CSC entscheidet sich für FIS als Verwaltungsdienstleister

FIS Investran und FIS Data Exchange in der APAC-Region eingeführt

On an adjusted basis, organic revenue increased 5 percent over the prior year period. Adjusted EBITDA margin expanded 350 basis points over the prior year period to 42.2 percent. Adjusted net earnings was $751 million or $1.43 per diluted share.

Full-Year 2019

On an adjusted basis, organic revenue growth was 6 percent over the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA margin expanded 350 basis points over the prior year to 40.7 percent, primarily driven by the acquisition of Worldpay and associated expense synergies. Adjusted net earnings was $2,530 million or $5.61 per diluted share.
