Farmako will Strains patentieren

Dear Nicholas,
We are a small but growing group of shareholders that have united to request a teleconference with an officer (Brandon Boddy or Peter Nguyen) of AgraFlora. We currently hold ~7M shares amongst us and are adding new members everyday. While we currently do not have 5% of the total float (~1.5B shares), our group is growing daily as dissatisfaction increases within your investor community.
During this meeting we would like clarity on the following items:
1. Liquidity and runway
How much cash does the company have left and how long before you will need to raise additional funds assuming no other sources of cash.
2. Inventory
While we understand the market is flooded with supply currently why is AGRA not doing everything in its power to sell whatever stock (CBD oil, Canutra products, etc...) of product it has. Right now we are not concerned with margin and only with the ability of the company to monetize its assets.
3. Edibles & Infusions
Although the timing of the license is up to Health Canada have there been any further RFIs (Request for Information) made.
4. Delta Harvest
What is the status of this harvest? What is the expected yield? What firm contracts are in place to move this flower once it is processed.
5. AAA Heidelberg
We understand you are trying to unload this asset to generate some cash. In the meantime how much cash is it burning? What other options are there to monetize this instead of letting it sit idle?
We look forward to a timely response.
Sincerely,
AGRA Investor Group
