@Sino_Market hat aber immer (noch) nichts zum Mai soweit ich das sehen kann. Woanders guckte ich heute nicht nach.

Im Mai 2021 gab es allerdings Exporte und im Mai 2022 relativ gesehen sogar recht kräftige (über 22k laut CPCA).

Vermutlich hat irgendjemand weiter oben in Beijing eingegriffen, nachdem er von dieser Vereinbarung Wind bekommen hat und sie ihm - warum auch immer - nicht gefiel. Mit anderen Worten: China is regulatorisch eine ziemliche Wildcard: heute so, übermorgen so.

Fun fact: Tesla soll der einzige nicht-chinesische Auto-Hersteller gewesen sein, der diese Vereinbarung unterschrieb:
