Ach Du, bis 4 Cent war ich am einsammeln (als der Kurs irgendwo unter 2Cent rumdüpelte), mehr als 100% Agio war ich dann nimmer bereit zu zahlen.

Hab dann lieber günstigere Alternativen gewählt... aber wenn ich jetzt 100% Tagesgewinn im London sehe, dann relativiert sich das Agio ja innerhalb eines Tages.

War trotzdem ein absurd niedriges KGV. Daher war es mir das Agio wert. Goldproduzenten mit 90% Krisenrabatt nimmt man doch gerne...

Gibt aber aktuell noch was besseres...

Statement in Relation to Gazprombank

Petropavlovsk PLC ("Petropavlovsk" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") notes the inclusion of Gazprombank ("GPB") on the UK Sanctions List and the designation of GPB for the purposes of an asset freeze under the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (the "Regulations") on 24 March 2022 and the general licence (INT/2022/1424276) of wind down of positions involving various designated banks (including GPB).

The Group has substantial commercial and financial relationships with GPB and its subsidiaries, including a US$200 million committed term loan between the Company and Bank GPB (JSC) (the "Term Loan") and circa US$86.7 million in revolving credit facilities made available to certain of the Company's subsidiaries in Russia. It is a condition of these facilities and the Term Loan that GPB acts as an off-taker of 100% of the Group's gold production.

GPB's designation under the Regulations for the purposes of an asset freeze prohibits further sales of gold by the Group to GPB at present, and restrictions on purchasing and selling gold in Russia may make it challenging to find an alternative purchaser for the Group's gold output.

The Company also notes that an interest payment of US$560,000 is due to be paid today under the Term Loan; however, the Company is currently prohibited from making such payment under the Regulations.

The Company is urgently considering with its advisers the implications for the Group's activities and financing arrangements resulting from GPB being designated for the purposes of an asset freeze. A further announcement will be made in due course.

Petropavlovsk reconfirms that none of the companies in the Group has to date been named in the sanctions against Russia announced by the United Kingdom, United States, European Union, and other nations.

Handelsbeschränkungen...okay, ich dagegen, aber meinetwegen diskutabel. Was überhaupt nicht geht: nur Verkauf möglich und interessierte Kreise sacken für Cents ein.

Den Kauf von Gazproms in London Anfang März zu 0,50 USD hatte ich mal probiert ...
Die Orders wurden angenommen aber Sekunden später auf gestrichen gesetzt
Wenn man Umsätze sieht muss das nicht heißen, dass man da selbst aktiv werden kann
Bei Investments in den BRICs + Türkei muss man immer mit Lehrgeld rechnen
Maximal den kleinen Finger investieren - der wächst dann schon wieder nach

Die sind sicher nicht für dich u. mich möglich. Aber auch fûr Pros scheint es nicht so einfach. Ist ja ein nobrainer. Hauptsache ich muss die Teile nicht für 0,05 kaufen, wenn es identisches in London für 0,02 gibt...

Was aber noch begrenzt Sinn machen würde:
- Deutsche Stücke in Frankfurt verkaufen
- In London dann zum halben Preis einkaufen

Hinweis; Meine Stücke sind Linksfahrer aus London und die tausche ich natürlich nicht in Rechtsfahrer zum doppelten Preis... Ob die Transaktionen möglich sind kann ich natürlich auch nicht sagen

Umgekehrt wird ein Schuh draus...verkaufen ist nicht möglich. Offenbar kann niemand nen cross border trade machen...bzw. müßte sich die Aktien von einer Bank zu anderen umlagern. Dauert ewig.

Ich habe einen Broker...nur Frankfurt möglich...und einen nur London môglich. Voll unlogisch der Mist.

na denk mal nach Nickel. vielleicht ist die aktie ja wertvoller als manche denken

und vielleicht dürfen manche nicht über london kaufen aus irgendwelchen Gründen..
