Während Nokia regelrecht nach oben rast, tut sich bei Ericsson nicht viel.

Die Vorstellung von mir war etwas früh aber okay

Bin in meinem spekulativen Tenbagger Depot jetzt auch in die Aktie reingegangen.

An überkauft, glaube ich nicht, sondern an gesunden Aufwärtstrend, der noch weitergehen könnte.

Es wurde lange bei 90 konsolidiert, dann zog der Kurs ohne Kaufpanik an in Richtung 100 und 110+

Bei 100 wurde auch ein Monat lang konsolidiert.

Das 10 Jahreshoch aus 2021 liegt bei 126 herum - und dürfte getestet werden.

Es gibt wohl auch noch ein paar Shortseller die ihre Aktien zurückgeben müssen, denke nicht, dass die auf bärische Gedanken kommen.

Nikki hat es geschafft, Ericsson voll im hoch zu kaufen. Das schafft auch nicht ein jeder.
Haltet Euch fern von solchen Besserwissern, Ihr würdet mit sehr hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit verlieren.

Faced With Slow 5G Rollout, EU Telcos Single Out Big Tech Again

BRUSSELS - Jan. 29, 2024 - (Reuters)European telecommunications lobbying group ETNO on Monday again urged Big Tech to help pay for the rollout of 5G and broadband as it released data showing Europe trails the United States and Asia in 5G networks, cloud computing, investments and revenues.

The comments by ETNO, whose members include Deutsche Telekom, Orange, Telefonica and Telecom Italia, come as the European Commission readies a proposal on digital networks and infrastructure on Feb. 21.

The EU telecoms industry's hopes of getting Alphabet's Google, Amazon, Netflix, Meta Platforms and Microsoft to help pay for the rollout of 5G and broadband were dashed last year after the Commission decided not to propose legislation to this effect but to leave it to the next team in 2025.

Despite a record 59.1 billion euros ($64 billion) in investments by the sector last year, only 10 out of 114 networks in Europe were 5G standalone, ETNO said, citing a report it commissioned from research group Analysys Mason.

On edge cloud, which brings computing capacity close to the end user, Europe only had four commercialised offers in 2023 versus 17 offers in the Asia-Pacific region and nine in North America, it said.

EU patent rule, disputed by Nokia and Ericsson, gets key EU lawmakers' vote

BRUSSELS, Jan 24 (Reuters) - EU draft rules aimed at avoiding spats over patents essential to technologies for telecoms equipment and connected cars were approved by a key EU lawmakers' group on Wednesday, despite criticism from Nokia, Ericsson and other patent holders.

The European Commission proposed the draft rules in April last year, seeking to end costly and lengthy litigation over patents used in technologies for telecoms equipment, mobile phones, computers, connected cars and smart devices.

The draft rules need to be thrashed out with European Union countries and EU lawmakers before they can become law.

A committee at the European Parliament tasked with preparing lawmakers' position backed the proposals on Wednesday, which will need approval from the legislative assembly in the coming weeks before kicking off negotiations with EU governments.

Nokia (NOKIA.HE), Ericsson (ERICb.ST) and Siemens (SIEGn.DE), in a joint letter to EU lawmakers published earlier this month, drew the committee's attention to concerns from the European Patent Office, standard-setting body ETSI and other bodies on the draft rules, asking it to take a closer look.

Nokia's head of IP policy Collette Rawnsley told Reuters last year that the proposals appeared one-sided, with additional obligations, burdens and costs falling on so-called standard essential patent (SEP) owners rather than implementers.

Lobbying group IP Europe, which counts Nokia, Ericsson and Qualcomm (QCOM.O) as members, told EU lawmakers that the proposed rules would compromise European leadership in 5G and 6G and other critical technologies and redistribute revenues in favour of foreign device manufacturers.

Lawmaker Bart Groothuis, who opposes the draft rules, questioned the necessity for them.

Auch ein Marktschock (siehe Seite 1) ändert daran nichts. Auf die Qualität kommt es gleichwohl an.

ERICSSON ist mit seiner Technologie immer noch die Nummer eins in der Ausrüstung von Mobilfunktechnik nebst den aktuellen Ergänzungen Richtung KI. Größter Konkurrent sind jedoch die Chinesen (HUAWEI), deren eigentliche Dynamik jedoch durch verschiedene politische Bremsen beeinträchtigt ist. Der kürzliche Einbruch des Kurses ist der Beleg.

ERICSSON muss einerseits die Bilanz revidieren, was Abschreibungen im Anlagevermögen bedeutet. Insbesondere auf die Buchwerte für Goodwill und Vorräte bzw. Patente etc. Das kostete insgesamt rd. 40 % Abschlag gegenüber den Rekordkursen. Reicht das? ERICSSON behält mit ziemlicher Sicherheit seine europäischen Kunden sowie in den USA und Südamerika. Das Asiengeschäft wird dagegen härter von den Chinesen bedrängt. Die aktuellen Ausgangswerte sind dafür: 15 Mrd. € Marktwert (umgerechnet) stehen für etwa 25 Mrd. € Umsatzziel in 2024. Das KGV errechnet sich mit 8 auf Basis der Gewinnschätzungen für 2024 mit etwas unsicherem Hintergrund. Auf der aktuellen Basis von rd. 4,40 € (umgerechnet) steigen wir ein.

Neue 5G-Technik spart ein Drittel des Strombedarfs

Vodafone wird in Deutschland bei der 5G-Mobilfunkversorgung von ländlichen Gebieten eine neue Technik einführen, mit der bis zu 40 Prozent weniger Strom verbraucht wird.

Dabei werden in der Schaltzentrale am Fuße einer Mobilfunkstation die Sender und Empfänger für unterschiedliche Flächenfrequenzen (900, 800 und 700 Megahertz) in einem System gebündelt, teilte der Telekommunikationsanbieter in Düsseldorf mit. Technikpartner ist der schwedische Ausrüster Ericsson.

«Durch die Bündelung der aktiven Technik funken die Stationen jetzt bei voller Leistung mit 32 bis 40 Prozent weniger Strom», sagte Vodafone-Deutschlandchef Philippe Rogge. Nach erfolgreichen Tests in Nordrhein-Westfalen schalte Vodafone die Technologie jetzt Schritt für Schritt im Netz frei. «Das ist gut für die Smartphone-Nutzer auf dem Land und das ist gut für unseren Planeten.»
