Southern Empire Resources Corp. Guten Morgen Lenny, na da warst du aber heute schon früh wach.
Ja die Gefahr besteht natürlich ....Die Aktie hat ja bei weiter steigenden Goldpreis schon
wahnsinnig korrigiert ....und man weiß natürlich nicht ob sollte der Goldpreis sagen wir doch mal auf 1850 rum noch fallen inwiefern hier die Aktie dann mit runtergezogen wird.... Die Gefahr hat man aktuell wohl bei jeder Goldaktie ....Aber wie ich gestern schon im anderen Forum geschrieben habe hat gestern Gold ja ziemlich Stärke bewiesen als der Abverkauf auf 1907 sofort wieder mit Nachfrage noch oben gezogen wurde ... bei der Lage in der Welt ...siehe auch Notbanken und Zinsen wüsste ich keinen Grund warum die Leute im großen Stiele noch ihr Gold abgeben sollten ...im Gegenteil ...

oh das ist nicht schön gleich mal nachgeschaut ...gut ist eine Aktie ist von 0,025 auf über 0,08 wie ein Strich rauf ..das geht bei den Mini Penny Stock wo im einstelligen Cent gehandelt werden schnell rauf und runter .... drück dir die Daumen das du das bald wieder im Plus bist .... na hier bei Southern bekommst du aber dafür bestimmt einen guten Einstieg ....

Der Angebotspreis war für MAS 0,145 CAD .... somit für 8,5 MAS bekommen die 1 Southern ....da Southern aber nun mehr 0,75 CAD wert ist ....würde das Angebot aktuell somit rechnerisch einen MAS Kurs 0,08823...bedeuten ....ob da die MAS Aktionäre noch ja sagen wenn der Deal noch nicht durch ist ?

Lenny ich habe keine Ahnung was hier abläuft ....vielleicht realisiert einer mit mehr Aktien hier mal seine Gewinne und kann das aber nur in kleinen Schritten machen, da hier ja kaum Stücke gehandelt werden ....ist ja schon ein enger Markt hier ...

schau im Durchschnitt werden hier ca. 60.000 Aktien am Tag gehandelt was aktuell ca. 30.000 Euro sind ...

Mein schlechtester Pick dieses Jahr bisher (nur Anfangs-Pos. aber im Moment -40% seit 3. July). Allerdings heute einige Depotwerte rot mit kleiner und teils auch größerer Korrektur (außer Galway, die legen weiter zu...). Am Goldpreis kanns nicht liegen (kurzer Dip heute, jetzt im Moment schon wieder über 1960 US$ - kommt evtl. noch eine stärkere Korrktur?)

Das letzte PP war bei 0,50$ (siehe Seite 1 der Diskussion).

Vom (bereits am 18. Juni abgeschlossenen) Mini-Bohrprogramm auf Eastgate gab es bisher auch noch keine Ergebnisse. Könnten jeden Tag vermeldet werden (hoffentlich positiv). Übernahme von MAS läuft noch (The Transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2020), kann aber dauern...

Handels-Volumen in Canada ist auch immer sehr niedrig (im Durchschnitt 113,261 lt. ceo.ca). Scheint noch "unter dem Radar zu filegen"...

Hier muss man wohl etwas mehr Geduld haben. Kann sich aber täglich ändern und morgen oder in ein paar Tagen kann der Kurs wieder anders aussehen oder auch noch tiefer fallen. Potential ist auf alle Fälle vorhanden... Bleibe dabei.

Southern Empire: Kurzvorstellung

An der Stelle will ich Ihnen noch kurz eine neue Aktie vorstellen, die ich schon einmal – wenngleich ohne Namen – erwähnt hatte. Es ist eine Firma, die Bryan Slusarchuk K92-Gründer und aktuell CEO von Fosterville South, mit ins Leben gerufen hat. Die Firma hört auf den Namen Southern Empire (WKN A2P197). Wenn Sie sich den Chart ansehen, dann erkennen Sie auch, wieso ich vor ein paar Wochen noch nicht über die Aktie reden wollte: Das Papier ist zu schnell zu stark gestiegen. Jetzt ist die Aktie zurückgekommen und vor allem sind mehr Aktien im Freefloat. Die Story ist etwas anders als die anderen Storys von Bryan Slusarchuk. Dieses Mal ist es nicht ein Projekt (oder eine Region) sondern seit vergangener Woche drei Projekte in drei verschiedenen Regionen: Kalifornien, Nevada und Saskatchewan.

In Kalifornien hat Southern Empire das Oro Cruz Gold Projekt, eine ehemals produzierende Mine. Das war eigentlich das erste Asset, das die Firma hatte. Das Projekt liegt 22,5 Kilometer südöstlich von Equinox Golds Mesquite Mine. In Sachen Infrastruktur müssen wir uns hier keine Sorgen machen. Aktuell läuft der Genehmigungsprozess. Geplant ist, dass man im Herbst mit den Bohrungen auf dem Projekt beginnen kann. Es gibt eine historische Ressource von 340.000 Unzen zu 2,4 Gramm Gold je Tonne. Wie gesagt, das ist historisch und ich denke, man wird testen, ob man diese historische Ressource in eine NI43/101 konforme Ressource wandeln kann und natürlich erweitern kann.

Gebohrt hat man in den vergangenen Wochen auf einem anderen Projekt: Dem Eastgate-Projekt in Nevada. Die Bohrergebnisse sollten in den kommenden drei bis vier Wochen vorliegen. Es waren allerdings nur vier Bohrlöcher. Man vergleicht das Projekt in der Präsentation ein wenig mit der Midas Mine (ehemals Newmont, später Klondex). Wir werden sehen, ob es diesen Vergleich standhält. Ich denke, es ist schlicht und ergreifend zu früh, darüber etwas zu sagen. Warten wir einmal die Bohrergebnisse ab.

Letzte Woche kam dann eine Übernahme dazu: Southern Empire hat MAS Gold übernommen, ein Konzern, der in Saskatchewan aktiv ist und dort bereits eine Ressource von rund 500.000 Unzen (dieses Mal NI43-101 konform) vorweisen kann. Hier sieht Southern Empire die Chance, die Ressource deutlich zu steigern. Die Rede ist von bis zu zwei Millionen Unzen.

Kurzum: Southern Empire ist noch in einem sehr frühen Stadium. Die Bohrergebnisse von Eastgate werden uns einen ersten Einblick geben, wie werthaltig das Projekt sein kann. Der Fokus aber liegt auf Oro und dem MAS Gold Projekt – außer natürlich Eastgate überrascht mit starken Ergebnissen, dann dürfte sich der Fokus verschieben.

Mir geht es heute nur darum, dass sie schon einmal von der Aktie gehört haben, bevor der Rest der Anleger davon Kenntnis nimmt. Das Unternehmen ist noch in einem sehr frühen Stadium und entsprechend spekulativ. Wer spekulieren will, der sollte seine Orders unbedingt limitieren und tunlichst in Kanada ordern. In Deutschland liegt der Spread aktuell bei 6 Prozent – das ist eine Menge.

Hi goldfinger69,

ich denke, MAS Gold (früher Masuparia Gold) ist auch jahrelang von der breiten Masse nicht beachtet worden (war total unbekannt - ich tracke auf WO seit 2012 alle möglichen guten News zu Explorern, aber auf die bin ich noch nie gestoßen - was nichts bedeuten muss, weil es ja sehr viele Explorer gibt...)

Der Kurs lief die letzten 3 Jahre in einer gewissen Range:



Ich denke schon, dass die Übernahme durchgehen wird. Man hat in Kombination bessere Chancen, dass man auch mal wahr genommen wird - SMP hat viel mehr Möglichkeiten und wird das Projekt voranbringen. Das ist in meinen Augen nur eine Frage der Zeit und der Promotion, die noch kommen wird...

Bin hier halt leider zu früh dabei gewesen, bin so etwas aber auch gewohnt...
Muss jeder selbst entscheiden - ich denke, das wird was werden mit dem Management von SMP.

das hast Du vrmtl. nicht selbst geschrieben, aber das klingt alles sehr vernünftig - mal nicht reißerisch (fast untypsich), wie ich das von diversen "Newslettern" (so nenne ich das mal neutral) gewohnt bin.

Ich will hier nur kurz anmerken, dass ich weder irgendwelchen Usern aktiv auf WO, noch sonst irgendwelchen Newsletter-Tipps folge. Was nicht bedeutet, dass ich mal auf solche Sachen z.B. durch das eigene "Newstracking" stoße und dadurch auch rein zufällig gewisse Tipps dann auch schon im Depot haben könnte...

Hi Goldfinger69,

nein, an den KE´s kann man nicht so einfach teilnehmen. Da braucht man schon "Connections" - siehe hier z.B.: https://www.resourcemaven.ca/subscribe/ (ist auch nicht gaaanz billig... und ob es dann klappt, genau das zu bekommen, ist eher fraglich...)

SMP lasse ich jetzt mal Zeit - kann noch deutlich tiefer gehen (ja, schön ist das nicht, aber das Risiko bei Explorern ist eben sehr hoch - nix für schwache Nerven...).

Es gibt so viele gute andere Explorer - habe da recht viele im Depot (ist aber nichts zum Nachmachen - Durststrecken im Sommer gerade Mitte/Ende Juli/August sind meistens die letzten Jahre auch immer normal gewesen - oftmals auch Einstiegskurse/Nachkaufchancen. Ob das hier auch zutreffen wird, weiß ich natürlich nicht. POG spielt natürlich auch eine Rolle).

Wenn man sich mit einem Invest nicht wohl fühlt, sollte man schnell raus und was anderes suchen.
Mehr mag ich jetzt dazu nicht mehr sagen (SMP ist bei mir kleine Spek. - eigentlich fast Nebensache, da braucht es in dem Segment auch machmal Geduld).

August 2020 im Rahmen derer Southern Empire alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Aktien der Firma MAS Gold Corp. (MAS Gold; TMX-V: MAS) erwerben kann, Southern Empire zugestimmt hat, MAS Gold finanzielle Mittel vorzustrecken, damit die Firma Genehmigungen und Beratungen für ihr Explorationsbohrprogramm 2020-2021 im La Ronge-Goldgürtel einleiten kann.

Highlights:

5.500 Meter (m; 18.045 Fuß) an Bohrungen für die Goldvorkommen Greywacke North und North Lake vorgeschlagen
Genehmigungs- und Konsultationsverfahren für das Kernbohrprogramm wurde eingeleitet, welches im Herbst 2020 beginnen soll

Andrew Davidson, der CFO von Southern Empire erklärte dazu: "Saskatchewan, das den La-Ronge-Goldgürtel umgibt, in welchem die Miningcamps Seabee and Santoy seit fast 30 Jahren in Betrieb sind, ist eine der aussichtsreichsten Regionen Kanadas für Goldexploration und eine der bergbaufreundlichsten Jurisdiktionen der Welt. Nach Abschluss des MAS-Goldkaufs beabsichtigt Southern Empire, die bereits etablierten Goldressourcen rasch zu erweitern".

Die über Straßen zugänglichen Goldprojekte von MAS Gold befinden sich im La Ronge-Goldgürtel von Saskatchewan, Kanada. Nach Rücksprache mit den örtlichen Gemeinden und Interessenvertretern und der Erteilung der erforderlichen Genehmigungen durch die Regierung von Saskatchewan können die ersten 5.500 Meter (18.045 Fuß) der geplanten Kernbohrungen auf den Grundstücken Greywacke Lake und Preview-North beginnen. Dieses Bohrprogramm soll die bekannten Mineralressourcenschätzungen für die Goldlagerstätten Greywacke North und North Lake erweitern und aufwerten.

Das Untersuchungsprogramm für 2020-2021 knüpft an die positiven Ergebnisse des erfolgreichen Goldexplorationsprogramms von MAS Gold bei La Ronge im Jahr 2019 an, welches folgende Ergebnisse lieferte:

die Erstellung einer abgeleiteten Mineralressource für die Goldlagerstätte North Lake, die sich auf dem Grundstück Preview-North etwa 33 Kilometer südwestlich von Greywacke North befindet und auf 417.000 Unzen Gold geschätzt wird, die in 14.110.000 Tonnen (t) Gestein mit einem Gehalt von 0,92 Gramm Gold/Tonne (g Au/t) enthalten sind; siehe Pressemitteilung von MAS Gold vom 25. März 2020 und ihren technischen Bericht gemäß NI 43-101 vom 10. April 2020
die Bestätigung eines bedeutenden Goldsystems bei der Lagerstätte Point mit dem Potenzial, eine Ressource zu etablieren
die Feststellung der wahrscheinlichen metallurgischen Kompatibilität von goldmineralisiertem Material aus den Goldlagerstätten North Lake, Point und Greywacke North.
Die Explorationsarbeiten 2019 bauen auf der etablierten Ressourcenbasis von MAS Gold auf, die für die Goldlagerstätte Greywacke North, eine von mehreren bekannten in Schichten liegenden, hochgradigen goldhaltigen Zonen auf dem Grundstück Greywacke Lake, definiert wurde. Die Lagerstätte Greywacke North, die nach unten hin weiterhin offen ist, weist derzeit eine geschätzte angezeigte Mineralressource von 255.500 Tonnen mit einem Gehalt von 9,92 g Au/t sowie eine abgeleitete Mineralressource von 59.130 t mit 7,42 g Au/t bei einem Cutoff-Gehalt von 5 g Au/t auf; siehe den technischen Bericht gemäß NI 43-101 von MAS Gold vom 1. Juni 2016, der auf SEDAR verfügbar ist.

