahre auf dem "Schrott" in meinem Depot.

Wußte aber, das die Hülle interessant bleibt, da noch hohe Steuergutschriften auf dem Titel lagen.

Lange Geschicht, kurzes Statement:

Im letzten Jahr hat ein findiger Amerika-Chinese dem ganzen wieder Leben eingehaucht mit einer Dienstleistungsfirma für die Mariuhana-Industrie (Vermarktung/Gestellung von Arbeitskräfte/etc.).

Also: keine Produktion, sondern nur das drumherum....!!!

Schlug ein wie eine Bombe, als es erste Vorverträge mit Produzenten in Kalifornien gab und nun marschiert der Titel los.

Vielleicht gibt es ja den ein oder anderen "Geschädigten" mit langem Atem wie mich, der hier über das kommende unverhoffte Glück mitdiskutieren möchte.

ich hatte mal cascade energy und irgend wann sah ich in mein depot diesen name und heute sehe ich 2 dollar kurs dachte mein bank spinnt dan sah ich kurs bei 3,50 , hab ich verkauf order angegeben mit 1000st auf die 3 bin sofort bedient worden bei 4,47 , mein gott das ist nicht nomal die dinger habe ich über jahre schon tot in meinen depot

Hallo,

mir geht es genau so, bin total aus dem Häuschen!!! Die Cascade Aktien hatte ich schon abgeschrieben, und heute plötzlich standen sie auf 0,60 Dollar in meinem Depot, Wert vom 29.12.17 und hießen Cannabis Strategic.
Ich dachte auch erst an einen Fehler von der Bank. So viel Glück kann man doch nicht haben, oder doch? Leider werden die Aktien in Deutschland nicht mehr gehandelt, darum kann ich online nicht verkaufen. Werde gleich morgen bei der Comdirect anrufen, was ich machen muss, um sie zu Geld zu machen. Habe 9000 Stück davon und zwischendurch waren sie schon auf 7,13 Dollar

Wenn das geht werde ich mal 6000 Stk. verkaufen und den Rest laufen lassen. Eigentlich müssten die ja Steuerfrei sein weil ich sie schon seit 2007 habe.
Oh,oh....hab grad mein Archiv durch geblättert, ursprünglich hatte ich mal 360.000 Stück davon.....
Aber natürlich freu ich mich riiiiesig über meine noch verbliebenen 9000 Stück

Freut mich für dich ich habe ca 7500st das ist das reinste Wahnsinn, hoffe du kannst es verkaufen das machen viele Banken nicht mehr , Gott sei dank hab ich vor ein Jahr gewechselt weil ich eine Aktie habe die nur am pinkshit gehandelt wird und ich müsste sie irgend wann los werden was ich auch getan habe zum Glück könnte ich heute verkaufen ohne Probleme

Da meine Ex-Cascade auch schon ewig liegen und eigentlich längst abgeschrieben sind, lasse ich die einfach liegen bis sie wieder normal handelbar sind.
Derzeit geht das wohl nur über Weisungsorder.

Es ist derzeit bei NUGS wie mit Gandalfs Aussage im Teil 2 von Herr der Ringe, als er nachts auf den Zinnen von Helms Klam steht und von der großen Stille vor der Schlacht spricht.

Genauso ist es hier. Es wird versucht, die letzten zittrigen Hände rauszuschütteln und mit den nächsten Nachrichten beginnt der Sturm/Run auf die 10 US-Dollar.

Gelassen bleiben...ich komme z.B. bei der Postbank eh nicht an den OTC-Handel.

Ja, scheint gut möglich.

Deutet auf eine gewollte, solide Geschäftstätigkeit hin.

Ich würde unter diesen Aspekten auch weiterhin überlegen, ob ich den Wert wirklich abgebe, wenn es z.B. über Stuttgart,etc.. möglich wird.

