Es scheint so als ob alle mal auf standby sind.... 2019 wird ja als das kommende Cannabis Jahr angepriesen, somit denke ich, dass mal abgewartet wird wo es tendenziell hin geht...... es sollten demnächst ja News kommen, Bullard Liegenschaft und adaptierte Zahlen die eigentlich weit höher ausfallen müssten. Ausserdem sollte die eine oder andere Aquisition kommen - was wird sonst mit dem frischen Kapital gemacht ?!? - CSI läuft ja bereits positiv.... wir werden sehen.... bin gespannt was noch kommen mag....

Also, wenn man folgendes liest, dann wird es in Zukunft noch wichtiger sein, sich die richtigen Pot-Aktien rauszusuchen. Also, Aktien die möglichst bereits eine Lizenz für Anbau und Verkauf haben. Ansonsten kann man als Anleger böse überrascht werden. Und ich dachte, Deutschland ist DAS Bürokratiemonster und der Horror jeder Firma und jedes Firmengründers. Aber Kanada kann da scheinbar gut mithalten.

Nach dem auf (bis an die 2 $) und ab (auf unter 0,90 $) ist das Jahr 2018 fast geschafft. Und war für Chemesis Trader durchaus erfolgreich. Für Langzeitinvestierte nach dem allgemeinen Kursrutsch am Cannabismarkt eher nicht.
Sollten sie aber ihre Prognosen auch nur annähernd in 2019 erfüllen, kann es eigentlich nur deutlich nach oben gehen. Was die neuen geplanten Geschäftsfelder einbringen und ab wann, kann man jetzt natürlich als Außenstehender noch nicht sagen. Für Puerto Rico kann man wohl mit 4-5 Mio. Umsatz rechnen (12x 336.600 = 4.039.200). Dazu sollten minimum 10 Mio. Umsatz kommen (Q1 revenues for the period ending September 30, 2018 of $1,919,030 CDN). Weniger würde mich doch sehr überraschen. Mehr nicht.
Ich erwarte bzw. erhoffe mir aber natürlich auch noch Verträge mit einer Mindestabnahmemenge für eines ihrer Produkte. Das fehlt hier noch. Andere Pot-Aktien haben solche Deals bereits. Und ein zügiger Ausbau ihrer Kapazitäten/Produktionsmenge wäre natürlich auch nicht verkehrt.

At the completion of the Offering, the Company issued 1,500 debenture units, each consisting of (a) one, unsecured, CDN $1,000 principal value convertible debenture of the Company, bearing interest at 8.0% per annum and having a two year maturity date (“Debentures”), and (b) 800 warrants (“Warrants”), each Warrant exercisable for one (1) common share of the Company (“Common Share”) at an exercise price of CDN $1.50 for a period of two years. The Debentures are convertible into Common Shares at a conversion price of CDN $1.25 per Common Share.
The Company has the right to repay and cancel the Debentures at any time prior to their maturity date at a price equal to 105% of the principal amount of the Debentures then outstanding, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon. In addition, the Company has the right to compel the conversion of the Debentures in the event that the daily volume weighted average trading price of the Common Shares exceeds $2.50 per Common Share for 10 consecutive trading days.