Das Untersuchungsprogramm von MAS Gold für den La Ronge Belt für 2020-2021 ist auf folgende Aspekte ausgerichtet:

die Grundlagen für eine langfristige Arbeitsbeziehung mit der Lac La Ronge Indianergruppe, dem Metis Local Stamm und der umgebenden Gemeinde von La Ronge zu schaffen
die Goldressource und die Definitionssicherheit der aktuellen Ressourcenschätzungen für die beiden Goldlagerstätten Greywacke North und North Lake zu erhöhen
die Definition einer Goldressource für die Goldlagerstätte Point zu ermöglichen
systematische Bebohrungstests in der Zone Greywacke South und Lyons auf dem Grundstück Greywacke Lake durchzuführen
die Durchführung der erforderlichen Bewertungsarbeiten für die Grundstücke Elizabeth Lake und Henry Lake
Ein vorgeschlagenes Programm zur gleichzeitigen Exploration umfasst auch:

vorläufige geochemische Untersuchungen im Nordosten und Südwesten der Goldlagerstätte North Lake;
die erneute Verarbeitung historischer geophysikalischer VTEM-Daten,
Neuaufzeichnung und Neubewertung historischer Bohrkerne (die in der La Ronge Kernlagerstätte der Regierung aufbewahrt werden)
Schürfungen auf dem Kupfer-Gold-Massivsulfid-Lagerstättengrundstück Elizabeth Lake; und
geochemische Vermessungs- und Schürfarbeiten auf dem Goldgrundstück Henry Lake.
Einige der Grundstücke von MAS Gold gehörten zu dem La Ronge South Gold Joint Venture (LRSGJV) mit Golden Band Resources Inc. (Golden Band). Der aktuelle Status des LRSGJV wird in den Pressemitteilungen von MAS Gold vom 23. September 2019, 8. Januar 2020 und 25. Juni 2020 beschrieben. Wie in der Pressemitteilung vom 8. Januar 2020 zusammengefasst, teilte MAS Gold Golden Band mit, dass die LRSGJV-Beteiligung von Golden Band zu einer Royaltyposition auf den Grundstücken von LRSGJV verwässert wurde. Golden Band könnte diese Position anfechten, aber Southern Empire und MAS Gold sind zuversichtlich, dass der Verwässerungsstatus aufrechterhalten wird.

Die Geschichte von Oro Cruz umfasst groß angelegte Tagebau- und Untertagebauaktivitäten des Joint Venture American Girl Mining (53 Prozent im Besitz der MK Gold Company, damals eine Tochtergesellschaft der Morrison Knudsen Corporation, und 47 Prozent im Besitz der Hecla Mining Company), deren Betrieb während des Abschwungs auf dem Goldmarkt 1996 eingestellt wurde. Das Goldprojekt Oro Cruz umfasst die stillgelegten historischen Haufenlaugungspolster Padre y Madre und American Girl und verfügt über zahlreiche Explorationsziele, einschließlich der hochgradigen Oxid-Untergrundgoldzone Cross, die aufgrund der historischen Aufzeichnungen über den Minenbetrieb für konventionelle Haufenlaugungsmethoden geeignet ist.

Southern Empire besitzt auch eine 85%-Beteiligung an 101 nicht gemeldeten BLM-Claims, die sich auf dem 817 Hektar (2.020 Acres) großen Eastgate-Goldprojekt in Churchill County, Nevada, befinden, das etwa 81 km (50 Meilen) südöstlich der Stadt Fallon und 42 km (26 Meilen) vom Goldprojekt Bell Mountain entfernt liegt, für das derzeit die endgültige Minengenehmigung durch Eros Resources Corp. kurz vor dem Abschluss steht. Southern Empire hat vor kurzem sechs Kernbohrlöcher der Größe HQ bei Eastgate abgeschlossen, die auf hochgradige epithermale Gold-/Silberadersysteme abzielten, die zuvor mit Reverse-Circulation-Methoden gebohrt wurden. Ich ja noch nicht so lange dabei ....bin ja bei 0,85 und Nachkauf 0,75 dabei ....

da der Kurs von Juli Hoch 1,45 kommt ...bin ich halt gleich mit etwas mehr rein so das die Position
für den kleinen Wert und meine Depotgröße nicht gerade Mini ist ..... wäre natürlich
eine Idee gewesen letzte Woche die Kurse unter 60 zum weiteren Kauf zu nutzen ....
Hätte wohl den Aufbau der Position in drei oder vier Käufen machen sollten ...
aber nachher ist man immer schlauer .... hätte nicht gedacht das wir so weit fallen

