SOLAR ALLIANCE SIGNS CONTRACT WITH KNOXVILLE UTILITIES BOARD FOR 1 MEGAWATT SOLAR PROJECT IN KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE

Solar Alliance Energy Inc. has signed a contract with Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB), an independent agency of the City of Knoxville, for the design and installation of a one-megawatt (MW) solar project in Knoxville, Tenn. KUB provides electric, natural gas, water, waste water and fibre broadband services to more than 473,000 customers in Knoxville.

Solar Alliance will design, engineer and install the one MW project, which is scheduled to begin construction in April, 2022, and is targeted for completion in August, 2022. The project builds on Solar Alliance's expanding utility customer project base, following successful solar initiatives with utilities LG&E/KU, EPB and AEC. It also builds on the company's support program for utilities, which includes grant work, financial modelling, energy modelling and EV charger deployment.

Ja der Wahnsinn, stellt sogar BTC in den Schatten.

Da sind wohl einige Canadian BigMoney Houses hellhörig geworden. Aber dafür müsste ja dann wohl auch noch Einiges in der Pipeline sein.

Vielleicht werden sie nun endlich auch bekannter in den Staaten, bisher ja nur OTC notiert.

Highlights

Revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2020 was $530,385 compared to $388,132 in the same period in 2019, an increase of 37%.
Revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 was $2,517,610 compared to $1,288,552 in the same period in 2019, an increase of 95%.
The Company's gross profit was $764,262 for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 compared to $197,926 in the comparative period in 2019, an increase of 286%.

Solar Alliance Signs Design Contract for 4.6 Megawatt, $4.8 Million Illinois Solar Project

Toronto, Canada, and Knoxville, Tennessee, October 28th, 2020 – Solar Alliance Energy Inc. (‘Solar Alliance’) or (the ‘Company’) (TSX-V: SOLR) is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement (“Design Agreement”) to commence design work on a 4.57-megawatt (“MW”) ground and roof mount solar project at a 10 MW hyperscale data center in Murphysboro, Illinois owned by Green Data Center Real Estate Inc. (“Green Data”). The design work for the solar system is being completed in tandem with the final design work for the data center. The capital cost of the solar project is expected to be approximately $4.8 million. The project would be Solar Alliance’s largest to date and is expected to generate margins in the range of the Company’s other large-scale solar projects. The final project size and capital cost will be determined as part of the design process.

“This project represents a massive opportunity for Solar Alliance and we are excited to begin the design work on it,” said CEO Myke Clark. “This project is expected to generate significant revenue and contribute to our continued growth. In addition, this project will provide the template for other data center projects seeking to offset their electricity costs through the use of solar. Green Data is pursuing additional data center opportunities and Solar Alliance is well positioned to partner on those opportunities as they are realized.”

The Design Agreement was signed with S.M. Wilson & Co., the general contractor for the NuYen Enterprise Data Center being developed by Green Data. The Company previously signed a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with the predecessor company of Green Data for the design, engineering, procurement and construction management of the Murphysboro data center project. That LOI will be replaced with subsequent agreements, including this Design Agreement, and a construction agreement.

Solar Alliance Signs Powershed Licensing Agreement and Solar Project Agreements

Toronto, Canada, and Knoxville, Tennessee, September 15th, 2020 – Solar Alliance Energy Inc. (‘Solar Alliance’ or the ‘Company’) (TSX-V: SOLR) is pleased to announce it has signed a Commercial License Agreement (“License Agreement”) with the University of Tennessee Research Foundation (“UTRF”) for the development and sales of Powershed, a solar powered charging station for robotic lawnmowers that simplifies and improves the operation and use of robotic lawn mowers. Solar Alliance developed the design in cooperation with a researcher from the University of Tennessee and a provisional patent application has been filed with the U.S. Patent office, which provides intellectual property protection pending a full patent application. The License Agreement provides an exclusive, worldwide license to Solar Alliance and is positive step towards commercialization. Commercial terms are confidential.

Solar Alliance is also pleased to highlight two solar projects it recently sold. The first is a 35 kW system in Tennessee that includes a U.S. Department of Agriculture (“USDA”) grant application. The second is a 15 kW dual tracker system being installed in Uxbridge, Ontario.
