Das ist eine richtig gute Meldung. Weshalb sich Beleave auch heute noch halbwegs halten kann. Während die meisten anderen Cannabis-Aktien weiter abstürzen.

Canymed to import 5,000 kg dry flower / year from Beleave;
Canymed to pay EUR 7.00 / gram to Beleave; and

Welchen Jahresumsatz alleine dieser eine Deal einbringt, kann man ja ziemlich leicht errechnen.

Ich habe da mal eine kleine Rechnung gemacht.

5000 Kilo =5000000gr. x 7 Euro = 35.000.000 € oder ca. 52 Mio Kan$

In der Präsentation wird mit einem Preis von 4,7$ gerechnet.

Das heist das ein doppelt so hoher Preis wie geplant erzielt wurde.

Also ca. 17-18 Mio. über der Planung. Dieses entspricht einem "Gewinn" von 0,33 € pro Aktie !!!


Freue mich auf eure Meinung zu der kleinen Rechnung........

Schade das aktuell der Cannabis-Hype weg ist. Hätte es solch eine Meldung im 1. Halbjahr gegeben. Ich möchte nicht wissen, was für einen Sprung die Aktie dann gemacht hätte. Für mich ist diese Meldung allerdings extrem beruhigend. Trotzder aktuelle Turbulenzen. Da es jetzt nicht nur Prognosen aus der Präsentation gibt. Sondern eben auch ein "fixer" Umsatzbeitrag. Vielleicht bekommt man solch einen Deal demnächst auch in England zustande. Da es dort ab dem 01.11.2018 auch die Freigabe für medizinisches Cannabis gibt. In Kanada und USA erhoffe ich mir natürlich auch Vertragsabschlüsse/Kooperationen, keine Frage.

Da ist die Aktie doch noch aufgewacht. Mal sehen, ob das heute der Brustlöser war. Eine MCap von 150-200 Millionen ist meiner Meinung nach absolut gerechtfertigt.

Eine schöne Erklärung, weshalb der Split gemacht wurde. Die Bewertung ist absurd niedrig. Also macht man eine absurde Aktion. Tja, scheint zu funktionieren. Die Aktie steigt. Wenn man Beleave mit anderen Cannabis-Aktien vergleicht, dann wäre selbst bei einem 100% Anstieg (dann also 200 Mio. MCap) die Aktie noch "absurd" niedrig bewertet.

Ich bin bei der ING-Diba. Bei mir wurden die neuen Stücke noch nicht eingebucht. Ist aber auch nicht so überraschend. Kanadisches Unternehmen und deutsche Depotbank. Bei Stockhouse.com hatte heute jemand geschrieben, dass es durchaus 3 Tage dauern kann, bis sie im Depot sichtbar werden.

Excellent video on future plans. Some main points i took from it is, they are in the process of building out and expecting 150,000KG a year of production. London growing facility will be catering to value added products, oil, drink extracts etc. and BC facilities will be more cannabis flower product related.

Bojan claims they are estimating $470M dollars of revenue run rate and he states that's just at wholesale prices. Pretty serious potential for an under $100M market cap.

My take is share split should provide a new cleaned up base for the stock going forward, freed of much of the previous games the old shorts played here. He also did say we have plenty of news coming out and it appears today was the start of that. Unfortunately the general markets are not co-operating today.

Scheinbar haben andere auch ihre Aktien erhalten. Ich (bei ING-Diba) noch nicht. Und die Leute machen jetzt Kasse. Trotz der Meldung von Freitag, die dafür sorgt das Beleave in 2019 oder später MINDESTENS über 35.000-40.000 KG Cannabis verkauft, geht es heute runter. Obwohl diese Meldung einen Jahresumsatz von, vermutlich, über 200 Millionen CAD verspricht.

Ich werde nicht verkaufen. Ich bin und bleibe "long".

Meine Bierdeckelrechnung sieht aktuell wie folgt aus.....

