Ich gehe daher davon aus, das im offiziellen Markt in Frankfurt weiterhin die Haier Smart Home D notieren, und im Freiverkehr der deutschen Börsen die Haier Smart Home H von den Aktionären, die vorher Haier Electronic H Aktien hatten.
Beide Aktiengattungen haben gleiche Rechte, z.B. Teilnahme Hauptversammlung mit Stimmrecht, Dividenden etc.

Das ist wie im Leben wenn wir immer nur mit 100% Leben ist es das neue 0% d.h Korrekturen gehören dazu damit man sich freuen kann wenn es wieder aufwärts geht.

Haier hält sich über der 1,- Euro Marke, aber wenn man
auf die Entwicklung in China schaut, wo wir gerade ein
neues Hoch erreicht haben, ist die Entwicklung hier dann
doch eher weiter traurig.
