Was spricht für AD, -seit mehreren Jahren wird eine monatl. Dividende um die 10% gezahlt.
Jetzt, durch die Covid19 Krise hat es AD auch erreicht. Denke das Geschäftsfeld ist breit aufgestellt und Total Ausfälle sind nicht zu erwarten.
Alaris hat einen 10% Aktienrückkauf annonciert und das bringt einen Kick in diese Aktie. Die eingesammelten Aktien werden eingezogen.
Für mich ist das ein " Strong Buy"

Bin auch in AD investiert. Das mit dem SRP-Programm (Aktienrückkauf) ist mir neu. Gibt es eine Quelle dazu? Ein Aktienrückkauf, sofern Cash technisch in der Lage, wäre aktuell nicht verkehrt. Aber diese zu dann quasi zu eliminieren - so wie ich dich verstanden habe - wäre aus meiner Sicht eher kontraproduktiv, da die Liquidität ohnehin schon sehr schlecht ist. Das hält auch den ein oder anderen Investoren ab hier einzusteigen. Meine Meinung.

("Alaris" or the "Corporation") (TSX: AD) is announcing that it has received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") to proceed with a normal course issuer bid ("NCIB"). Under the NCIB, the Corporation may purchase for cancellation up to 3,473,720 common shares of the Corporation (the "Shares"). As at March 19, 2020 Alaris had 36,721,674 Shares outstanding. As such, the NCIB represents approximately 10% of Alaris' public float of its issued and outstanding Shares as at March 19, 2020 ("public float" is defined under the policies of the TSX as Alaris' total issued and outstanding Shares minus (i) any Shares that are pooled, escrowed or non-transferrable and (ii) Shares known to Alaris, after reasonably inquiry, beneficially owned or controlled by Alaris, senior officers, directors and any holder of 10% or more of the issued and outstanding Shares). The actual number of Shares that may be purchased for cancellation under the NCIB and the timing of any such purchases will be determined by Alaris, subject to a maximum daily purchase limitation of 44,667 Shares, which equates to 25% of Alaris' average daily trading volume on the TSX of 178,671 Shares for the six months ended February 29, 2020. The Corporation may also make one block purchase per calendar week which exceeds the daily repurchase restrictions.

Before the commencement of any particular internal trading black-out period or such other time as the Corporation may determine appropriate (each a "Automatic Purchase Period"), Alaris may, but is not required to, instruct its designated broker to make purchases of Shares under the NCIB during the ensuing Automatic Purchase Period in accordance with the terms of the ASPP. Such purchases will be determined by the broker in its sole discretion based on parameters established by Alaris prior to commencement of the Automatic Purchase Period in accordance with the terms of the ASPP and applicable TSX rules. 9% Dividende in der COVID Zeit das ist ein Wort.
Ich war etwas überascht zu sehen, dass der Kurs der Alaris Aktie (WKN A1T98V) sich lange nicht verändert hat. Irgendwie hat sich der Name auf LARIS EQUITY P/UT REG S 3C7 geändert auf jetzt WKN A2QCP9, wie ich dann in meinem Depot sehen konnte. Am 16.10.20 war dann auch die Dividende von 0,1496€ pro Stk von der "neuen" WKN auf meinem Konto. Allerdings handelt es sich jetzt dabei wohl um ein ETF und nicht mehr um eine Aktie. Der aktuelle Kurs ist jetzt 8,85€. Ob ich jetzt dabei bleibe werde ich demnächst entscheiden. Hatte die Aktie ursprünglich wegen der lukrativen Dividende gekauft. Ich beobachte das Teil mal vorsichtig weiter.

Lt. meinem Broker greift die Freistellung NR 301 hier nicht.
Ich werde mich von meinen Stücken nach gegebener Zeit ggf. trennen.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 65.503.891 von Richard_Wagner am 27.10.20 00:47:03Irgenwie stimmt da was nicht. Es gibt ein DBA zwischen Deu und Kanada. Und dort ist im Artikel 10 beschrieben wie es mit Dividenden geht. Und das sagt mir etwas anderes.
Was ich noch nicht weiß, ist der Weg die dann in Deu einbehaltene Steuer plus Soli zurückzufordern. Da werde ich mich wohl mal schlau machen müssen, denn schließlich hat das deutsche Finanzamt mehr Geld als ich. 😟😤😡

Hier greift die DBA bzw. NR 301 - laut meiner Bank - nicht.
Es handelt sich im deutschen Steuerrecht um eine Fondausschüttung.
Im Prizip aber immer noch ein Investment das eine gute Rendite bringt mit
Potential auf eine Kurssteigerung.

That said, while management had indicated the likelihood of an early redemption in 2021, the combined value and distribution of the two investments that are actively evaluating a full or partial redemption was notably higher than our forecast. Management noted that nothing was imminent, and we believe that a healthy deal environment is likely to help mitigate re-investment risk. AD's portfolio remained in good health. Of its 20 investments, 75% of AD's partners have an ECR of over 1.5x (including six over 2.0x) compared to 56% just a year ago. Compared to Q3/20, 11 partners experienced no change in their ECR, three showed improvement, and two deteriorated. Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 67.415.036 von hbc002 am 11.03.21 13:22:49Ich bin bei Alaris ausgestiegen, Grund war die Umformierung zu einem Fond und damit auch die steuerlichen Nachteile d.h. die Ausschüttung wurde voll mit der kanad. Quellensteuer (trotz NR 301) belastet.
Ingesamt ergab sich mit der dt. Steuer einen Abschlag von satten 50 % der Dividende und hatt sich nicht mehr gerrechnet.
Auch der Verkauf wurde mit der dt. Steuer belastet da es sich ja um einen Fond handelt.
Ich bin dann in BAT rein was rechnerisch gleichbleibt bzgl. der Dividendenrendite.
Vorteil ist das ich Aktiengewinne voll mit meinen Aktienverlusten gegenrechnen kann.
Schade das Alaris sich umformiert hatt wäre/ist ein guter Dividendenwert gewesen.
Allen Investierten noch viel Spass mit Alaris vlt. gibt es einen alternativen Brocker der das besser händeln kann.
Ingesamt ergab sich mit der dt. Steuer einen Abschlag von satten 50 % der Dividende und hatt sich nicht mehr gerrechnet.
Auch der Verkauf wurde mit der dt. Steuer belastet da es sich ja um einen Fond handelt.