5000 Kilo aus Germany mit 7 € = 50 C$
und 9 x 1000 Kilo für 5C$= 45 C$ - 70C$

5C$ ist deutlich unter dem was andere erzielen Aurora erzielt aktuell 8 C$. ( also konservative gerechnet)


Macht 95 Mio. bei 20 % Gewinn komme ich auf 19 Mio oder 0,045 C$ pro Share !!!!

Kurs aktuell 0,2 C$

Wenn hier noch ein paar Umsätze hinzukommen und alles geliefert werden kann, was vereinbart wurde, könnten wir nächstes Jahr den Pennystockmodus verlassen.........

Meine Stücke sind jetzt auch endlich eingebucht. Jetzt sieht das Depot doch wieder gleich viel besser aus, mit einem Plus von über 20% bei Beleave.

Jetzt fehlt nur noch die "faire Bewertung" bei denen. Dann bin ich endgültig zufrieden.

Es gab einen Split. Es hat sich also die Anzahl der Aktien erhöht. Nicht aber die MCap. Darauf hatte dies keinen Einfluss.

Weder Aurora noch Tilray konnten mit Ihren Zahlen überzeugen.

Mal sehen was Canopy heute bekannt gibt.

Bei Tilray lag der erzielte Preis bei 8 C$ nur leider ist der Preis zum Vorquartal leicht gefallen. Ich hätte gedacht, dass ein Preisverfall erst mit einem vermeidlichem Überangebot einhergeht.
Trotz der Größe vom Tilray lag der Umsatz gerade mal bei 1600 Kilo im Quartal.

Sehe ich auch so. Es fehlt nur der Trigger für den Anstieg. Ich befürchten nur, dass dieser aktuell nicht aus dem Gesamtmarkt kommen wird.

Wahrscheinlich brauchen wir die Zahlen aus dem Q1 2019... aber auch dort befürchte ich erstmal keine all zu großen Gewinne, da Aurora und Tilray es ja gezeigt haben, dass viel Geld in die Erschließung und in die Expansion (HR) geht.....

Ich bleibe auch dabei und habe gestern noch mal nachgekauft. Sollte wir nochmal unter 0,10 € gehen lege ich nochmal nach :-)

Tja, wenn man das wüsste, was bei Beleave der "Trigger" sein wird.
Ich kann nicht für andere Anleger sprechen. Ich kann nur für mich sprechen. Und für mich ist Beleave eine "Long" Position geworden, nachdem sie die ersten beiden Verträge mit (so habe ich es verstanden) festen Abnahmemengen an Cannabis unterzeichnet haben.

Gestern ging es zusammen mit dem gesamten Cannabis-Markt weiter runter. Das ist natürlich sehr ärgerlich. Positiv dagegen ist das gestrige Volumen. Gemessen an die Gesamtaktien wurden nur 1% oder weniger (nicht genau ausgerechnet) gehandelt. Verkaufswelle/Verkaufsdruck ist das also nicht. Es sind scheinbar nur ein paar wenige Aktionäre, die zu diesen Kursen noch Kasse machen.

Beleave's Hamilton laboratory is being expanded to make room for methods to formulate cannabis extracts into soluble, flavourless powders, sugar crystals, and syrups for use in beverages and food products using stability-enhancing techniques for prolonged shelf-life. The final product offered to consumers will be a flexible, food-grade ingredient that delivers an accurate dose of THC and CBD when ingested orally, and with enhanced bioavailability.

Spearheading these efforts is the Company's recently-appointed VP of Science and Technology, Dr. Peter Chen, who is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Waterloo, School of Pharmacy. Product development and optimization protocols will be done alongside long-term Beleave collaborator, Dr. Michael Rogers, Associate Professor in the Department of Food Sciences at the University of Guelph.