Historie des Betriebs der American Girl Mine Liegenschaft Placer Gold wurde bereits in den 1780er Jahren von spanischen Missionskolonisten in der Nähe der American Girl Mine, im Padre y Madre Valley innerhalb des Cargo Muchacho-Gebirges, abgebaut. Bei der 1892 entdeckten American Girl Mine wurde bis 1939 mit Unterbrechungen Gold abgebaut. In den 1930er Jahren wurden schätzungsweise 80.000 Unzen Gold durch unterirdische Raum- und Säulenabbaumethoden aus einem Gebiet gewonnen, welches heute die erschöpfte American Girl Open Pit Mine umfasst. In den frühen 1980er Jahren erwarb Newmont Exploration Ltd. die Rechte an den Claims im Gebiet des American Girl Canyons und begann ein Explorationsprogramm, bei dem mehrere mit Gold angereicherte Zonen entdeckt wurden, die sowohl Tagebau- als auch Untertagebauziele waren. Eastmaque Gold Mines, Ltd. gründete die American Girl Mining Corporation, kaufte 1986 die American Girl Liegenschaft von Newmont und begann mit der Minenerschließung. Die Bergbauaktivitäten begannen mit dem Tagebau- und Oxid-Haufenlaugungsbetrieb der westlichen Lagerstätte Padre y Madre, etwa 1,7 km von der American Girl Lagerstätte entfernt. In den Jahren 1987 und 1988 wurde die erste Untertage-Lagerstätte bei American Girl über einen Abhang mit Hilfe eines Auftragnehmers, der Morrison Knudsen Corporation, erschlossen. 1989 gründete Eastmaque ein Joint Venture mit Morrison Knudsen, das 1990, als der kommerzielle Untertagebau begann, zum Betriebspartner wurde. Die Untertageerschließung des Bergwerks American Girl B-Zone begann im Februar 1990 und erreichte die volle Produktion im Juli 1991. Die Untertageproduktion wurde schließlich aus vier verschiedenen mineralisierten Körpern erzielt: B-Zone, American Boy, American Girl Südwestliche Erweiterung und C-Zone. Die C-Zone Mine wurde ab 1993 über den stillgelegten offenen Tagebau der C-Zone erschlossen. Morrison Knudsens Goldabbaubemühungen wurden 1993 in ein börsennotiertes Unternehmen namens MK Gold Company eingebracht. Die Lagerstätte American Boy war Anfang 1995 erschöpft, und die Produktion in der B-Zone, der Südwesterweiterung und der C-Zone endete Anfang 1996. Die Erschließung der Oro Cruz Mine begann Anfang 1995, wobei die Produktion in der zweiten Hälfte des Jahres 1995 begann und 1996 mit dem Rückgang des Goldpreises endete. Transaktionsbedingungen Gemäß einer Kauf- und Verkaufsvereinbarung und vorbehaltlich der Bestätigung durch die TSX Venture Exchange wird Southern Empire eine 100%-Beteiligung am Minengrundstück American Girl erwerben, indem es insgesamt 330.000 USD an die Mackenzie Corporation, ein Unternehmen in Nevada, das von Dale Wallster, dem CEO und einem Direktor von Southern Empire, kontrolliert wird, zahlt. Folglich unterliegt die Transaktion dem Multilateralen Instrument 61-101 - Schutz von Minderheitsaktionären bei Sondertransaktionen. Die Transaktion wurde vom Verwaltungsrat von Southern Empire geprüft und einstimmig genehmigt. Die Übernahme wird von den formellen Bewertungs- und Minderheitsgenehmigungsanforderungen des Multilateralen Instruments 61-101 - Schutz von Minderheitsaktionären bei Sondertransaktionen - ausgenommen sein, da der faire Marktwert der Transaktion und die gezahlte Gegenleistung 25% der Marktkapitalisierung von Southern Empire nicht überschreiten werden. Die an Mackenzie Corporation gezahlte Gegenleistung entsprach den ursprünglichen Anschaffungskosten des Grundstücks. ich leider nicht ...hatte hier auf Bussler sein Näschen gezählt .... hatte die wenigen Umsätze erst danach gesehen .... das Ding wird mit niedrigen Umsätzen Kaputt gemacht .... sobald nur mal einer über 100K verkauf ist hier ein Free Fall wie heute .... das ist einfach ein Witz ....weiß gar nicht was der Fonds der mal zig Millionen Aktien von den Unternehmen gekauft hat die je wieder verkaufen will ....

Die Aktie hier war die drittgrößte Position in den Fonds denn du mal gesagt hast ....wie heißt der gleich wieder ....jedenfalls wird der jetzt nicht mehr so eine gute Performance haben .... meine Position ist auch schon fast 50% runter ...heißt ich brauche 100% auf Null ....

Das muss man erst mal schaffen ein Goldwert zu kaufen der in diesen Jahr wo Gold alle Rekorde reist selbst dann in freien Fall sich befindet ...ohne schlechte Meldung ....was soll man da noch sagen dazu ...mir fällt da nichts mehr ein ....ärgerlich das ich hier eine fünfstellige Summe investiert habe .....

Der Fond heißt Commodity Capital Fond. Bei denen ist allerdings die Position auch rechtzeitig aus den Top 5 geflogen. Ich habe mich mit meinem Teilverkauf nämlich nach dem Fond gerichtet
Es gibt hier für mich 2 Möglichkeiten: entweder ist das Ding hier der größte Fake ever gewesen, oder das Ding ist so gut, dass einer hier den Kurs so weit drückt, weil der mit einer gewissen Positionsgröße hier rein will. Mein Bauch sagt: Möglichkeit 2 trifft eher zu. Hier ist ein relativ erfahrenes Management am Werk,...die versauen sich nicht den guten Ruf, indem die `ne leere Hülle durch die Börsenlandschaft ziehen. Hätte ich Kohle frei, würde ich nachkaufen.

Hallo Goldfinger69, ich lese dich eigentlich sehr gerne, was bewegt dich dazu diese Schadefreude zu zeigen. Ich jedenfalls freu mich sehr für die qualifizierten Kollegen, die sich mit Rohstoffaktien auseinandersetzen, was bei Gott kein einfaches Gebiet ist, wenn ihnen ein Trade aufgeht.

Ich gebe gerne zu, viele Trades gehen mir nicht auf, manche laufen super, andere obwohl anderes gedacht laufen einfach grauenhaft. Mal passt das timing nicht, viel zu oft zu früh verkauft, manche treten ewig auf der Stelle.

Und ganz oft, auch wenn man sich im Detail beschäftigt, weiß man leider viel zu wenig um auf Basis der verfügbaren Infos Entwicklungen vorherzusagen.

Deswegen ziehe ich meinen Hut vor jedem, der sich in dem Bereich tummelt wo wir unterwegs sind und auch versucht sich durch Präsentationen, MD&As zu wühlen etc.

Bin vom Verlauf auch sehr enttäuscht, Ich bleibe aber auf jedenfalls dabei, bin auch um die 40 % (durch Nachkauf verbilligt) im Minus.

Bußler sagte damals, dass er das Unternehmen sehr interessant findet, aber sind noch im Frühstadium.

Man darf nicht außer acht lassen, dass Bryan Slusarchuk mit im Boot sitzt.