Hallo,

ich hab die Cannabis Strategic vor 14 Tagen über ihre Homepage angeschrieben, ob sie in nächster Zeit vorhaben, ihre Aktien auch in Deutschland anzubieten. Leider habe ich keine Antwort bekommen.

Ich werde meinen Bestand trotzdem noch länger halten. Wunschkurs ist 10 Euro/ Stk.
Ich hatte sie ohnehin schon abgeschrieben, da kann ich jetzt auch auf Risiko gehen.
Und seit ihrer letzten News von dem Audit sind sie ja schon wieder am klettern. Ich hoffe das hält noch laaaange an.

Du suchst den Grund für den Anstieg in den letzten Tagen (betrifft nicht nur NUGS..) :

Heute wird der kanadische Senat aller Voraussicht nach ein Gesetz verabschieden, das den Verkauf von Cannabis in ganz Kanada freigibt und nicht mehr auf die therapeutische Nutzung beschränkt. Das Unterhaus muss dann noch über einige Zusätze zum Gesetz abstimmen, um eines der größeren politischen Ziele der Regierung des Ministerpräsidenten Justin Trudeaus zu verwirklichen: Die Legalisierung von Marihuana für den ganz gewöhnlichen Konsum.

trotzdem das rechtfertigt nicht 800mio dollar bewertung
irgend was stimmt nicht mit den os zahl , das vollumen an der börse ist viel zu niedrig für so aktien zahlen, ich denke die meisten aktien haben noch aktionäre von cascade die nicht handeln damit können und welche die noch garnicht wissen was los ist, und welche die das aus ihrem depot entfernt haben
anders kann ich mir garnicht vorstellen

Forsche du doch bitte mal für die letztendliche Klärung.

Alle NUGS-Interessierten wären dir dankbar.

Dass bei dem derzeitigen Geschäftsmodell keine 988.000.000 Aktien mit einer Bewertung von 2,96$ pro Share vorhanden (oder besser gesagt: ausgegeben) sein können, sollte jedem einleuchten.

Aber du wirst das ja für uns bis in´s Detail aufbröseln. Danke im voraus.

Also: Baut Cannabis Strategic Ventures selbst Cannabis an oder finanzieren sie den Anbau anderer???

Ganz aktuelle News Ich habe gerade mit dem Hanfverband gesprochen und mit meiner Bank Consors. Fast alle deutschen Banken arbeiten mit Clearstream Luxemburg zusammen. Es wird momentan geprüft in wie weit die Depots ausgelagert werden können. Consors dann nicht mehr über Luxemburg sondern die Consorsbank Kanada in Kanada lagernd als Beispiel. Telefonat Deutscher Hanfverband. in der nächsten halben Std. gibt es einen einen neuen Artikel, auch mit Reaktionen von der Deutschen Börse. Der Hanfverband hat mir noch folgendes mitgeteilt. Kleinere Börsen in Deutschland wie die Hamburger Börse unterliegt komplett dem deutschen Recht, so wie ich verstanden habe auch nicht mit Clearstream Luxemburg zusammen arbeiten. Der deutsche Hanfverband geht weiterhin davon aus das es weiter möglich sein wird in Deutschland mit Cannabisaktien zu handeln, dann halt nicht mehr über die grossen Börsen wie Frankfurt, sondern über Kleinere, die die Aktien selber lagern. Bitte auch selber bei Euren Brokern/ Banken anrufen. Gerne auch Tipps welche US bzw. kanadischen Banken günstig sind bei Trading bzw. Depotverlagerungen. Bitte die Nachricht kopieren und über andere Foren verbreiten. Oh doch, diese Aktien stehen sehr wohl auf der schwarzen Clearstream Liste (Updated as at 30 July 2018). Aber etwas weiter unten. Werde wohl diese Woche noch bei der Comdirect anrufen müssen, ob ein Lagestellenwechsel möglich ist. Ich möchte ja gar nicht zukaufen, ich möchte diese Aktien nur etwas länger halten, und erst später verkaufen.
