Kurz angerissen, es geht um die Erschließung weiterer Ölfelder und ein Jointventure mit einem Partner der 50 Millionen Cad Dollar investiert im Rahmen eines ICO und der dazugehörigen Blockchain.

Laut Berichten wird es Hillcrest dadurch nicht mehr nötig haben weitere Kapitalerhöhungen durchzuführen.

Im Vergleich zu 2016 hat man nun 2017 positive Geschäftszahlen erreicht.

Im Zusammenhang mit der strategischen Partnerschaft und den 50.000.000 Caddollar, bin ich der Meinung, dass hier bald andere Kurse zu sehen sind. Erst recht wenn der ICO anläuft.

Meinungen sind erwünscht, aufgrund des Spreads sollte man aber wohl besser in Canada kaufen.

Dort geht man davon aus, das man die Gefilde um 0,06 Cad Dollar bald verlässt.

Heute mal eine Mail geschrieben und sofort Antwort bekommen:
ank you for your email and for holding shares in Hillcrest Petroleum Chris.

Our current focus is to work with the private company and help them market their funding by presenting to potential investors they have introduced us too. We are attending a private forum in New York this week where the company has set up a series of presentation with private family funds where we will jointly discuss the opportunity and investment. Once funds start to come in we will put deposits down on assets and start to move forward to closing on the acquisitions. We really can’t say more at this time but hope to announce funds are available in the very near future. Having already been introduced to some of the interested investors of the private company, we are feeling very positive about funds coming in. Of course as funds come in, Hillcrest will benefit substantially as we receive a free 25% working interest in any asset acquired as well as have all costs paid and bonuses provided based on results. This could be fantastic for Hillcrest as it could mean we no longer will dilute our shares as our costs are paid.

We hope to have regular releases as events occur and will make sure to keep you updated as they are issued.

Hillcrest Petroleum has rebranded as Hillcrest Energy Technologies Ltd., choosing an identity more representative of the company's dedication to transitioning from fossil fuel production to clean tech innovation and IP (intellectual property) development. Chief executive officer Don Currie also announced the appointment of Kylie Dickson to the board of directors of the company.
