bin sowieso der Meinung, da nun jetzt der rollover vorbei ist, sollte der Preis je Aktie Diurnal endlich mal steigen in Erwartung der - hoffentlich - Zulassung Chronocort EU ... dann lizensiert Eton das ein gegen Milestones und die Aktie wäre dann total derisked ...😎

Habe meine Verkaufskurse hochgesetzt; nicht das ich noch von einem Buyout überrascht werde! Daran glaube ich nicht, aber habe keine Erklärung für den Kursverlauf ... Chronocort, keine Zulassung EMA ist natürlich möglich, aber daran g l a u b e ich nicht ...
zumindest versucht Hardman den Kurs zu stützen mit neuem Kursziel von 2,14 Pfund ...
die Kursentwicklung verstehe ich auch nicht ...

Einige sagen, das die Bios in nächster Zeit stärker unter Druck an den Börsen kommt. Der Biosektor wäre zu heiß gelaufen.
Es stimmt mich schon nachdenklich, dass Diurnal sich Fundamental weiterentwickelt aber der Kurs nicht mitgeht.

Nach einer Chronocort-Zulassung kommen Auslizensierungen in EU ziemlich schnell, bevor sich noch einer überlegt Diurnal zu übernehmen. Eine Menge guter News, da dann auch Geld fließt an Diurnal und die Pressemeldungen positiv sein werden und für Aufmerksamkeit sorgen werden.
USA und Kanada, Eton hat Produkte aus der Pipeline der Neuropharmacie verkauft für ca. 40 Millionen Dollar. Ich gehe davon aus, dass sie Chronocort einlizensieren werden gegen Geld und die Studie USA P 3 bezahlen werden. Die Verträge werden vorbereitet, es hängt jedoch alles von der Zulassung EU ab. Dann kann Diurnal mehr verlangen. Wenn das so sein sollte, dann sind Eton und Diurnal sehr positiv, was die EU-Zulassung betrifft.
Eine Verkaufsorder ist drin für unter 100 Pence, einen Teilverkauf (ca. 30 Prozent), wird einfach mal Zeit. Bei dem Rest bin ich mir unsicher ...

Adrenal Insufficiency (AI)
AI is a condition in which the adrenal glands do not produce a sufficient level of
steroid hormones – primarily cortisol, but also aldosterone. The condition was first
identified by Dr Thomas Addison in 1849 (the condition is also called Addison
disease), and can be split into the following two situations:
► primary AI – direct impairment of the adrenal glands;
► secondary AI – an impairment of the pituitary gland or the hypothalamus having

Adrenal crisis
Adrenal crisis is a life-threatening condition, if not treated promptly, that occurs
when the body cannot produce sufficient cortisol in response to stress and illness.
An adrenal crisis requires urgent admission to hospital, with immediate intravenous
or intramuscular administration of high-dose hydrocortisone, rehydration and
monitoring. A recent survey2
in 982 patients with Addison’s disease found that 8%
needed hospital treatment with injected hydrocortisone and/or intravenous fluids
over a 12-month period, indicating that the condition is poorly managed.
Current treatment
Corticosteroids are used to replace the missing or low cortisol secretion in AI. Firstline treatment is a daily intake of immediate release hydrocortisone in a dosage
regimen designed to mimic the physiological concentration of cortisol. However,
given its short half-life, this is not ideal.
Longer-acting prednisolone or dexamethasone are sometimes used in an attempt to
improve patient convenience but, unlike hydrocortisone, they have no
mineralocorticoid activity.
Plenadren
Plenadren (previously DuoCort; Shire) is a once-daily formulation of hydrocortisone
designed to be taken in the morning and to provide a therapeutic level of cortisol
throughout the day. Plenadren is prescribed for adult AI patients only, and not CAH.
Plenadren consists of two components:
► outer layer – providing an immediate release of hydrocortisone
► inner core – releases hydrocortisone at a slow continuous rate
The graphic on the left compares the plasma cortisol concentration over the course
of a day following administration of Plenadren with that derived from three times
daily dosing with immediate release hydrocortisone. Plenadren is able to mimic the
daytime cortisol. However, it does not match the nighttime build-up in preparation
for the energy requirement needed at the start of the day.

das hier wäre natürlich der Oberhammer - gefunden im Chat (London Stock Exchange) zu diurnal und dies würde natürlich eine Megaerweiterung des Marktpotentials von Chronocort falls zugelassen:
