Juni 2018 Greg McLeish of Mackie Research $2.50 target price

Cannabis sleep-aid market with Dream Water Brand

Harvest One Acquires Delivra to Strengthen Its Medical and Wellness Division

      https://www.harvestone.com/news/2019/index.php?content_id=14…

Yea, BUT there is an 'acceleration clause' with the HVT. WT, meaning once the stock price hit $1.64 and stays above that level for 10 consecutive days, the hvt.wt are going to be called in!!!! Soon as everyone realizes that, they're gonna jump ship to hvt.wt.a that has a higher strike and shorter maturity but trades at 6c vs. 44c on the WT. warrant. Look at VFF, it went from $4 to $22 in no time, I'm not comparing businesses, but what I'm comparing is the effect of positive news on the SP and the momentum it creates with trigger happy retail investors ready to dump loads and loads of cash in the space still yet. So, if momentum is our friend and positive news continue to flow in, we'll be at $3 in no time and those wt.a are gonna 10x while the regular warrants are gonna 4x at best

With old target of $2.50 were we going with new News !! $$$$
Cannabis company Harvest One (TSXV:HVT) has acquired sleep aid brand Dream Water for $34.5 million, a move which will give Harvest One a well-established brand presence, says Greg McLeish of Mackie Research. In a client update on Friday, the analyst reiterated his Buy recommendation and $2.50 target price for HVT. On May 30, BC-based Harvest One announced the acquisition of Dream Water, which markets single-serving 2.5oz liquid shots containing sleep agents melatonin, GABA and 5-HTP. Harvest One intends to expand the Dream Water brand into the cannabis space to produce CBD-based and/or full-spectrum hemp-based products, says McLeish, who argues that the acquisition positions Harvest One as a global first mover in the cannabis sleep-aid market. Dream Water has a well-established brand presence in the sleep aid market and this acquisition adds a ready-made consumer goods marketing, distribution and product development division to Harvest One, says McLeish. Following this acquisition Harvest One will have a cash position of approximately $62 million and zero debt. This strong cash position will will allow management to continue with its capital expansion plans, pursue strategic acquisitions, and address potential working capital requirements, he says. The company also recently announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, United Greeneries, has entered into a lease agreement for a lower BC mainland site for the production of cannabis. The entire facility is comprised of over 59,000 sq. ft., with management saying that it will be able to meet or exceed its capacity target of 8,000 kg per year. The analysts valuation relies on a 12x EV/EBITDA multiple of his 2020 estimate which is then discounted using a 15 per cent discount rate. The $2.50 target represents a 194.1 per cent projected return at the time of publication.

ORIGINAL: Harvest One Acquires Majority Interest in Greenbelt Greenhouse

      2019-04-01 08:00 ET - News Release

Greenhouse Grow Facility Will Provide Extract Capabilities for Branded Products

TORONTO, April 1, 2019 /PRNewswire/ - Harvest One Cannabis Inc. (TSXV: HVT, OTCQX: HRVOF – "Harvest One") is pleased to announce today that it has acquired an initial 52% interest in Greenbelt Greenhouse Ltd. ("Greenbelt"), an Ontario private company located in Hamilton, Ontario (herein, the "Transaction").

This strategic acquisition will supply Harvest One with high quality greenhouse grown cannabis from Greenbelt's 152,000 sq. ft. facility which will primarily be dedicated to Harvest One's expanding cannabis-infused health, wellness, and self-care products under the Dream Water and Satipharm brands, and expanding products resulting from the recently announced acquisition of Delivra, following the closing of that transaction. The Transaction ensures that Harvest One remains a vertically integrated house of brands by controlling the production of cannabis through cultivation and extraction, and ultimately to packaged good for consumers.

In addition to the greenhouse, the Greenbelt facility also has a 42,000 sq. ft. headhouse which is an ideal location for future extraction and processing capabilities. Greenbelt has an application pending with Health Canada for a standard cultivation license and a standard processor license under the Cannabis Regulations.

      Strategic Rationale

Harvest One will now control significant production to supply new infused formulations of existing brands already controlled by the company.
Harvest One secures a location to build out extraction capabilities for its infused products.
The Transaction ensures good value for shareholders and provides economical access to a potential 15,000 kgs. or more of flower per year, once licensed.
Offtake agreement ensures access to additional supply without further significant capital investment.

