Hallo awsx,
MedMen ist wohl doch nicht das Richtige. Erst die Entnahme der Bonizahlungen je 10 Mill pro Geschäftsführer, dann eine Klage vor ca. 4 Wochen, nun die nächste Klage.
Das sind Jungs, die auf zu großem Fuß leben! Der Größenwahn hält nach der neuen Nachricht Einzug.
Macht es wirklich Sinn länger zu bleiben? Was ist Deine Meinung.
Mein Bauchgefühl sagt mit größerem Verlust raus.
Leider war mein Bauchgefühl bei Aphria falsch...auch da viel verloren..und nun dieser Run...
Wäre für Deine Meinung dankbar. Natürlich wird dies keine Kaufempfehlung...

Bin vorerst eh nicht rein wenn dann erst bei ca. 3.43 CAD. Was mich allerdings noch abhält sind die durchaus nicht so guten Bewertungen der Shops bei z.b. Googlemaps im vergleich zum Konkurrenten Curaleaf.

Die Klage seh ich als weniger dramatisch an. Der ehemalige CFO kommt mir weniger seriös daher.

ich verlasse mich hier auf gar nichts und das ist gut so, weil hier jeder von jedem das geld will.
du hast recht, ich hätte die zahl der mk noch verifizieren müssen, ich hatte mich einfach auf die angabe hier verlassen. komischerweise stimmen die angabe bei den anderen, aurora, aphria oder cronos.

aber das ändert nichts an der tatsache, dass der baum brennt, wenn man jetzt die immos verkauft.
aktuell wird in usa wie blöd in immos investiert und mm verkauft den bestand. warum wohl? um sie dann wieder teuer zurückzumieten? das kennen wir doch von arcandor, oder anderen. wieso investieren denn die großen in immos und hier wird verkauft? schau doch in die präse, dann sieht man doch, wer hier werkelt. ausserdem schmälert das den assest value.

und langsam kommt der cannabis-markt in die phase, wo bloße ankündigungen nicht mehr ausreichen. da muss geliefert werden. ob mm dann liefern wird?

The property is 10,417 square feet and will feature a 30’x70’ LED glass store front. It will be the Company’s largest store to date. Das Gap vom 15.03 haben wir die letzten Tage bis auf 3 Cent an der CSE nahezu geschlossen. Gestern Schlusskurs über der 50 Tage Linie mit steigendem Handelsvolumen. Die nächsten Tage sollten wir über 4,5 CAD kommen um neue Highs zu sehen. Anderenfalls könnte es mit einem lower High weiter abwärts gehen.. Meine Sicht der Dinge.

This will be MedMen’s third retail store in Northern California.

The Seaside retail location occupies a high traffic shopping area and represents one of six licenses issued in the city. Gestern gab es die überfällige Korrektur und heute geht es nach Bodenbildung wieder steil. Es sind immer die gleichen Spielchen.

ist natürlich rein psychologisch ein großer knacks für viele neuankömmlinge an der börse, wenn ein tagesverlust von -40% aufwärts zu Buche steht, aber man vergisst dass wir uns binnen zwei wochen immer noch vervierfacht haben, es eine mehr als volatile branche ist und das auch schon seit Beginn war

Naja, es ging auch kräftig hoch und newbies lernen, dass die börse keine Einbahnstraße ist. Trotzdem sehe ich, nachdem wir gestern in der Spitze 3 mal so hoch standen, ein fetten rebound.

ein gesunder stetiger anstieg wäre mir persönlich lieber. in der vergangenheit wurden natürlich ein paar fragwürdige entscheidungen seitens der unternehmensführung getroffen, aber das scheint sich gewendet zu haben und nicht ohne grund nennt man medmen das starbucks der cannabisbranche. ich hab gestern nochmal ein paar stück nachgelegt und sehe großes aufholpotential wenn von der politik richtung finanzen, entkriminalisierung etc. etwas getan wird
