Was der Makler in Kanada für Stücke in den Handel bringt, ist doch nun auch Abhängig von Frankfurt!?
Weil es da im 5.Tageschart 2.Plustrade gehandelt gegeben hat,!1.Plustrade 0.09 euro mit satten 3000 Stück, und oder 2.Plustrade 0.104 euro mit satten 4000 Stückzahlen gehandelt gegebe hat.Warum soll der Makler über Kanada Shorten, wenn es dafür "Mehr" Aktien in Frankfurt gehandelt gibt.

Du verstehst mich nicht.

Der Frankfurter Makler hat Tausende Skontren zu betreuen, deswegen hat er keinen Eigenbestand in den Aktien.

Wenn er in Deutschland zu viele Aktien short geht, wird er im Zweifelsfall einen Verlust machen, wenn er sich in Kanada eindecken muss.

Wieso sprichst Du denn immer vom verkaufen geht, ein Computerhandelssystem, kann keine Verluste machen.Eine Computerbörse kann auch keine Verluste machen!Mit 8000 Stückzahlen unter pari unterschritten 7.777 Stücke kann ein Börsenpreis sich mit anderen gleichstellen ,und in einem lauf nach oben ausgelößt und betreut werden-Weil das dein Skontren nicht machen kann!?Weil es dafür keinen Skontroführer gibt!?

Guten Morgen zusammen.

Bin gerade auf diesen Wert gestoßen da ein bekannter von mir 3 Spielhallen betreibt und die Buden immer brechend voll sind.

Er ist trotz immer strengerer Auflagen im Automaten Geschäft sehr positiv was die Zocker Gemeinschaft angeht und sagt seine Umsätze steigen stetig. Als Geschäftsmann schaut er sich aber immer für Neuigkeiten um und er denkt das im bereich online und Sportwetten noch Riesen Potential schlummert.

Wie er mir dann von dem fantasie sport Wetten aus seiner Zeit in den USA erzählt hat hab ich mal rumgestöbert und mir die sache von global daily angeschaut.

Ich bin überzeugt dass das hier was wird und kauf mich heute ein.

Werde meinen Kumpel demnächst fragen was er davon hält.

Vielen Dank, für die guten Meldungen.Im Oktober-Novemberhoch war ich nun noch nicht aktiv.So halte ich in all diesen tages/Medlungen.Nicht mehr unter pari 0.106-0.100euro, als 1500 Stückzahlen tagesgültig.Auch diese kommen bei mir aus über pari Block (5000), unterschritten 0.100-0.085euro.

is pleased to announce that it has executed a definitive share purchase
agreement (the "Agreement") with Playgon Interactive Inc. ("Playgon") and its
shareholders (the "Vendors") pursuant to which Global will acquire all of the
issued and outstanding common shares in the capital of Playgon Interactive
Inc. ("Playgon") in exchange for equity in common shares in the capital of
Global (the "Transaction"). The Agreement is dated November 21, 2019 and
execution by all parties was completed on November 29, 2019.

Playgon, a private B.C. corporation, is a leading technology innovator in the
gaming market that has developed a suite of products that bring the fun and
entertainment of casinos to casino players, everywhere via their unique and
proprietary mobile first interface and the traditional desktop medium.
Playgon's value proposition offers the proven appeal of physical casinos, with
a suite of interactive live dealer games that appeal to players in a very
personal way by giving real human interaction between dealers and players. In
a live casino game, a human dealer runs the game in real time from a casino
gaming table, which can be seen via a live streaming video link. Players can
make betting decisions via their mobile device or desktop and can communicate

Global will purchase the outstanding shares of Playgon for a purchase price of
$9,500,000, payable by the issuance of 63,333,333 common shares in the capital

closing, the only indebtedness of Playgon will be $500,000 of short-term debt
and $1,321,250 of long-term debt.