"We are excited to acquire a majority interest in Greenbelt which significantly increases Harvest One's cannabis supply, as we continue our formulations on cannabinoid infused health, wellness, and self-care products across our house of brands" said Grant Froese, CEO of Harvest One. "In addition to the exceptional greenhouse facility, this acquisition also gives Harvest One space to build out its own extraction capabilities upon licensing which fulfills our goal of vertical integration from cultivation, to processing, extraction and, ultimately, premium infused products."

Ian Adamson, President of Greenbelt commented, "We are delighted to be partnering with Harvest One and look forward to completing the final retrofit of our greenhouse facility and securing our licensing approvals from Health Canada. With Harvest One's expanding portfolio of brands and their experience in licensing, coupled with our larger grow facility and space for extraction, we see tremendous upside for Greenbelt, its shareholders, and its professional team of operators, as we work together to provide cannabis and cannabis infused products that consumers will come to know and trust."

      TERMS OF THE TRANSACTION

In connection with the Transaction, Harvest One entered into a securities purchase agreement dated March 29, 2019, with Greenbelt pursuant to which Harvest One acquired $3,250,000 of treasury common shares of Greenbelt (the "Treasury Shares"). In addition, pursuant to a share purchase agreement dated March 29, 2019, between Harvest One and certain existing shareholders of Greenbelt, Harvest One acquired additional common shares of Greenbelt (the "Shareholder Shares"), giving Harvest One an aggregate 52% controlling interest in Greenbelt. In consideration for the Shareholder Shares, Harvest One issued 3,521,600 common shares (each share being issued at $0.923 per Harvest One share based on Harvest One's 30-day VWAP ending two days prior to the closing of the transaction), representing approximately 1.9% of the issued and outstanding shares of Harvest One (on a non-diluted basis).

Contemporaneous with Harvest One's investment, Greenbelt raised an additional $1,000,000 of equity from outside investors. The proceeds from Harvest One's investment ($3,250,000) and from the outside investors ($1,000,000) has been used to retire indebtedness in full owing to existing lenders to Greenbelt and to payout certain equipment leases, with the balance of proceeds being used for working capital purposes. After completion of the Transaction, Harvest One now holds 52% of the outstanding shares of Greenbelt. In limited circumstances, Harvest One's interest may be diluted down to 50.1%.

In addition to the foregoing, Harvest One entered into a loan facility agreement with Greenbelt dated March 29, 2019, pursuant to which Harvest One has agreed to provide a secured bridge loan facility to Greenbelt - in an amount of up to $3,500,000 bearing interest of 4.5% over a 1-year term - pursuant to which Greenbelt may draw down funds for the purpose of completing the planned retrofit of Greenbelt's greenhouse facility.

In connection with the Transaction, Harvest One's wholly-owned subsidiary, United Greeneries Ltd. ("United Greeneries") and Greenbelt have also entered into an offtake agreement dated March 29, 2019, pursuant to which United Greeneries will be entitled to purchase a minimum of 50% of the offtake from Greenbelt's harvest production following Greenbelt's licensing. The offtake agreement is perpetual in nature and provides United Greeneries with agreed minimum volumes at preferential pricing for the first five years of production and, thereafter, at the then current market rates.

The Transaction is subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Harvest share price will start rising, given the fact that in this transaction, Harvest One issued 3,521,600 common shares (each share being issued at $0.923 per Harvest One share based on Harvest One's 30-day VWAP ending two days prior to the closing of the transaction), representing approximately 1.9% of the issued and outstanding shares of Harvest One (on a non-diluted basis).

Incredible strength at this price. I feel the price/share will higher now. More, the Greenbelt facility in Hamilton is 152,000 sq. plus a 42,000 sq. ft. headhouse dedicated for Harvest One's cannabis products. This is a HUGE Facility and a Gateway to Ontario and US, purhaps the largest cannabis users in Canada.

HVT is READY TO TAKE OFF - Very nice Cup and Handle formation in the making.

      Erfolgreiche Investments
      wünscht Ihnen

ORIGINAL: Harvest One Ensures Cannabis Supply with Greenbelt Acquisition-- CFN Media

      2019-04-09 08:30 ET - News Release

SEATTLE, April 09, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE – CFN Media Group (“CFN Media”), the leading agency and financial media network dedicated to the North American cannabis industry, announces publication of an article discussing Harvest One Cannabis Inc. (TSX-V: HVT) (OTCQX: HRVOF), and its most recent acquisition.