Es steckt sehr viel Potential in der Aktie, vielleicht muss man hier Geduld haben. Irgendwann wird der knoten platzen, wenn die wieder gute Ergebnisse liefern .

habe ich mir über das MM auch schon gedacht...was das Relationship Management angeht, absolut unfähig wie man hier das Unternehmen führt .... ich habe schon bei 0,60 gehofft noch einmal meinen EK zu sehen, dann wäre ich weg gewesen aber seit dem ist die Aktie im freien Fall .... Wenn das Management im operativen auch so unfähig ist, dann ist das Ding hier eh gelaufen ....

Ich habe gesehen in den letzten Tagen immer einige hundert Tausend Umsatz ...da geht wohl ein Fonds oder Insti Anleger in kleinen hundert Tausender Schritten raus ....vor paar Wochen hatten wir immer noch oft so 10.000-30.000 Stück am Tag.... Der Verkäufer hier am Markt findet wohl kaum Käufer darum auch der freie Fall ....

Der Clou: Aus den Abraumhalden der Vorbesitzer lassen sich mit heutiger Technik bereits ordentliche Mengen an Gold gewinnen, und das Ganze zu einem spottbilligen Produktionspreis. Southern Empire Resources verfügt also nicht nur über ein massives Explorations-Upside, sondern bringt zugleich ein Polster von 850.000 Unzen mit sich. Rechnet man dies um, handelt SMP aktuell für gerade einmal 35 Dollar pro Unze! Im Vergleich dazu gingen die meisten Übernahmen im Goldbereich in den letzten Wochen zu Preisen um die 100 Dollar pro Unze über den Tisch.

Historisch wurde bei Oro Cruz schon Gold abgebaut. Jedoch elektrisieren auch die neuesten Bohrergebnisse das Management, zu welchem Mining-Schwergewichte wie Bryan Slusarchuk, Dale Wallster und Ron Netolizky gehören.

Southern Empire plant offenbar unmittelbar mit dem Beginn der Produktion bei Oro Cruz. Aus den Abraumhalden der Vorbesitzer, die während der früheren Produktionsphase angehäuft wurden, lassen sich relativ zügig, und vor allem günstig, Goldreste fördern. Bei den aktuellen Goldpreisen läßt sich dadurch schon ordentliches Geld verdienen, welches dem Unternehmen schon jetzt Cash Flow beschert.

Erstklassige Projekte mit der schnellen Aussicht zur ersten Produktion und bereits belegten historischen Bohrergebnissen, ein Rockstar-Management mit einer extrem erfolgreichen Vita und sogar andauernder Erfolgsstories, sowie eine verlockende Unterbewertung, die jetzt wo der Goldpreis wieder Momentum aufnimmt wohl nicht mehr lange bestehen bleibt.
Southern Empire Resources überzeugt auch durch seine straffe Aktienstruktur. Aktuell gibt es gerade einmal 50 Millionen Aktien, und keine offenen Warrants.


Bleibe weiterhin am Ball, glaube noch weiterhin an die Erfolgsstory, vielleicht muss man mehr Geduld haben. Was mich auch zuversichtlich macht, dass noch ganze andere gute Unternehmen von ihren hochständen weit entfernt sind.

Ähnliche Geschichte - habe Busslers Wink mal für ein Einstieg genutzt. Auf ceo.ca hat Bryan ja noch erwähnt, dass SMP eine Menge Aktien und Warrants von Bullfrog Gold hält, die ja wiederum inzwischen mit Barrick einen interessanten Grossaktionär haben. Also ganz habe ich dieses Investment nicht abgeschrieben oder bin ich da auf dem falschen Zug unterwegs was Bullfrog Gold angeht?

Wenn man den freien Fall der Aktie sieht und bei welchen Kurs das Umtauschverhältnis festgelegt wurde war das doch fast klar das die Aktionäre von MAS nicht zustimmen ....nur noch 0,28 cad bis Null .. .

ich kann nicht beurteilen ob es wirklich ein Verlust des MM ist der wo geht .... Wenn ich die Leistung am Kurs des Unternehmen messe, müsste das ganze MM eigentlich gehen ....

Allerdings muss ich sagen habe ich auch noch nie einen solchen Rutsche ohne jegliche Nachricht gesehen .... gut heute kam mal eine Nachricht ....Ja MAS bekommen sie nicht ...wenn ich sehe wie der Kurs seit Bekanntgabe der Übernahme abgeschmiert ist müsste die Aktie eigentlich 100% heute steigen ....

Tja Freunde, was soll ich sagen... lese den Thread schon länger mit. Bin Anfänger und hab der Seite Rohstoffaktien.news vertraut und bei 0,841933 € eingestiegen, knapp 80 % Verlust. Viele Nachrichten klangen doch gut (außer MAS, aber die fällt ja eilt. jetzt weg...) und der Typ Slusarchuk sei ein Guru...

Was mach ich mit dem Rest? Als Ramschaktie halten und hoffen, dass sie wenigstens ein bisschen steigt (besteht da irgendwie Hoffnung?), oder die 20 % nehmen und auf gut Glück mit irgendeinem Hebel auf eine beliebige Aktie setzen...

AIRBORNE GEOPHYSICAL SURVEY EXPANDED AT ORO CRUZ GOLD PROJECT, CALIFORNIA

Southern Empire Resources Corp. is extending the coverage of recently initiated helicopter-borne magnetic and radiometric geophysical surveys of its Oro Cruz gold project area, the first of their kind in the Cargo Muchacho Mountains region of southeastern California.

David Tupper, Southern Empire's vice-president -- exploration, noted: "Preliminary results from our new magnetic survey suggest excellent potential for extensions to known gold-mineralized structures and the possible identification of new gold targets in the survey area. We have been so impressed with these that we have extended the survey with an additional 173 line kilometres at 200-metre line spacing, expanding the survey area from 58.5 square kilometres to approximately 96.3 square kilometres.

"Surprisingly, the Oro Cruz property specifically, and the Cargo Muchacho Mountains generally, have not been subjected to a large-scale airborne magnetic survey before. Past geophysical surveys were limited to a single, small ground magnetic grid in the American Girl mine area during the late 1980s."

The revised north-south grid survey layout now totals 1,131.5 line kilometres, including 677 line kilometres at a 50-metre line spacing; 163 line kilometres at a 150-metre line spacing; 189 line kilometres at 200-metre line spacing; and 102.5 line kilometres of east-west tie lines.