According to H2 Gambling Capital (https://h2gc.com) the market for online

Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, 5,344,099 Common Shares of Global (the
"Indemnity Escrow Consideration Shares"), will be placed in escrow to satisfy
any indemnity claims. Subject to the satisfaction of any agreed claims under
the Agreement, 50% of the Indemnity Escrow Consideration Shares will be
released to the Vendors on the one-year anniversary of the Closing Date of the
Transaction and the balance will be released on the 18-month anniversary of
the Closing Date. In addition, 48,096,895 common shares of Playgon (the
"Release Escrow Consideration Shares") will be subject to resale restrictions,
such that 12.5% of the Release Escrow Consideration Shares shall be released
for sale on a quarterly basis following the initial six-month anniversary of
the Closing Date. The exact number of Indemnity Escrow Consideration Shares
and the Release Escrow Consideration Shares are subject to adjustment on the
closing date of the Transaction to reflect any increase in the principal
amount of indebtedness issued by Playgon and accrued and unpaid interest
thereon.

Further, subject to the closing of the Transaction, Global has agreed to grant
the right to nominate one individual to the board of directors of Global
following the closing of the Transaction. It is expected that Guido Ganschow,
the President and Chief Executive Officer of Playgon, will serve in such
capacity, subject to satisfaction of the requirements of the TSX Venture
Exchange ("TSXV").

The Transaction constitutes an arm's length reviewable transaction under TSXV
Corporate Finance Manual Policy 5.3 - Acquisitions and Dispositions of
Non-Cash Assets and is subject to the approval of the TSXV. Following
completion of the Transaction and the closing of the concurrent Financing (as
defined below), there will be no new "control person" of Global (as such term
is defined by the TSXV). In addition, completion of the Transaction will be
subject to the satisfaction or waiver of customary terms and conditions for a
transaction of this nature, including receipt of all required consents and
regulatory approval conversion of a portion of outstanding debt of Playgon
into common shares of Playgon, and completion of a concurrent financing for
proceeds of not less than $5,000,000 (the "Financing"). The Transaction is
expected to close on or before January 15, 2020. No finder's fees are being
paid on the Acquisition.

Global also announces a proposed part and parcel private placement financing
for gross proceeds of not less than $5,000,000. The terms and conditions of
the Financing are being finalized but Global expects that the subscription
price will not be less than $0.15, being the price of the Common Shares issued
to the Vendors. Global will issue a subsequent news release outlining the
details of the proposed private placement once details are finalized. The
proceeds of the Financing will be used for studio launch, sales and marketing,
continued software development, and general working capital.

In order to provide working capital to complete the acquisition of Playgon,
the Company has arranged a working capital loan of $300,000 from an arm's
length party. The loan is at twelve percent (12%) interest per annum, due on
demand and unsecured. The Company intends to repay the loan from working
capital following completion of the Playgon acquisition.

is pleased to announce, in connection with the Company's proposed acquisition
(the "Transaction") of Playgon Interactive Inc. ("Playgon") as announced by
news release dated December 2, 2019 and updated below, that it has entered
into an engagement agreement with Beacon Securities Limited (the "Agent") to
conduct a brokered private placement on a commercially reasonable best efforts
basis of up to 33,333,334 subscription receipts (each, a "Subscription
Receipt") of the Company at a price of $0.15 (the "Issue Price") per
Subscription Receipt for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of up to
$5,000,000 (the "Offering").

The Agent has been granted an option (the "Agent's Option") to increase the
size of the Offering by up to an additional 5,000,000 Subscription Receipts,
exercisable in whole or in part at any time up to 48 hours prior to the
closing date of the Offering (the "Closing Date"), for additional aggregate
gross proceeds to the Company of up to $750,000. In the event that the Agent's
Option is exercised in full, the aggregate gross proceeds raised by the
Company will be $5,750,000.