Ich stimme der Analyse vollkommen zu. Mieser Oktober für die Cannabis-Aktien. Und auch der November bislang eher mau. Langfristig aber wird man bei einigen Werten noch sehr schöne Kursanstiege sehen. Weshalb ich bislang auch hier noch keine Aktie veräußert habe. Aufgrund der Anbauiflächen, die von Beleave gebaut werden bzw. in Planung sind und aufgrund der beiden ersten Abnehmer inkl. Mindestabnahmemenge, dürfte Beleave in 2019 zu den Gewinnern gehören. Während einige andere Neulinge geschluckt werden, fusionieren oder Pleite gehen.

P.S. Man darf natürlich Beleave mit anderen Cannabis-Aktien hier vergleichen. Dagegen habe ich nichts. Solange hier nicht für eine andere Aktie Werbung gemacht wird. Und die Aktie, um die es in dem jeweiligen Thread eigentlich geht, einfach nur schlecht gemacht wird. Das kommt leider immer wieder bei w:o vor.
Aber das war ja nicht deine Absicht. Das wurde jetzt ja aufgeklärt.

Ich finde einen Vergleich von Beleave und Chemesis ziemlich simpel.
Beleave hat bereits zwei (Groß-)Abnehmer für ihr "Pot".
Chemesis hat dafür vermutlich die interessanteren Produkte.

Mir machen nur diese riesigen Mengen Angst, die überall kommuniziert werden.

Ich möchte nur mal eine kleine Rechnung aufmachen und eure Meinung dazu hören...

Wenn Beleave von möglichen 150,000 kg per year spricht heißt das 150.000.000 Gramm.

Bei einem Preis von 5 € pro Gramm wären das 750.000.00 Mio. Euro Umsatz !!!

Bei einer Marge von nur 30 % reden wir von 225.000.000 Mio Gewinn oder ,50 € pro Aktie !!

Das klingt zwar alles recht schön, nur Beleave ist (noch) kein Big-Player und nicht alleine.

Ich frage mich wer soll 150.000 kg pro Jahr kaufen, wenn die anderen in der Branche ja auch soviel produzieren können.Muss nicht irgendwann ein Preisverfall bei den aktuellen Spannen einsetzen ?

Selbstverständlich wird es noch viele Pleiten geben. Und auch Fusionen und Übernahmen. Daher ist es wichtig, die richtigen Aktien zu finden. Ich zähle Beleave dazu. Die sind aktuell zwar noch einer der Kleinen. Aber sie haben bereits zwei Abnehmer an Land gezogen. Der Cashflow daraus in 2019 dürfte hilfreich sein, damit sich Beleave im Markt durchsetzen kann. Ich halte es aber auch für möglich, dass Beleave in den kommenden Monaten vom Kurszettel verschwindet und zu den Unternehmen gehört, die von einem Großen geschluckt werden. Wenn einer der Großen Beleave für genauso massiv unterbewerte hält, wie ich.

Ich denke schon, dass Beleave gut aufgestellt ist, wenn alles so kommt wie geplant (Die Abnehmer nehmen auch die Menge ab. Die Fertigstellung der Anbaugebiete klappt reibungslos.).

Die ersten beiden Aufträge von Abnehmern ist schon mal ein guter Schritt dahin, auch diese Zahlen zu erreichen. Ich erwarte aber natürlich bis zum Beginn des 2. Quartals 2019 noch weitere positive Meldungen von Beleave, die diese Prognose untermauern.

BELEAVE ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER OF 2018 RESULTS

Beleave Inc. has released its interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the second quarter ended Sept. 30, 2018, together with its management's discussion and analysis (MD&A). These documents will be posted on the Company's website at www.beleave.com and SEDAR at www.sedar.com. All values in this news release and the Company's financial disclosures are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

SECOND QUARTER 2018 OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

This was a landmark quarter for Beleave as sales from Cannabis began and new distribution channels for the upcoming quarters were established. The Company had revenues of $315,617 that didn't include recreational sales that began in October, however it was an improvement over last quarter's revenues of $208,617.

Significant reductions in costs were evident and, most notably, management and consulting fees were reduced substantially to $161,123 from the previous quarter. Salaries, professional services and change in fair value of note payable reductions were also very significant. On a comparative basis, the net loss in Q1 2018 was significantly reduced in Q2 2018 to $4,804,994, or $0.01 per share, as management focuses on cost reductions and revenue growth for the future.

"We're happy to report on our second quarter that included many highlights and developments for Beleave," said Andrew Wnek, Beleave's CEO. "We announced substantial facilities projects in London, Ontario and British Columbia, acquired Seven Oaks to bolster our recreational product lines, expanded our Medi-Green network of stores in Ontario and Quebec, and moved forward with plans for Colombian operations. We look forward to an even stronger third quarter that will reflect recreational sales and increased revenues."

Beleave also wishes to advise that it is named in a temporary order issued by the Executive Director of the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) concerning certain purchases of and trading in the securities of Beleave and 10 other CSE issuers by a group of consultants referred to as the "BridgeMark Group". Beleave is examining the matters raised by the BCSC, and the underlying contracts, and the services provided by members of the BridgeMark Group. Beleave intends to cooperate fully with the BCSC's examination of these matters.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS -- FISCAL YEAR-TO-DATE April 13 -- Beleave receives its sales license from Health Canada pursuant to the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations.

May 1 -- Beleave enters into an agreement to purchase Medi-Green, a leading network of medical cannabis clinics with locations across Ontario. The acquisition marks the first step in executing the Company's client acquisition strategy, while becoming more closely involved in an integral part of the patient experience. The Company closed the deal on ten days later, on May 10, 2018.

May 10 -- Beleave completes construction of a new state-of-the-art industrial extraction laboratory at its production facility located in Hamilton, Ontario. The laboratory design is based on recent research collaborations with principal investigators at Ryerson University which led to the development of a proprietary and large-scale industrial method for the extraction and purification of cannabinoid compounds from plant tissue.

May 16 -- Beleave receives its approval and provider number to service individuals who have qualified for cannabis coverage through Medavie Blue Cross including the Canadian veteran community. With over 1,000,000 card holders, Medavie Blue Cross is one of Canada's leading Blue Cross plans.

June 21 -- Beleave expands its global footprint into Colombia by acquiring 51% of Procannmed S.A.S., a privately held company that is fully licensed for the cultivation, production, extraction and distribution of both tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD) medical cannabis in Colombia.

June 22 -- Beleave applauds Canadian leadership and the continued progress of cannabis legalization as the federal government passes Bill C-45 into law.

July 5 -- Beleave's Colombian subsidiary, Procannmed S.A.S., reaches a land-lease agreement that allows for the development and expansion of Procannmed's cultivation of cannabis for sale and extraction purposes.

On September 26 the agreement was amended to increase the amount available to CAD $30 million.

Die Zahlen sind im Grunde so, wie erwartet. Keine wirkliche Überraschung. Da die Geschäfte ja erst in 2019 so richtig beginnen. Daher sind Zukunftsaussagen wichtiger als die aktuellen Zahlen.

Dies soll einer der bekanntesten Index sein, wenn es um Cannabis Aktien geht. Da kann man ziemlich deutlich sehen, dass der Kursverfall bei Beleave nicht viel mit Beleave selbst zu tun hat. Es geht einfach allgemein derzeit runter im "Pot-Markt". Und ich habe keine Ahnung, wann dieser Trend gestoppt wird und was diesen Trend stoppen kann.

Kanada, Uruguay und die meisten US-Bundesstaaten haben Marihuanakonsum inzwischen ganz oder teilweise legalisiert. Schwappt der Trend nun auch nach Europa? Zumindest Luxemburg treibt die Legalisierung von Cannabis zum Freizeitgebrauch für Erwachsene voran. Das haben die drei Parteien der künftigen Regierungskoalition - Liberale, Sozialisten und Grüne - vereinbart.

