The base model Cybertruck won’t be available for a while. Tesla will make dual- and tri-motor options first. Those will cost more. Car companies typically produce higher-priced products first. It’s more revenue and profit for them.
The tri-motor version will likely start at just under $80,000 to qualify for the $7,500 government tax credit.
When the base model will be shipped should also come up. Investors will want some insight into the production ramp. Musk has said Tesla won’t be producing Cybertrucks at a “run-rate” of 250,000 a year until 2025. Investors are hoping he’s being conservative.
Wall Street expects about 1,500 Cybertrucks to be delivered in 2023 and about 78,000 in 2024. To put that in comparison, deliveries for all Tesla models are expected to be about 1.8 million units in 2023 and 2.2 million in 2024.
Among the buyers receiving Cybertrucks today was Alexis Ohanian, co-founder of social media site Reddit.

In the vast majority of cases, Cybertruck owners towing a trailer will have to unhook before being able to park at a Supercharger stall to charge.
Tesla is clearly aware of the issue, and it is building new stations with a few “pull-through” stalls where you can charge with a trailer without blocking other stations.

Hopefully, Tesla enables to search for Superchargers with those stalls in the navigation systems in order to make things easier, but you will still be lucky to find one that is convenient for your route until they become standard at most stations, which could take a few years.
The other problem is the charging speed.
We don’t know yet the size of the Cybertruck’s battery pack, but it is undoubtedly going to be the biggest battery pack Tesla has ever included in a consumer vehicle to date. That will make charging longer.
The good news is that Tesla confirmed that the Cybertruck works with an 800-volt battery system rather than the current 400-volt system in existing Tesla vehicles.
However, Tesla’s Supercharger network is not 800-volt. The new V4 Superchargers are supposed to enable 800-volt charging, but the new V4 stalls spotted in the US all appear to be connected to V3 400-volt cabinets.
This means that Cybertruck owners won’t be able to take advantage of the faster charging capacity at Supercharger stations.

According to one Chris Nicholson, who specializes in stainless steel finish maintenance, mainly of DeLoreans owned by collectors across the globe, the material can absolutely get dents, scratches, and dark spots. To fix those, he often has to resort to removing the top finish layer and then sanding the spot. He is of the opinion that Cybertruck owners "are going to have to learn how to do this," if they want to keep their pickup looking tough yet as pristine as it came out of the Texas Gigafactory.

There is a dedicated Cyber Shield stainless steel cleaner that Tesla developed with detailing giant Auto Renu, for instance, and the showroom reps keep polishing the Cybertruck with it many times a day, according to several observations.
