New Age Metals to begin River Valley drilling in Q2

CORPORATE UPDATE - NEW AGE METALS INC.

Harry Barr, chairman and chief executive officer of New Age Metals Inc., has stated: "We are pleased to update our shareholders and interested parties on current and planned activities in each of our PGM and lithium divisions. Specifically, a progress update is provided on the River Valley PGM Project and the expected exploration program activities for 2020. Furthermore, we comment on the current PGM market and particularly the recent Palladium and Rhodium price trends."

NAM management will be attending PDAC at booth 2619 Sunday, March 1and Monday, March 2 and welcome all to come visit the booth and speak to the team to learn more about current initiatives and our exploration and development plan for 2020.

Highlights

- The River Valley Project is one of North America's largest undeveloped primary Platinum Group Metal (PGM) projects. The Project has excellent infrastructure and is within 100 kilometres of the Sudbury Metallurgical Complex. The Project is 100% owned by New Age Metals

- The Company completed a $2M financing on February 3, 2020. The primary use of proceeds will be to follow-up on recommendations from the 2019 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA)

- A Phase 1 program which includes drilling on the Pine Zone, and other follow-up recommendations from the PEA is slated to begin in early Q2-2020

- Eric Sprott became a strategic shareholder and has an 18.56% ownership of the Company's current issued and outstanding shares on a post conversion beneficial ownership basis

- In January, the Company announced that it engaged IBK Capital Corp to assist the Company in evaluating strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value

- Management is attending this years PDAC and will be at booth 2619, and has pre-booked a series of private meetings

- The spot price of an ounce of Palladium increased by over 70% in the last year, to $US2,646/oz on February 26, 2020. Rhodium, which is also present at River Valley, has seen a price increase of over 300% YTD to $US11,000/ oz.............

Eric Sprott Announces Investment in New Age Metals Inc.

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - February 3, 2020) - Eric Sprott announces that, today, 2176423 Ontario Ltd., a corporation which is beneficially owned by him, acquired ownership of 14,000,000 units of New Age Metals Inc., pursuant to a private placement, at a price of $0.05 per share for aggregate consideration of $700,000.

Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.10 per share for a period of two years.

Mr. Sprott now beneficially owns and controls 14,000,000 common shares and 14,000,000 common share purchase warrants of New Age Metals (representing approximately 10.2% of the outstanding shares on a non diluted basis and approximately 18.6% on a partially diluted basis).

Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Sprott did not beneficially own or control any shares of New Age Metals Inc.........

meinung von don ERIC an, der jüngste KE von NAM mit satten cad- mios 0,7

darüber hinaus erachte ICH aber auch zb BEX, FG & WHM als attraktiv, um nur
mal 3 zu nennen





PS: SIE sollte erst mal die HP auf vernünftiges level HOCH- fahren.....mit zb. ner presi - darüber
hinaus dürfte dort auch mit baldiger KE zu rechnen sein..........IMO

(Kitco News) - Palladium prices are seeing some profit taking Monday as prices settle down after hitting a new record high last week.

However, one international bank thinks that the metal still has plenty of gas in its tank to continue it rocket blast higher in 2020 as pollution reduction continues to be a significant theme. In a note Monday, analysts at Bank of America Securities, said that they see prices pushing to $3,500 an ounce before this rally ends.

The bank ’s target represents a nearly 61% gain from current prices. Palladium futures last traded at $2,176.10 an ounce, down more than 6% on the day. Despite the recent pullback BoA analysts noted that palladium prices have rallied more than 1,500% since 2009.
The analysts said that they remain bullish on palladium through 2020 as inelastic demand meets inelastic supply.

“This suggests that the rally may continue exponentially up to the point where some substitution occurs, more secondary metal hits the market or more stock is released, none of which seem imminent,” the analysts said. “In the end, something has to give: protecting the environment comes at the cost of a higher metals price,” the analysts said.