Die Übereinkunft sieht vor, dass in der Legislaturperiode von 2018 bis 2023 Herstellung, Kauf, Besitz und Konsum von Cannabis für den persönlichen Bedarf von Volljährigen straffrei gestellt oder legalisiert werden soll .
Die genauen Bedingungen sollen noch definiert werden.
Die Einnahmen aus dem Verkauf von Cannabis sollen nach Regierungsangaben vorrangig in die Suchtprävention investiert werden.

Ich hoffe sehr, dass die Behauptungen nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen. Denn ich befürchte sonst, dass es für die Cannabis-Aktien dann noch weiter runter geht. Wäre ja nicht neu, dass eine Firma Mist baut und damit die gesamte Branche runterzieht.

am besten APHA vom markt nehmen wenn die behauptungen stimmen die ordenlichen unternehmen

müßen das jetzt ausbaden schade.

In ein paar Jahren wird sich auch in Deutschland die Vernunft durchsetzen und man sieht ein, dass man Cannabis weder verbieten muss noch es verbieten kann. Dann übernehmen (nord)amerikanische Firmen und Franchiseketten dankbar den riesigen Markt. Wieder einmal eine große Chance verpasst ... Naja, immerhin die vielen illegalen Dealer können sich freuen. Noch läuft ihr Geschäft hierzulande blendend. Natürlich steuerfrei.

Wichtig wird erstmal sein, dass in Deutschland medizinisches Cannabis "Normalität" wird. Das wäre schon einmal ein erster wichtiger Schritt. Denn jeder, der schon mal im Verwandten-/Bekanntenkreis z.B. einen langsamen Krebstod miterlebt hat, der ist vermutlich häufig Cannabis als Medizin nicht abgeneigt. Geht mir zumindest so. Freizeitcannabis wäre dann erst der nächste Schritt. Wichtig ist es aber natürlich, dass deutsche Firmen in Deutschland medizinisches Cannabis anbauen dürfen. Und das nicht ausschließlich importiert wird.

Das ist das nächste "nette" Puzzleteil. Dann hoffen wir mal, dass noch in 2018 weitere Abnehmer gefunden werden. Die ersten Zwei bringen in 2019 ja bereits einen ordentlichen Umsatz. Auch wenn man noch keine genaue Summe nennen kann.

Wenn sie so weiter machen, dann kann man Threadtitel tatsächlich wahr werden. Und uns Aktionäre sehr glücklich machen. Sollte es mit dem Cannabis-Aktien mal wieder kräftig nach oben gehen, könnte Beleave einer der Topperformer werden. Ob der Markt allerdings noch in 2018 dreht, kann ich natürlich auch nicht sagen.

The BC deal, for example, is funded by our partner and we are the operators. We were very fortunate we bought a tremendous property in London for $7 million and even with our retrofit it’s going to be significantly less than any other major greenhouse in total investment.

Weißt einer von euch wie viele Läden Beleave in 2019 eröffnen will ?

Bei 8 Mio $ Umsatz sollten locker 800.000 $ pro Laden hängen bleiben.

Bei 10 Läden wäre es schon eine schöne Summe.

Zumal wir nur noch mit 24 Mio bewertet sind.

Es bleibt spannend und aussichtsreich :-)

Beleave wird wohl vorerst eher keine neuen Geschäfte aufmachen. Frühestens wenn die zusätzlichen Anbauflächen fertig sind.

Denn sobald das Zertifikat da ist, dürfte die Lieferung Richtung Deutschland beginnen. Zudem will die Rollins Group nach und nach viele Läden eröffnen. Und Beleave liefert bekanntlich denen dann das Zeug. Ob da dann noch Spielraum (Stand heute) wäre, um weitere eigene Läden mit ausreichend Cannabis zu versorgen, weiß ich nicht. Zudem hoffe ich natürlich auf weitere Deals, wie den mit Rollins Group und Canymed GmbH. Was aber natürlich den Spielraum für eigene Geschäfte weiter einschränken würde.

