New Placer Dome Gold Corp. Announces Third Drill Rig Turning at the Kinsley Mountain Gold Project & Retains Empire Communications for Investor Relations
News Release - Vancouver, British Columbia – August 31, 2020: New Placer Dome Gold Corp. (“New Placer Dome” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NGLD) (OTCQB:NPDCF) (FSE: BM5) is pleased to announce that the larger reverse circulation (RC) truck mounted drill rig has completed the first priority hole at Kinsley Mountain and is currently drilling the second priority hole. New Placer Dome now has four rigs turning in Nevada, including reverse circulation (RC) track rigs at Kinsley Mountain and Bolo and a diamond core rig at Kinsley Mountain. New Placer Dome has expedited the first deep hole at Bolo and ALS Global in North Vancouver has confirmed initial results for mid-September.

Empire Communications Group Inc.
New Placer Dome is pleased to announce that it has engaged Empire Communications Group Inc. (“Empire”) to provide investor relations services to New Placer Dome. Empire is led by Jackie Kelly, a capital markets specialist with more than 8 years’ experience dealing with institutional, retail, and high-net-worth clients. Prior to New Placer Dome she worked as an institutional equity salesperson at a full-service investment bank in Toronto for 4 years. Jackie holds a B.A (Hons) from Wilfred Laurier University.
The investor relations agreement with Empire has a term of six months from the date of TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) approval and may be terminated at any time without charge by either party by giving 30 days’ notice. Empire will be paid a monthly fee of $5,000 and will be granted stock options to acquire up to 75,000 common shares of New Placer Dome at a price of $0.70 per share for a period of two years, vesting in stages over a period of 12 months in equal portions every three months, in accordance with the Company’s stock option plan and the policies of the TSXV.
The engagement of Empire remains subject to the approval of the TSXV.
