Ich war hier investiert, hörte sich zunächst Alles toll an, aber die Zahlen waren es leider nicht. Mittlerweile gibt es ja nicht mal mehr tolle News.... also was hält Einen hier? 🙄😎

Das ist wie bei vielen anderen Canna-Buden, um Geld zu generieren werden Aktien ausgegeben, dafür wurde Polli engagiert, jetzt geht es weniger laut zu. Mir ist es recht. Die richtigen Leute haben schon ein Auge drauf. Zur richtigen Zeit wird dann langsam eingestiegen. Vielleicht ist ja jetzt die Zeit dafür ?!
Als lang Investierter, Reverse Split durchgemacht: am Anfang haben chemesis für jede Neuigkeit die Werbetrommel gerührt. Vermutlich im. Cannabis Boom mitzuschwimmen. Jetzt kommt wenig bis gar nichts. Es ist ruhig geworden. Von richtig machen kann man erst sprechen, wenn man anfängt ordentlich mit seinen Aktionären zu kommunizieren.
Scheinbar haben die ja trotzdem was richtig gemacht, der Kurs steigt..

Chemesis International Inc.'s (former) subsidiary, Natural Ventures PR LLC, has sold all of its cannabis assets and assigned all related liabilities, licences and permits to Puerto Rico Industrial Commercial Holdings Biotech Corp. (PRICH) in exchange for immediate net cash proceeds to the company, in respect of its 80-per-cent interest in Natural Ventures, of $450,000 (U.S.). The company notes that, in connection with, and as a condition to, this transaction, it will cease to be a shareholder of Natural Ventures.
The company's subsidiary, GSRX Industries Inc. has sold all of its Puerto Rican cannabis assets and assigned all related liabilities, licences and permits to PRICH in exchange for immediate net cash proceeds to GSRX of $2.25-million (U.S.) and monthly payments to be received in the amount of $100,000 (U.S.) over a period of 24 months.

The Department of Health of Puerto Rico has not renewed licences held by GSRX Industries Inc., which are necessary for the operation of its cannabis dispensaries in Puerto Rico, and, as a result, GSRX's cannabis dispensaries are no longer operating. Chemesis International Inc. is uncertain at this point as to whether or when such licences will be renewed.
At present, the operations of the company's subsidiary, Natural Ventures PR LLC, are continuing in the ordinary course. The company notes, further to its news release dated Sept. 28, 2020, that the Department of Health is engaged in a review of certain filings made by the company's subsidiary, GSRX Industries, with the Department of Health, which such review is in addition to the continuing administrative review by the Department of Health previously announced by the company (see news releases dated Aug. 7, 2020, and Jan. 17, 2020).
The company notes that the multiple regulatory and administrative reviews in Puerto Rico, along with corresponding litigation (see news releases dated Dec. 9, 2019, Jan. 17, 2020, and Aug. 7, 2020), have severely drained the company's financial resources and management time, resulting in significant operational and planning difficulties. The company further notes that it is actively working to find an appropriate solution, with all options being on the table.

Am 29.10.2020 wurden mal wieder Zahlen veröffentlicht. Beim Umsatz hat sich nichts erwähnenswertes getan.