Börse macht derzeit echt nicht viel Spaß. Die Bewertung von Beleave wird langsam schon peinlich niedrig. Denn ich gehe nicht davon aus, dass in 2019 die Umsätze aus den derzeit virhandenen Geschäften sinken. Das heißt, dass ohne die beiden Großabnehmer der Umsatz schon mindestens 8-10 Mio. betragen dürfte. Die beiden Deals und mit Sicherheit noch weitere folgende Abnehmer kommen noch obendrauf.

So, heute sollte man nochmal den Kaufknopf in der Nähe haben. Es könnte durchaus sein, dass noch einige zum Jahresende ihr Depot bereinigen/glätten. Und Beleave rausschmeissen. Das könnte natürlich durchaus auch einige andere Cannabiswerte betreffen. Man muss heute Nachmittag sehen, was der Markt will.

Und 2019 könnte es dann wieder langsam bergauf mit den Pot-Aktien gehen. Es gibt mit Sicherheit trotz der Korrektur weiterhin einige Werte in der Branche, die noch zu hoch bewertet sind. Aber viele Pot-Aktien sind so stark eingebrochen, dass sie jetzt eine günstige bis sehr günstige Bewertung haben, sofern sie natürlich ihre Prognosen erfüllen.

Na das haben wohl einige Käufer gehört und auf die schnelle noch den Kus hochgekauft :-) Plus 21 % zum Tagesschluss. Solltest häufiger so etwas schreiben...... Aber im Ernst bei 100 Mio. Umsatz in 2019 und nur 4 % Gewinnmarge wären 1 CT Gewinn und ein KGV von deutlich unter 10 !!! Mal sehen wann die nächsten News kommen und was der Kurs dann macht....

Viele Pot-Aktien sind gut bis sehr gut ins Jahr 2019 gestartet. Beleave dagegen hat leider bislang eher enttäuscht. Letzte Meldung ist vom 17.12.2018. Ich bleibe dabei. Einer der beiden o.g. Punkte sollte schnellstmöglich mal erledigt sein. Oder es werden neue, richtig gute, News vermeldet. Das Kursplus ist nach und nach leider wieder geschrumpft. Trotzdem aber noch ein Plus von 25%. Das Handelsvolumen ist gestern in Übersee regelrecht explodiert. In der aktuellen Präsentation findet man keine Zahlen/Prognosen. Ende 2018 war dies noch der Fall. Man hört zudem auch nichts davon, dass man bereits nach Deutschland liefert (noch keine Erlaubnis ?). Auch zur Partnerschaft mit der Rollins Group (gibt es bereits geöffnete Läaden ?) hört man nichts. Aufgrund dessen habe ich eine Email an [e-mail] verfasst. Die einzige Email Adresse die mir bekannt ist. Die Email kam zurück, konnte nicht zugestellt werden.
Aufgrund dessen bin ich erstmal hier ausgestiegen. Und bleibe an der Seitenlinie. Es kann aber jeden Tag wieder passieren, dass ich einsteige. Es muss dazu nur eine Meldung rauskommen, die mich zum Wiedereinstieg bewegt. Zum Beispiel neues zum GMP Zertifikat.

Wie erwartet ist bei den Zahlen noch nichts ersichtlich, was für einen nachhaltigen Kurssprung sorgen könnte. Und es gibt leider auch noch keine neue Präsentation auf der Homepage, die kurzfristig Mut machen könnte. Ich werde die Aktie zwar weiterhin sehr genau im Auge behalten, aufgrund der vorhanden Verträge/Deals. Aber vom Tempo bei den Fortschritten bin ich doch etwas enttäuscht.

Ich kann da weder einen Kommentar zu den Deals

finden. Dabei waren diese beiden Kooperationen die große Hoffnung bei mir. Sobald ich nicht wenigstens bei einer der Beiden etwas neues höre, gibt es hier keine Betätigung des Kaufknopfes.

