COURT APPROVES SCHEME
Oklo Resources Limited is pleased to advise that the Supreme Court of Western Australia ("Court") has today made orders approving the scheme of arrangement pursuant to which B2Gold Corp. ("B2Gold") will acquire, through its wholly owned subsidiary, B2Gold Oklo Resources Pty Limited, 100% of the share capital of Oklo (“Oklo Shares”), ("Scheme").
LODGEMENT OF COURT ORDERS
Pursuant to section 411(10) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Scheme will become legally effective upon lodgement of an office copy of the Court’s orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC").
Oklo expects to lodge an office copy of the Court’s orders with respect to the Scheme with ASIC tomorrow, Thursday, 8 September 2022, at which time the Scheme will become legally effective.
If this occurs, Oklo Shares will be suspended from trading on ASX at the close of trading on Thursday, 8 September 2022.

Jap definitiv ist das Ding hier noch nicht durch. Grundsätzlich sind hier wohl auch die meisten noch deutlich unter Wasser. Ich aktuell pari, boersiback meinte an anderer Stelle, er ist noch im Minus.
Ist halt für nen großen Player dann immer schön, solche Schnäppchen zu versuchen an Land zu ziehen. Allerdings sollte man da nicht alles mit sich machen lassen und ich hofffe zumindest man auf eine Nachverhandlung.

Ich hätte hier mit ein wenig mehr gerechnet, so um die 0,21 - 0,24 AUD pro Share - MK 105-120 AUD.