Vertical integration has become kind of a buzzword in the cannabis industry over the last few years. Many companies claim it as a goal, with the intent of controlling the whole supply chain for their products from seed-to-sale. Getting to that level of control can prove difficult, however, as the resources, equipment, and expertise required are vast in order to achieve full integration at scale.

Harvest One Cannabis Inc. (TSX-V: HVT) (OTCQX: HRVOF) recently announced the acquisition of a majority interest in a 152,000 sq. ft. greenhouse operation in Ontario. Greenbelt Greenhouse is in the late stages of its Health Canada application process, and the marriage of the two companies should only help speed that along. The acquisition complements Harvest One’s existing production facilities and expansions planned for 2019, ensuring adequate supply of both premium cannabis flower as well as raw material for extracted and derived products intended for medical, nutraceutical, and recreational markets. The deal marks a major step toward full integration as Harvest One executes its plan to sell its existing cannabis brands across the world.

Diverse Production Capacity to Meet Variety of Needs

Harvest One is not trying to become the largest scale producer, or anything close to that. Instead, the company is strategically building diverse production assets to meet the different needs of its medical, recreational, and nutraceutical product lines. The company’s flagship production facility, the indoor United Greeneries operation on Vancouver Island, is largely responsible for providing premium BC craft cannabis for both medical and recreational use. The company has two established premium brands, Royal High and Captains Choice, and has supply agreements with British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario and most recently Shoppers Drug Mart, Canada's largest pharmacy chain.

United Greeneries also has an indoor facility in Saskatchewan under construction, currently in the late stages of the Health Canada licensing process. Called the Lucky Lake Facility, it sits on 18 acres of wholly-owned land in the middle of a prolific Canadian hemp growing region. The initial focus is on licensing the building for cultivation, adding significantly to the company’s overall production capacity. Down the road, should there be a need, Harvest One is considering the possibility of a hemp farm on their current property and surrounding lands. Should this occur, it would turn into a crucial supply center for the company’s existing and future CBD-derived wellness and nutraceutical products.

The latest acquisition, a 52% interest in the 152,000 sf Greenbelt Greenhouse operation in Ontario, is interesting not only for its cultivation capacity but for its location and processing/extraction potential. Harvest One is earmarking its share of the cannabis grown here to supply cannabis-infused products under its entire house of brands including Satipharm and Dream Water. The company is also in the process of acquiring Delivra Corp., makers and distributors of LivRelief™ branded topicals and creams designed to help control pain.

As of now, Harvest One has an extraction and product development agreement with Valens GroWorks. The company is eyeing the conversion of a separate 42,000 sf building on the Greenbelt property into a processing and extraction facility, a move that would bring those functions in-house and allow Harvest One to achieve total vertical integration. An additional feature of the Ontario location is, well, its location. Ontario is home to nearly 40% of Canadians and is fairly centrally located, making it a perfect fit for both domestic and international distribution.

Some Estimations on Projected Revenue and Potential for HVT!
      HARVEST ONE
-Delivra 8-10m from Regular product sales
      Dream Water- 20m
      united greeneries-14m
      lucky lake-6m
edibles, concentrates, vape pens, dream water cbd=15m
Potential for Dream Water Cbd products + Delivra Products In USA to be around 15-25m
      Buying other peoples Products 15m
Okanagan Outdoor grow if they did 50 acres do 15-20000kgs at $4 a gram=$60-80m
      Satipharm Gel pell capsules=2-4m
Satipharm Shopper drug mart contract 2-5m
      Burb-4-5m for the year x 0.2=1-1.25m
      150m potential.

Medium potential estimates for 2019 is 115m, with high Potential of 200m. Low Potential of 35m.

Know if I want to scale it back, lets say 15m -20m for Cannabis flower, then 2-5m for Satipharm shoppers contract, 1-2m for satipharm gel capsules, 7-15m for dream water across all Krogers+ Walmart USA, + All the stores in Canada. Delivra products in 2019+ Cbd+ thc products for Legalization 2.0=10-20m. Lowest Ball Case 35m for 2019.

Know the Delivra products have an insane Profit Margin of 70%, and will be awesome in legalization 2.0, there also working on Veterinary products, and a host of other Patents in the works. Delivra was an Awesome Aquisition!! 22m right know for 5m Revenues a year at 70% profit margins. Know for all we know there working on moving those Products Across USA as well as Europe with Cbd as well. That would be amazing!