Ja es könnte alles etwas besser laufen, ich bleibe aber weiter investiert.
Mein Hauptgrund für die Investition ist das ISO9001 Zertifikat und die anstehende GMP Zertifizierung. Sollte es da Probleme geben werde ich wohl erstmal aussteigen.

Wenn das so stimmt, was ein User bei stockhouse schreibt, dann wird auch im laufenden Quartal kein Umsatz erzielt, der einen vom Hocker reissen wird. Denn als ich noch investiert war, da waren gerade diese beiden Kooperationen meine große Hoffnung. Aber so könnte Beleave eher irgendwann mal zu einem Übernahmekandidat werden. MCap unter 50 Mio. $. Oder schlimmstenfalls in der Versenkung verschwinden. Es sei denn, sie bekommen in der nächsten Zeit die notwendigen Lizenzen.

No cheating to investors. Cant ship to Germany until GMP is awarded. They passed pre-inspection stages but have not received GMP certification as they are awaiting inspection from German authorities. As for Rollins group, nothing planned yet as Ontario is not issuing new licenses for stores yet and Rollins is only based in Ontario.

Das ist tatsächlich endlich mal wieder eine gute Nachricht von Beleave. Schön wäre es aber mal, wenn man in der Präsentation mal Umsatzprognosen mit reinpackt. Die Zahlen aus dem letzten Finanzbericht waren ja noch mehr als enttäuschend.
Zu der Meldung vom 05.04.2019: Ist der Brexit bzw. der No Deal Brexit eigentlich eine Gefahr für Beleave ? Zumindest kurzfristig. Denn aktuell wird es nur Abkommen zwischen Canada und EU geben. Nach dem Brexit müsste es erstmal neue Verhandlungen geben zwischen England und Canada. Genauso das Thema Cannabis Transport (für medizinische Zwecke) zwischen England und EU ist schlimmsenfalls ungeklärt.

The B.C. Securities Commission has settled the case it was pursuing against Beleave Inc., one of many Canadian Securities Exchange companies named in an investigation over abusive share issuances. The BCSC and Beleave have entered into a settlement agreement in which Beleave has admitted to that it issued $7.5-million worth of shares to consultants who provided no services. The BCSC, citing a change of management, has ended the case against the company without imposing any penalties.

The settlement comes as part of an investigation in which the BCSC cited a large group of people and companies for illegal share distributions on the CSE. The BCSC said that the group misused exemptions normally reserved to issue shares to consultants. The matter is still in the preliminary stages, and the BCSC has not begun full proceedings against anybody. So far, the regulator's efforts have been limited to imposing temporary orders to halt the scheme.

When it filed the case, the BCSC cited Beleave and 10 other CSE listings. The regulator did not provide any details of Beleave's part in the scheme (or many details at all), but the settlement agreement released Wednesday fills in some of those details, at least with respect to Beleave. The company has admitted that it issued millions of shares to a group of consultants who provided no services. Between April and June, 2018, the company announced that it had raised $10-million through two private placements. What the company failed to disclose was that it only retained $2.5-million of the money, returning $7.5-million to the purported consultants as prepaid fees.

Beleave Inc. has received the required building permit from Hamilton for its Hamilton phase 2 expansion. Work on phase 2 is now under way, with construction teams already on site.

The phase 2 expansion has long been in development and represents an important moment in the Beleave story. The newly announced building permit marks the final approval necessary to move the project forward. Last month, the company received another approval for the project to progress at a public meeting of the Hamilton city council.

Construction of the 91,700-square-foot phase 2 expansion project has begun with Beleave retaining the services of Havecon Horticultural Projects. Havecon, a leading developer of horticultural and agricultural construction and development, will manage and complete the work on site. Phase 2 will result in an additional 5,700 square feet of indoor grow space and 55,000 square feet of greenhouse space, which would have an expected annual yield of 8,650 kilograms per year.