The airborne geophysical survey is being completed by Precision GeoSurveys Inc. of Langley, B.C. Survey oversight, compilation and interpretation are being provided by Condor Consulting Inc. of Lakewood, Colo.

Laut einem bekanntem Börsenbrief hatten die 2 Projekte und die MAS Übernahme. MAS Übernahme ist gescheitert und auf einem Projekt wurde kein Gold gefunden. Damit verbleibt noch ein Objekt in Kanada, dort wird aufgrund des Klimas in den nächsten 8 Monaten nichts passieren und keine News kommen. Brian Slusarchuk ist nicht mehr bei Southern Empiere engagiert.

Sie sitzen wohl noch auf 7 Millionen Cash und suchen damit ein neues Projekt. Ob man das findet, ob man das zu dem Preis bekommt und ob dann ein Bohrprogramm finanziert werden kann, ist sehr fraglich.

Die Aktie ist aus meiner Sicht tot.

Sorry muss mich berichtigen. Das Projekt in Kanada gehört MAS und konnte nicht übernommen werden, da die MAS Aktionäre dagegen gestimmt haben. Das verbleibende Projekt liegt in Kalifornien und dort fehlt die Explorationslizenz. Das Fazit bleibt aber das gleiche. Die Firma hat aktuell kein Projekt und Slusarchuk ist nicht mehr an Bord.

Naja so richtig kann ich nicht erkennen welchen positiven Beitrag er hier bei Southern E. geleistet hat.

Mag sein, dass er bei K92 erfolgt hatte aber was zählt das schon wenn er bei Southern für den Misserfolg verantwortlich war ....Sein guter Ruf sollte somit erhebliche Kratzer bekommen haben ....

Zudem was ist der Typ für eine Charaktere, wenn man sieht sobald es nicht rund läuft verlässt man das Schiff .... Der Typ schein ja nicht viel Biss und Durchhaltevermögen zu haben ....

Gut Southern spart sich für den jetzt wenigstens erst mal das Gehalt "hoffe ich" ....ist doch auch schon was ....

Ja, ich bin hier investiert, bin 50% im Minus und habe meine Anteile zum Verkauf eingestellt. Ich will hier zu etwas über 20 Cent raus und hoffe, dass das in den nächsten 10 Tagen, nach der US Wahl und wenn sich die Coronalage etwas beruhigt hat, klappt.

Slusarchuk tanzt auf genügend Hochzeiten, der muss dieses tote Pferd nicht weiter reiten.

Southern Empire hat aus meiner Sicht nichts falsch gemacht, das hätte hier auch anders laufen können, die hatten einfach Pech.

Southern Empire hat kein Projekt mehr, die Firma ist aktuell nur ein gut ausgestatteter Börsenmantel. Das kann auch wieder was werden, siehe Volcanic, solange muss ich aber nicht warten.

Sowas passiert wenn man in Explorer investiert. Verlustvortrag mitnehmen und weiterziehen, gibt genügend andere chancenreichere Investments - z.B. in Turmalina oder Forsterville umschichten , die jetzt auch ziemlich Federn lassen mussten - aber fundamental noch ihre Projekte besitzen und bebohren. Oder mit weniger Risiko bei PAN AM Silver zukaufen - dort erwarte ich einen Verdoppler sobald die sich in Guatemala einigen und der Silberpreis halbwehs mitspielt.

SOUTHERN EMPIRE TO START SONIC DRILLING AT THE ORO CRUZ GOLD PROJECT, CALIFORNIA

Southern Empire Resources Corp. has engaged Yellow Jacket Drilling Services Inc. to complete a first-phase sonic drill program of the historical heap leach pads located on Southern Empire's Oro Cruz gold project in Imperial county, southeastern California.

Oro Cruz gold project -- historical heap leach pad phase 1 sonic drill program highlights:

The 27-hole, phase 1 sonic drill program targets gold mineralization hosted in the historical Padre y Madre and American Girl heap leach pad materials;
Approximately 470 metres (1,542 feet) of sonic drilling are set to start in early December, 2020;
Gold assay results for 2020 surface sampling of the heap materials ranged from 0.128 gram per tonne to 2.078 grams per tonne gold (0.004 ounce per ton to 0.061 ounce per ton gold);
Notice-level permits have been received from the Bureau of Land Management;
Conditional permitting has been obtained from Imperial County;
Sonic drill program is expected to be completed approximately two weeks after starting.
Assessment of historical heap leach pads -- objectives and background

The current sonic drill program is designed to:

Determine the consistency of gold grades within the historical leach pads;
Provide sample material for metallurgical test work to optimize gold extraction methodology.
At Oro Cruz, historical mining of the American Girl, Padre y Madre, Queen and Cross oxide gold deposits by the American Girl Mining joint venture (AGMJV; then owned 53 per cent by MK Gold Company and 47 per cent by Hecla Mining Company) occurred between 1987 and 1996. At that time, gold was recovered by either heap leaching of lower-grade materials or milling of higher-grade materials. AGMJV operations ceased in late 1996 because of declining gold prices, leaving the American Girl historical leach pad covering approximately 61 acres and the Padre y Madre historical leach pad covering approximately 22 acres.

Electronic trading of Southern Empire Resources Corp.'s common shares is now facilitated in the United States through the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission SEC-registered alternative trading system quotation facilities (known as OTC Link ATS) of OTC Markets Group Inc.

Southern Empire's common shares now trade on the OTC Markets system with the trading symbol SMPEF. This will allow Southern Empire access to an expanding, broader range of non-Canadian investors and is expected to increase the convenience of trading and liquidity of its common shares within the United States.

SOUTHERN EMPIRE COMPLETES SUCCESSFUL SAFETY APPRAISAL OF ORO CRUZ UNDERGROUND MINE

Southern Empire Resources Corp. has received a positive assessment regarding the current conditions of the historical underground workings of the Cross mine located on Southern Empire's Oro Cruz gold project in southeastern California.

American Mine Services Inc. (AMS), an engineering company specializing in the evaluation, design and construction of mines, completed an on-site inspection on Sept. 29 to 30, 2020. Joe Cooper, president of AMS stated:

"I have been personally involved with the Oro Cruz underground mine since before we began the decline excavation in April of 1995. Our recent Southern Empire trip was the second time that I have completed an underground inspection there in the last 10 years. Given this extensive background, I can say without hesitation that the current conditions underground are as good as anything I have ever reviewed, especially when considering the original excavation was completed, and unused for most of the last 25 years. Costs associated with re-opening and rehabilitating this mine for exploration and/or production would be very minimal. This is not only unusual but it is also extremely encouraging as most of the high-cost mine development, depending upon final mine plan, has already been completed and is presently in place and suitable for utilization as an underground mine."

