Bei einem Verkauf darf man dann den gesamten Aktienwert und nicht nur einen etwaigen Gewinn versteuern, nur weil mir die BIW Bank aus einem Split Off fälschlicherweise einen Spin Off macht.

Nach den Veröffentlichungen der Fa. Liberty handelte es sich keinesfalls um einen Spin off, es war ein Split off. ( siehe PDF Anlage 1)
Zusätzlich hat auch Liberty investor relations dieses nochmals persönlich bestätigt ( siehe weiter unten).
Danach erhält" a third-party designee", die alte Liberty diese Aktien, diese werden also nicht lediglich an clearstrem zurückgegeben und vom Kundenbestand abgebucht, sondern einer dritten Partei zugebucht.
Das ist auch bei einem Split off üblich, siehe hierzu diese Darstellung:
Es handelt sich daher nicht um eine Ausschüttung wie bei einem Spin off, es ist ein entgeltliches Austauschgeschäft.
denn ich habe eine Gegenleistung ein Höhe meines ursprünglichen Kaufpreises erbracht! Dieses wird steuerlich zu berücksichtigen sein.

heute kam bei mir die Steuermitteilung von comdirect.
Tatsächlich wurde der volle Bestand besteuert. Das heißt, die alten Aktien werden als wertlose und steuerlich irrelevante Ausbuchung betrachtet. Die neuen hingegen als steuerpflichtige Sachausschüttung. Mit dem Ergebnis, dass mein steuerrelevanter Einstandskurs plötzlich null Euro beträgt und ich den vollen Bestand versteuern muss. Noch dazu wird der Steuerbetrag rückwirkend mit Valuta 1.2. vom Konto abgezogen, wodurch nochmal Überziehungszinsen anfallen.

Wie sieht das bei euch aus? Was sagen die Banken? Comdirect hat mir gesagt, man könne nichts machen. Die Sache ist so com Finanzministerium vorgegeben und weder sie noch ich können da etwas gegen tun... (Komme mir vor wie im Film Brazil, wo ein falsch getippter Name die irrsinnigsten Folgen hat...)

Im Prinzip ist diese steuerliche Behandlung ein Diebstahl. Mit einem Trick holt der Staat sich Steuern auf einen nicht vorhandenen "Gewinn".