"This expansion is a major breakthrough for Beleave and possibly one of the most important for us as we continue to execute on our strategy. This expansion, now fully green-lit, is a pivotal part of our business plan to take Beleave into the future," said Beleave's chief executive officer, Bill Panagiotakopoulos. "This marks the latest in a series of important and positive changes for our company recently. I extend my congratulations to everyone on the team who worked hard to make this possible."

Beleave's Hamilton facility is a state-of-the-art hub for high-efficiency extraction, processing and cultivation of cannabis and cannabis-derived products. The newly approved expansion is expected to provide the ability to significantly increase current operations, distribution and sales beyond what they are today.

The construction plan has been notionally approved by Health Canada, subject to confirmation that the building has been completed, as a licensed growing facility. The work on site is expected to take roughly four months before the greenhouse is fully operational.

Phase 2 includes 29,500 square feet allocated to office, storage and processing, which will allow the company to repurpose spaces in the existing facility for other uses.

Beleave thanks the Hamilton city council for its continued co-operation and support through the approval processes and looks forward to a continuing and productive relationship with the city and the community as a whole.

Ich weiß nicht, was ich von der Meldung halten soll. Während andere Cannabisfirmen versuchen zu wachsen und Zukäufe tätigen, will Beleave jetzt zwei Verkäufe tätigen. Da bekommt man das Gefühl, dass sie Geld nötig haben. Und keinen Investor finden, der bereit ist hier zu investieren.
Als ich den Thread eröffnet hatte, war der Threadtitel durchaus gerechtfertigt. Da aufgrund von Abnahmeverträgen schnell ein sehr großer Umsatz sich andeutete. Davon ist heute leider nichts mehr übrig bzw. zu hören. Gut, dass ich hier rechtzeit ausgestiegen bin.

BELEAVE ANNOUNCES LOI FOR LEASEBACK OF LONDON PRODUCTION FACILITY AND SALE OF LLOYDMINSTER RETAIL SPACE

Beleave Inc. signed a letter of intent (LOI) on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2019, to negotiate, in good faith, with a private purchaser to sell the company's London, Ont., cultivation facility. Beleave will lease back 50 per cent of the property after the sale is finalized to continue using the facility for cannabis production. Beleave will also sell its Saskatchewan retail store in Lloydminster.

London facility leaseback details

The London facility has 250,000 square feet of greenhouse space and 85 acres of land in London, Ont. Beleave will earn a total $7-million for the sale of the property, with an initial cash payment of $3-million to be paid once the deal is finalized.

After completion of the sale, the company will continue to run production from half of the facility that will be leased back. With a direct line of young cannabis plants, Beleave will be able to dedicate 100 per cent of its production space to flowering cannabis. As this growing method does not require mother rooms, and growth cycles can be increased, it is expected that Beleave will be able to produce the same amount of product using only 50 per cent of the facility.

Lloydminster retail sale details

The company has also finalized the sale of its retail location in Lloydminster, Sask. Beleave sold the location for $2-million, and the company is expecting to receive the funds within the next 60 days. The new owners will begin cannabis retail operations in the space in mid-October.

Once both sales are completed, they will generate gross proceeds totalling $9-million, which the company will use for: debt repayment, the acceleration of the Hamilton phase 2 expansion and other growth initiatives.

"We're pleased to announce that we're taking another step forward with our growth strategy," commented Beleave's chief executive officer, Bill Panagiotakopoulos. "Beleave has established the foundations of a long-term brand built on sustainable production processes of flower and oils, with derivatives and concentrates on the horizon. Die Einnahmen sind weiterhin viel zu niedrig. Womit meiner Meinung nach diese Aktie weiterhin aktuell kein interessantes Investment ist. Tja, als ich diesen Thread erstellt hatte, sah das noch ganz anders aus. Da hatte man Lieferaufträge unterzeichnet, die fette Millionenumsätze versprachen. Daraus ist bis heute nichts geworden.