The historical Cross Mine comprises both open pit and underground workings that were developed in the early 1990's by the American Girl Mining Joint Venture (AGMJV), which was 53% owned by MK Gold Company, then a subsidiary of Morrison-Knudsen Corporation, and 47% owned by Hecla Mining Company. Soon after achieving commercial production and producing 61,000 oz of gold, AGMJV operations ceased on November 1, 1996 due to declining gold prices, leaving behind in excess of 2.4 kilometres (1.5 miles) of underground development accessing a high-grade, oxide gold zone that, based on the historical mine operation records, is amenable to conventional heap leach extractive methods.

The objectives of the AMS inspection were to determine:

the ground conditions and safety status of all stable existing Cross Mine underground excavations including the mine portal, vent raises, main decline and crosscuts
the regulatory compliance of existing surface access to support future underground exploration and mining
Highlights of the AMS mine inspection were:

Ground conditions in the primary underground openings are excellent; essentially unchanged from the last inspection, also conducted by AMS personnel, in 2010
Re-entry and re-activation of underground mining for future exploration purposes could be quick and cost effective
No noxious gases or areas of low oxygen were encountered, indicating adequate natural ventilation throughout the mine
Natural ventilation quantity is approximately 15,000 cubic feet per minute (cfm)
Two vent raises and furnishings were found to be in excellent condition, virtually the same as at the time of mine closure in 1996, with all ladders and landings still in place, and suitable for secondary egress or access
Although ground conditions in and near the high-grade, oxide gold zones are not as stable as the wall rock that the main decline was excavated in, ground conditions are generally good to excellent with very little fallen material present in any of the underground openings
AMS is of the opinion that the overall condition of the mine could be considered good to excellent and remedial work to provide safe passage, via the main decline, to the raises and major drifts could be accomplished with a 5- to 6-man crew over a three week period. These mine rehabilitation efforts would be primarily limited to scaling of loose material, installation of minimal ground support, removal of loose rock in the wire mesh baskets and minimal replacement of bolts, matts, and plates. This work would not provide rehabilitation to all drifts, crosscuts and stopes, as areas off the main decline will be somewhat more labor intensive to make safe for re-entry.

While on site, the AMS team performed improvements to the surface raise collar barricade that were needed to prevent either intentional or accidental access into the mine via the surface vent raise.

Pathway to Underground Exploration and Mining at Oro Cruz

To conduct future underground exploration and limited mining programs, including bulk sampling for metallurgical test work, the following is planned or in process:

Using LiDAR (light detection and ranging) technology, complete an underground mine survey to tie in known openings, drill holes, sample sites, survey monuments, etc. and create a base map
Obtain permits (in process) for surface lay down and mine support facilities such as a mine dry, shop, air plant, electrical plant, fuel storage and a water recirculation / filtration system
Obtain permits (in process) for, and complete, access road improvements to provide safe, regulatory-compliant ingress or egress to and from the mine
Develop and submit to the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) district office all required training and operating plans including the establishment of both on-site and backup Mine Rescue Teams
Beginning at the mine portal, scale all loose rock from the backs and ribs of the main decline and access to the bottoms of both vent raises and install ground support as needed; estimated by AMS to be a minimal undertaking
Reinstall compressed air lines, service water and electrical distribution systems, the size of which would be dictated by the work planned. AMS suggests that the existing compressed air lines could possibly be utilized for either compressed air or for drill / service water if adequately flushed and a filtration system was installed at the points of use
Install a mechanical ventilation system underground to minimize surface disturbance
Install a single-phase electrical power generation plant to operate ventilation systems and any electrical drilling or mining equipment utilized
Install two 375 cfm air compressors, operating one at a time unless air consumption requires both

I don't know how 2020 treated you - it most certainly wasn’t a banner year for many, including Southern Empire.


After what seemed like an eternity of dealing with the bureaucracy of getting listed, we finally launched Southern Empire in March and then were promptly hit by the worldwide Covid-19 shutdown.


Fortunately, we had already established a very competent technical team in the southwestern U.S. and managed to push forward with an initial drill campaign at our Eastgate property in Nevada. The drill results were certainly not what we were expecting, but that is the nature of this exploration business. Good results are never guaranteed.


The next blow that landed evolved from our proposed acquisition of MAS Gold, which was built as a “friendly, non-event” transaction between two close parties with aligned interests. However, when a few large shareholders of this acquisition target had a last-minute change of attitude and voted against the transaction, we missed the required approval threshold by a mere 1%.


As I said, not a banner year, which is why we at Southern Empire are pleased that 2020 is now firmly in the rear-view mirror. So, where do we go from here?


THE ROAD AHEAD


Many cultures celebrate the winter solstice, welcoming the return of light after a period of darkness. We also remember that new life emerges from the darkness and are now focused on the bright light ahead of us in both a symbolic and in a concrete way.


We acknowledge our tribulations of the last year. Southern Empire has learned from them and will benefit from them. We will adapt, evolve and grow.


In 2021, staying true to our name, our focus will be south of the Canadian border on our flagship Oro Cruz Gold Project. Comprised of the Oro Cruz and American Girl properties, both historical gold producers, we firmly believe that we can grow the historical resource and ultimately define a million-plus ounces.


With a drill contract signed and having just received all required permits for our first phase of exploration, we anticipate the start of our maiden Oro Cruz sonic drill program in January. Our goal will be to show that a significant amount of gold remains in the historical heap leach pads – low-hanging fruit for future development, so to speak.


We will continue with our permitting efforts at Oro Cruz to allow us to move forward with drill-focussed exploration of our primary target – the high-grade, oxide gold zone that is accessible from the considerable existing underground workings. Our recent safety inspection of these excavations confirmed them to be in excellent condition and this will allow substantial time and cost savings for our future underground exploration plans.


Our strong working capital position is bolstered by our equity holdings in Bullfrog Gold which is taking on a new life with Barrick Gold Corporation becoming a large shareholder and the recent capital injection of by Richard Warke’s Augusta Investments Inc. Now under the management of the very talented Maryse Belanger, we expect the value of our Bullfrog holdings to appreciate over time.