Each Subscription Receipt will entitle the holder thereof, provided that the
Escrow Release Conditions (as defined below) have been satisfied or waived by
the Agent prior to the Release Deadline (as defined below), to receive on the
Closing Date one common share in the capital of the Company (a "Common Share")
without payment of any additional consideration and without further action on
the part of the holder. The Subscription Receipts will be issued pursuant to a
subscription receipt agreement (the "Subscription Receipt Agreement") to be
entered into among the Company, the Agent and a subscription receipt agent to
be determined. Pursuant to the Subscription Receipt Agreement, the gross
proceeds from the Offering, less 50% of the Agent's Fee (as defined below) and

regulatory approvals required for the completion of the Transaction and for

the release of the Escrowed Funds and the closing of the Transaction. Upon
satisfaction of the Escrow Release Conditions prior to the Release Deadline,
the balance of the Agent's Fee will be released to the Agent and the balance
of the Escrowed Funds, together with any interest thereon, will be released to
the Company.

If the Escrow Release Conditions have not been satisfied by 5:00 p.m. (Toronto
time) on the date that is 120 days after the Closing Date (the "Release
Deadline"), or if prior to such time, the Company and/or Playgon advises the
Agent or announces to the public that it does not intend to satisfy the Escrow
Release Conditions, the Subscription Receipt Agent will return to the
Subscription Receipt holders a cash amount equal to the aggregate Issue Price
paid by them together with their pro rata portion of any interest that was
earned on the Escrowed Funds, less any applicable withholding taxes.

The Company has agreed to pay the Agent a cash commission (the "Agent's Fee")
equal to 7% of the aggregate gross proceeds of the Offering, subject to a
reduced commission for any subscriptions from President's list subscribers.
The Company has also agreed, subject to receipt of regulatory approvals, to
issue to the Agent compensation options (the "Compensation Options") on the
Closing Date equal to 7% of the aggregate number of Subscription Receipts
issued pursuant to the Offering, subject to a reduced number of Compensation
Options in respect of any subscriptions from President's list subscribers.
Upon the satisfaction of the Escrow Release Conditions and the release of the
Escrowed Funds, each Compensation Option will be exercisable for one Common
Share at the Issue Price per Common Share for a period of eighteen (18) months
following the satisfaction of the Escrow Release Conditions, subject to
acceleration at the option of the Company in certain circumstances.

The Offering is expected to close on or about February 7, 2020, and is subject
to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all
necessary approvals including the approvals of the TSX Venture Exchange. The
Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to fund the
Transaction and the launch of Playgon's Las Vegas Studio, sales and marketing,
continued software development and for general working capital.

All securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a statutory
four-month hold period from the Closing Date in accordance with Canadian

Transaction Update

Global Daily Fantasy Sports Inc. has provided a business update and its response plan to the COVID-19 crisis.

The Company's first responsibility and priority is for the health and safety of its staff. Accordingly, Global has implemented a work- from-home policy in order to promote social distancing. These policies will remain active for the foreseeable future. Fortunately, as a digital business, our staff have the ability to work from home with minimal impact to carrying out its business activities.

Due to the severity and uncertainty of the current economic climate impacted by COVID-19, the Company has taken steps to reduce all non-essential business expenses. This has resulted in certain reductions to the Company's development resources and the Company intends to revisit its staffing needs after completion of its previously announced acquisition (the "Transaction") of Playgon Interactive Inc. ("Playgon").

Global previously announced on January 15, 2020 that it intended to complete a financing transaction of up to 33,333,334 subscription receipts (each, a "Subscription Receipt") at a price of $0.15 per Subscription Receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $5,000,000 (the "Financing") in connection with closing of the Transaction. Due to the current unprecedented financial turmoil in the financial markets caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, along with regulatory approval delays, the closing of the Financing and Transaction has been further extended to on or before June 1, 2020, subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Global and Playgon remain very committed to completing the Transaction as soon as reasonably possible, given the synergistic benefits. Natürlich wird diese Skalierung nicht auf Dauer fortgesetzt werden, aber die Dynamik ist schon echt bemerkenswert.

Bin nach wie vor gespannt, wann dieses Unternehmen entdeckt wird.
Fundamental geht es anscheinend „raketenhaft“ nach oben, die Umsätze an der Börse und damit Möglichkeiten, sich an der Firma zu beteiligen, sind weiterhin sehr schwach.
Ich bleibe dabei, wenn die Umsatzprognosen für 2023 und 24 so eintreffen sollten, dann ist die Firma derzeit krass unterbewertet!!