They are working on being a 200- 1/2billion in sales a year Company folks. With a Profitable Cash Flow basis of 10-75m a year. Know If they did 398 acres in Okanagan and grew one Harvest they could grow over 100000kg at $3-4 a gram thats 300-400m a year, I highly doubt that will happen, but they have a 398 acre Land package they could use.

So If They used up all the Potential and grew that outdoor harvest that would be a ton of Product. I doubt they do that, cause its a lot of work to turn it all into CPG Products, and there not set up to handle that volume, but 2020 very likely. on top of that Greenhouse and Extraction greenhouse they intend too use that they just aquired could add another 20000kg of scale, and then Extraction $. So that facility could turn out to earn revenues of 40-100m+.

Grant Froese is the best Thing that Happened to Harvest, and I got in at the right time, and its still early. This Company is getting there warrants accelerated before Summer is my bet, that needs the share price too hit around $1.75+ vwap for 10days and they get there 9m if all warrants are excercised. Then after its going too shoot too $2.5-3 is my guess and the warrants at 2.3 some will excercise them early to funnel $ into the till before Feb 2020.

Thats my vision for where this company is heading.

Dream Water alone makes us more valued

than current share price. Wow 30000 now going into Wal-Mart US Kroger Shoppers and more and globally. Big seller. New cbd dream water. New branding. Now add in 20 other segments harvest is into and wow we are easily worth 3 or 4 bucks now. We are thoroughly impressed with what [Harvest One CEO] Andreas Gedeon and the whole Harvest One team have built to date, said Dream Water USA CEO David Lekach in apress release. As the go-forward steward of the Dream Water proposition, Harvest One will help the brand reach its full potential. Speaking with BevNET, Diick framed the acquisition as a global innovation play that will allow Dream Water to take advantage of synergies in the commercial cannabis and sleep aid markets. Specifically, Diick said that Dream Water will develop product lines that include cannabidiol (CBD), a non-psychoactive compound found in the cannabis plant which has a variety of purported health benefits, such as pain relief and anti-anxiety. We are in the sleep business, and weve known for some time that cannabis and cannabidiol [CBD] are going to be part of sleep remedies from now into the future, he said. For Harvest One, the acquisition of Dream Water will provide it with experience in marketing, distribution and product development of consumer goods that will complement the other companies in its vertically integrated portfolio. The company also owns United Greeneries, a cannabis cultivation company, and Swiss brand Satipharm, which manufactures, markets and distributes medical and pharmaceutical cannabis products. I think its a very smart strategic play from Harvest Ones perspective to acquire a brand that has 30,000-plus retail doors and is in the sleep category, which is one of the top four verticals that these cannabis companies are looking to exploit from a revenue perspective, Diick said. In its 2 oz. ready-to-drink liquid product, Dream Water contains a combination of the natural ingredients melatonin, gaba and tryptophan. Diick said future CBD-centric SKUs will likely have a premium price point, but that non-CBD-infused formulations will still be available. Dream Water also markets a non-RTD powdered product and Dream Water Beauty, a liquid shot SKU which contains collagen and other nutrients for skin care. Canadian law prevents publicly traded companies, such as Harvest One, from selling cannabis-based products outside of the country, meaning Canada will likely serve as the main proving ground for new innovations within that segment. The country is set to fully legalize cannabis by this fall. Ian Baillie, VP of corporate communications for Harvest One, said the company would look to establish a presence in its home market while also expanding to other countries in which medical and/or recreational marijuana use is lawful, such as Germany, Israel, Uruguay and Brazil. Innovation is at play within the cannabis market and what you are seeing here is the beginning of that, he said.