David Tupper, Southern Empire's VP Exploration stated: "Mapping the underground with LiDAR and establishing underground survey points, which are now tied into surface control survey points, is a key starting point for all of future underground exploration, development and production at Oro Cruz."

Southern Empire's underground LiDAR and survey contractors, EROCK Associates, LLC and Dundas Geomatics, Inc. (both of Grass Valley, CA) were assisted by American Mine Services, Inc. to complete this underground work in an efficient and timely manner.

At Oro Cruz, approximately 3 kilometres of existing underground workings at the Cross Mine accessed high-grade, oxide gold mineralization. This zone is a key target of Southern Empire's future exploration plans.

The Cross Mine underground ramp and sublevel developments, which extend approximately 155 metres vertically below the mine portal, were established in the mid-1990s by the American Girl Mining Joint Venture (AGMJV). Subsequent gold production from the underground mine was however very limited, cut short when operations ceased on November 1, 1996 because of declining gold prices. Dale Wallster, Southern Empire's CEO stated: "Receipt of the BLM's decision letter regarding our Oro Cruz exploration Plan of Operations is a key step forward for us, one that brings us much closer to achieving our goal of drilling the high-grade, oxide gold zone this year."

The BLM determined that Southern Empire's Plan is consistent with U.S. federal surface management regulations and meets the requisite content requirements. Although it does not constitute authorization for Southern Empire to start the operations proposed in the Plan, the BLM decision allows for the initiation of the environmental review process as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). A public comment period is a component of the NEPA environmental review process and must occur before the BLM makes a final decision regarding the Plan.

Highlights of Oro Cruz Gold Project Surface Exploration as Proposed in the Plan of Operations:

The establishment of up to 65 drill pads in seven drill target areas
Reverse Circulation (RC) and/or core drilling of up to 65 drill holes
Construction of approximately 2.94 kilometres (km; 1.83 miles) of new, permanent access roads, ~9.98 km (6.2 miles) of temporary drill site access roads and ~4.21 km (2.62 miles) of improvements to existing roads
Creation of a 2.6-acre staging area at the Cross Mine underground portal for infrastructure related to future underground and surface exploration
The Plan, which was initially submitted to the BLM's El Centro Field Office on September 28, 2020, proposes that Southern Empire conduct mining exploration activities in a manner to avoid unnecessary and undue degradation within a 257 hectare (ha; 635 acre) area of the Oro Cruz property that specifically occurs within the 184,500 acre Picacho Area of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC).

The airborne LiDAR survey contractor, Eagle Mapping Ltd. of Port Coquitlam, BC, acquired and classified airborne LiDAR and aerial photography data over a total area of approximately 75 square kilometers. On-ground survey support was provided by Desert Surveying & Engineering PLLC of Yuma, Arizona.

LiDAR, which stands for Light Detection and Ranging, is an important tool that will allow Southern Empire's geologists and engineers to map and assess both natural and manmade features at our Oro Cruz Gold Project with considerable accuracy, precision, and flexibility.

LiDAR uses pulsed, laser-generated infrared light beams to precisely measure distances and generate three-dimensional data. In combination with the new RGB photo data, Southern Empire will be able to produce very detailed digital elevation models and better maps for:

Technical Aspects of the Oro Cruz Gold Project Airborne LiDAR Survey

For the Oro Cruz property airborne LiDAR survey, Eagle Mapping completed 14 flight lines with 60% overlap equalling 159 kilometres (km; ~99 miles) of flight lines using a Piper Navajo equipped with the dual LiDAR Waveform Processing Riegl VQ-1560 II Airborne scanning system.

This system, considered by many to be the most advanced LiDAR system in the world, was mounted on a Somaq GSM 4000 gyro-stabilized leveling mount and equipped with a seamlessly integrated high performance Applanix POS AV610 IMU/GNSS unit and a 150-megapixel RGB camera in the primary camera bay providing photos at an average of 12cm pixel resolution. 316 high-resolution photos were captured for the creation of orthophotos covering the Oro Cruz Gold Project.

At Oro Cruz, Eagle Mapping's VQ-1560 II system captured high-resolution (>10 pulses/m2) LiDAR data at 60% overlap providing increased performance and high productivity based on a laser pulse repetition rate of up to 4 MHz, resulting in more than 2.66 million measurements per second on the ground.

Ground control targets established by Desert Surveying & Engineering PLLC using survey grade GPS devices assisted in the calibration of the LiDAR data set allowing for high absolute accuracy.

Wo bitte soll hier ein Verdoppler herkommen? Die haben kein Projekt. Die müssen also erstmal ein Projekt kaufen, dann müssen sie eine Explorationsgenehmigung bekommen, dann müssen die bohren, und was finden. Das muss dann so an den Markt kommuniziert werden, dass das auch irgendjemand mitbekommt... In der Firma fehlt es derzeit an allem. Vor 8 Monaten hatte Southern Empiere noch ganz gut Geld in der Kasse. Wie viel die davon mittlerweile verbrannt haben, weiß ich nicht. Substantiell wurde in den 8 Monaten jedenfalls nichts gemeldet.

Hat das noch jemand auf dem Schirm? Habe hier noch einen kleinen Restbestand. Was ist da am Donnerstag passiert? Relativ viel Handel bei 30% Kursanstieg in Kanada. Ich sehe gerade die Internetseite durch. Ab Nov. 21 sind wieder verstärkt aktuelle Meldungen. Scheinbar hat SER wieder ein Projekt in Mexiko. Scheinbar bohrt man und ist dabei das Management zu erweitern. Mal schauen wie viel Geld die noch haben. Falls irgendwer was weiß, darf er hier gerne schreiben...

Hat hier in Frankfurt jemand in EuroCent zum Preis von Kanada in CADCent gekauft? Hier läuft doch irgendwas ganz krummes im Hintergrund...

Habe noch ein paar Stück mit kräftigem Minus als alle hier gehofft haben, dass sich die K92 Story hier wiederholt. Bin damals mit meinen Stücken nicht mehr rausgekommen als die Projektübernahme gescheitert ist. Bleibe erstmal dabei, will sehen, was hier passiert. Bleibt spannend.

Ich habe Commander Aktien, bei SMP wage ich es bisher noch nicht da noch nichts bestätigt wurde. Aber Profis meinen, dass genau solches Gestein spannend ist in Mexico. Mal sehen was da für Ergebnisse kommen, Garantien gibt es im Explorer Geschäft definitiv keine....