This strategic acquisition will supply Harvest One with high-quality, greenhouse-grown cannabis from Greenbelts 152,000 sq. ft. facility, the statement notes. The acquisition allows for expanding the cannabis-infused products under the Dream Water and Satipharm brands, and expanding products resulting from the recently announced acquisition of Delivra, following the closing of that transaction, Harvest One reports. Beyond the greenhouse, the Greenbelt facility has a 42,000 sq. ft. headhouse that is an ideal location for future extraction and processing capabilities, the company notes, pointing out that Greenbelt currently has an application pending with Health Canada for a standard cultivation licence and a standard processor licence. The transaction provides economical access to a potential 15,000 kg or more of flower per year, once licensed, the statement reports. In addition to the exceptional greenhouse facility, this acquisition also gives Harvest One space to build out its own extraction capabilities upon licensing, which fulfills our goal of vertical integration from cultivation to processing, extraction and, ultimately, premium infused products, says company CEO Grant Froese. With Harvest Ones expanding portfolio of brands and their experience in licensing, coupled with our larger grow facility and space for extraction, we see tremendous upside for Greenbelt, its shareholders and its professional team of operators, as we work together to provide cannabis and cannabis-infused products that consumers will come to know and trust, comments Ian Adamson, president of Greenbelt. The transaction is subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

      Oder was meint Ihr?

Harvest One and Cannabis Beverages $$$$$
HRVOF HVT.V IONC.L POT.L) Move Over Craft Beer and Coffee, Cannabis Beverages Are The Next Big Thing -- CFN Media Thursday, May 02, 2019, 9:02 AM ET Seattle, Washington--(Newsfile Corp. - May 2, 2019) - CFN Media Group ("CFN Media"), the leading agency and financial media network dedicated to the North American cannabis industry, announces the publication of an article covering the exciting and emerging cannabis beverage market. The craft beer industry has experienced unprecedented growth across the United States with more than 7,000 microbreweries generating upwards of $26 billion in annual revenue, according to Statista. While these beers account for just over 10% of beer sales, those figures jump to nearly 60% when looking at the Millennial population. These same trends exist in other craft markets, such as the market for high-end coffees and teas. The legalization of cannabis has the potential to dramatically reshape these markets. In recreational markets, such as craft beers, the infusion of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) could create new experiences for consumers without the adverse side-effects of alcohol consumption. In wellness markets, such as craft teas, the infusion of cannabidiol (CBD) could provide a wide range of potential added benefits to support healthier lifestyles. The cannabis industry is projected to surpass $146.4 billion by 2025, according to Grand View Research, driven by the liberalization of cannabis regulations around the world. While most of this growth has come from cannabis flower, there's no doubt that cannabis oils and concentrates are the fastest growing subset of the market. And, cannabis beverages could become the fastest growing subset of that concentrates market in short order. Zenith Global believes that cannabis-infused beverages could become a $1.4 billion market by 2023-up from just $89 million last year. Cannabis infused beers and teas are just the beginning-THC and CBD are being infused into sodas, ciders, wines, spirits and even bottled water with concentrations ranging from 2.5 milligrams to more than 100 milligrams. Many of these products are already on the market in the United States where legal. Growing Interest in the Space Many large beer companies were unprepared for the rise of craft beer, but beverage giants aren't about to make the same mistake with cannabis. While the alcohol industry has already made sizable investments and inroads into the industry, non-alcoholic beverage companies are increasingly taking a look at CBD-infused products as a way to target the rapidly growing functional beverage subset of the market. Coca-Cola Co. was rumored to be in talks to acquire a line of CBD-infused beverages in the recent past. While the company decided to hold off for now, the decision to remove hemp from the Controlled Substances list could open the door once again. Hemp-based CBDs could enjoy more widespread adoption without these onerous regulations and ultimately open the door to more mainstream availability. On the recreational side of the business, Constellation Brands Inc. invested more than $4 billion into Canopy Growth Corp. in exchange for a 38% equity stake with warrants capable of bringing the total to more than 50%. Molson Coors Brewing Co. and Heineken NV also made strategic acquisitions and partnerships in the emerging cannabis space ahead of these trends. Investing in Cannabis Beverages There are many different companies focused on cannabis-infused beverages for both recreational and wellness purposes. Weekend Unlimited Inc. (CSE: POT) (FSE: 0OS1)(OTCQB: WKULF) acquired Verve Beverage Company earlier this year to enter the emerging cannabis-infused beverage space. In addition to Verve Energy, the Company has developed a premium CBD infused energy drink line under the CHAMP brand, which will be targeted to active audiences. In alignment with those audiences CHAMP Energy is the official energy drink of the San Jose Sharks. Verve energy has strong brand awareness with previous widespread distribution across North America that generated $236 million in direct-to-consumer sales. The portfolio's market recognition and positioning could provide a durable competitive advantage in the lucrative functional beverage space. Last year Harvest One Cannabis Inc. (TSXV: HVT) (OTCQX: HRVOF) acquired Dream Water and Dream Water Canada, which has developed a natural, 2.5oz, 0-calorie, liquid sleep shot that's sold online and in over 30,000 North American retail outlets including Shoppers Drug Mart, Walmart and Kroger. The company has already begun formulation work on a CBD-infused version of the product that's designed to promote a wide range of potential benefits, such as pain relief and anti-anxiety effects. These products would leverage the same distribution channels that already exist.

      Harvest One Outlines Ambitious Plans
Harvest One is a Canadian licensed producer, but unlike many of its peers, it's not trying to become the largest producer. Instead, the company has focused its efforts on building a global house of brands that consumers know and trust. The company plans on continuing to build high-quality recreational cannabis brands through its United Greeneries subsidiary, but its true potential is much broader and focused on branding and distribution.

The company's Swiss subsidiary, Satipharm, is already manufacturing and marketing cannabidiol (CBD) based Gellpill® products across the European Union and Australia. At the same time, the company's Dream Water liquid sleep shots are already distributed in about 30,000 stores across the United States and Canada. The company also recently acquired Delivera, whose topicals and creams are already available across Canada.

The company plans to infuse cannabinoids, namely CBD, into these products that already have widespread distribution to become an overnight leader in the health, wellness and beauty segments of the cannabis industry. While Canada's branding regulations remain strict at the moment, there's a near-term opportunity to build these brands in the United States, where the Farm Bill opened the door to CBD products without packaging limitations.

      Looking Ahead
Harvest One Cannabis Inc.'s (TSXV: HVT) focus on building a house of brands could help insulate it from the commoditization affecting other licensed producers. With an existing portfolio of consumer brands, the company hopes to infuse these products with CBD and other cannabinoids and leverage existing distribution channels to become an overnight market leader in the health, wellness and beauty industry subsets.

The company's near-term focus is on infusing its existing brands with cannabinoids, completing the construction of its projects in Duncan and Lucky Lakes, and getting its new greenhouse license in Ontario.

      Moving forward

this company at the minimum is slated to pull in 12 million by its end of q4. I'd say that's not all that bad considering it hasnt even been a year since legalization and I believe Grant will be celebrating his one year as CEO in June or July? So much has been accomplished its unreal! Highlights Revenue is stable Inventories continue to grow Deals and deals happening across the globe for all 4 pillars. Delivra will show on next qtr. 30 million in the bank. Low cash burn List goes on... It's a great company regardless of the share price. The management team cant control manipulation on the SP but they can continue to focus on delivering strong qtr results and look for smart investments to maintain this exponential growth! Long and happy ... now.. haha

42 MILLION IN ASSETS - 5 MILLION LIABILITIES
Everyone’s due diligence on your investments and quit listening to short sellers saying 42 million in expenses for the ER. See the real facts and link below.

They just acquired Delivra ( Dream water deal in Wal-Mart) and United Greeneries ( supply deal with shoppers drug mart). HVT.V ER did not include Delivra ER. Money in the bank, shorty what you think. 42 million in assets and 5 million liabilities. Usually companies who are acquiring will end up in the red until the next following quarters in hopes to turn profit.

Globe says Gilmer recommends accumulating Harvest One

      2019-06-04 07:56 ET - In the News

The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday edition that Haywood Securities analyst Neal Gilmer recommends accumulating Harvest One Cannabis at its current level. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that on May 30, the Vancouver-based company posted revenue of $3-million for the quarter, down 19 per cent from the second quarter and missing Mr. Gilmer's $4.8-million projection. As result of its weaker-than-anticipated third quarter results, Mr. Gilmer lowered his share target to $1.25 from $1.30, while maintaining his "buy" call. Analysts on average target the shares at $1.63. Mr. Gilmer says in a note: "The Company reported declining sales quarter-over-quarter, primarily driven by a drop off in its consumer segment and a lack of sales from Satipharm. Revenues from United Greeneries were marginally lower than last quarter as the Company shipped product for extraction, reducing the overall supply of available product. Harvest One reported a disappointing quarter of revenue growth and looks to build off this base with a rebound in the current quarter, its fiscal Q4. We are revising our estimates lower based on the results in Q3/19 and a more conservative approach for subsequent quarters."

Harvest One kündigt neuen Satipharm-Liefervertrag an

Satipharm macht CBD anders.
