Ich habe nach langer Due Diligence mit meinen kanadischen Kontakten angefangen BRAGG Gaming Aktien zu kaufen. BRAGG ist meiner Meinung nach ein super Unternehmen. Was mir besonders gefällt ist die Tatasche dass BRAGG die meisten Umsätze in Deutschland generiert.

2020 Financial Outlook

The Group forecasts revenue for 2020 to be in the range of EUR 35-38m (2019: EUR 26m), an increase of up to 48% on 2019 with Clean EBITDA for 2020 of EUR 5.5m (2019: EUR 1.4m), a larger increase due to continuing improvements in cost efficiency as the Group continues to scale. Group revenue and EBITDA are ahead of forecast for January 2020.

Recent news from the German market, which represents around 40% of Group revenue, shows a positive outlook for a potential breakthrough in German regulations. All 16 autonomous Länder (States) have agreed in principle to allow federal casino and poker provisions.

The Group has not included any positive impact of these regulations into financial forecasts at this time whilst it awaits further developments. However, management believes the risk against German revenues to be materially reduced and hence a likely positive impact on overall business.

Die obige Pressemitteilung ist vom 14. Februar 2020. Mich würde es nicht überraschen wenn die Umsatzschätzungen für 2020 bei der Bekanntgabe des 2019 Jahresberichtes nochmals nach oben korrigiert werden. In den letzten zwei Monaten ist das Online Gaming Business sicher weiter explodiert.

Das ist eine gute Frage. Ich habe mir die genau selbe Frage gestellt als ich die Zahlen gesehen habe. Meine Kontakte in Kanada denken, dass die Zahlen real sind.

Die Firma hat bekanntgegeben, dass sie spätestens am 14. Mai 2020 den Jahresbericht für 2019 publizieren wird. Die Zahlen müssen zwingend von einem unabhängigen Auditor geprüft werden.
Ich bin gespannt und kaufe weiter...

Ich gebe Dir recht. Die Umsatzerwartungen der Firma sind sehr positiv. Ich spekuliere darauf, dass das Management mit der Bekanntgabe des 2019 Jahresberichtes die 2020 Umsatzschätzungen nochmals nach oben korrigieren wird. Ich vermute dass in den letzten zwei Monaten aufgrund von Covid19 die Umsätze nochmals überproportional gestiegen sind. Meine persönliche Meinung!

Bragg Gaming Group Announces Completion of Strategic Review and Sale of GiveMeSport

TORONTO, May 01, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bragg Gaming Group Inc. (TSXV: BRAG, OTC: BRGGF) (the “Group” or "Bragg") today announced it has completed the strategic review of its online media division and has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement (the “Agreement”) with SN&CK Media Limited (“SML”) for the sale of its media division, including GiveMeSport (“GMS”). The completion of the sale transaction by the Group is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions of closing and is expected to be completed in early May, 2020.

In August 2019, the Group previously announced a strategic review of its online media division, which extensive eight month review process was completed with the sale of its online media division to SML. The Agreement was unanimously approved by all of the directors of the Group. The Group was advised, and the process managed by Sequence Advisors.

SML, established in 2007 and based in London, England is a leading independent sports digital media company with over 30 million sports fans, specializing in multi-channel content creation, distributed at scale, through data driven engagement strategies. SML’s digital publishing partners include The National Football League (NFL), Football Fancast, The Cricket Paper, and other partners. SML reported over 500 million global ad impressions on approximately 400 websites.

Pursuant to the Agreement, Bragg will receive a total consideration of up to £400,000 for the sale of its online media division. The consideration for the media division consists of an upfront cash payment of £50,000 upon completion, in addition to 10% of the gross revenues from the media division for a period of 21 months following the completion.

Dominic Mansour, CEO of Bragg Gaming, said: “The completion of the strategic review process and the execution of the Agreement for the sale of Bragg's online media division to SML will allow us to focus our efforts and resources on Oryx, our B2B business, which is growing at an exponential rate. Ich konnte kurz mit meinem Kontakt in Toronto sprechen. Der Verkauf der GiveMeSport Sparte war schon seit einiger Zeit in Bearbeitung. So wie ich verstehe war diese Sparte nicht profitabel. Somit würde ich den Verkauf dieser Sparte als positiv beurteilen.

der Verkauf der GiveMeSport-Sparte wurde schon seit Mitte letzten Jahres geprüft (siehe unter Business Advancements hier: https://www.bragg.games/press-releases-1/2020/2/14/bragg-gaming-group-provides-business-update). Die Sparte war anscheinend wohl nicht so gewinnbringend.
Der Hauptumsatz und die voraussichtliche Gewinnsteigerung kommt ohnehin (fast ausschließlich?) von Oryx und dem B2B-Geschäft, worauf man sich auch in Zukunft vermehrt konzentrieren will. Der CEO sagt zudem, dass sie somit auch ihren Cashburn reduzieren können/werden.

Klingt für mich sehr sinnvoll, gerade weil der Online-Glücksspiel-Sektor gerade extrem boomt und man daher die Ressourcen lieber darauf konzentrieren sollte.

Bin daher am Überlegen in die Aktie zu investieren🤔🤔

Also zunächst mal, weil die gesamte Online-Gaming-Welt extrem boomt. Dieser Beitrag könnte es ganz gut beschreiben: https://www.bondguide.de/topnews/die-online-casino-industrie…
Verstärken kann sich der Trend natürlich auch noch durch Corona und das weitere Sterben von Spielhallen.

Dazu kommen dann noch Regularien, welche Spielcasinos in Städten lediglich aussterben lassen. Siehe hier zum Beispiel in Berlin: https://www.casinoonline.de/nachrichten/stirbt-das-automaten…

Und dann kommen eben noch die Fakten von BRAGG selbst dazu, also enorme Umsatzgewinne und -steigerungen etc. Oryx als Teil der BRAGG Group ist auch bei bekannten Online-Casinos wie Wunderino enthalten.




Meiner Meinung ist also extremes Potenzial vorhanden, müssen nur noch die Zahlen gut werden, was sie ja eh schon sind. Auch die Abspaltung von der Givemesport-Sparte macht Sinn, habe den Zusammenhang eh nicht wirklich verstanden.

Mit weiteren Investitionen in dem Bereich Online-Gaming/Casinos/Softwares kann das in Zukunft mal eine große Sache werden.

Deine 3 genannten Argumente sind nachvollziehbar und aus ähnlichen Gründen habe ich auch investiert.

1) Unterbewertung des Marktes
2) Chancen übersteigen in meinen Augen die Risiken, z.b. bundesweite Zulassung.

Was ich auch speziell zu BRAGG interessant finde.
Sie haben laut eigener Website durch ihre Oryx Technologie bereits bekannte Casino/Wettanbieter in Deutschland. Unter anderem Mr. Green und Interwetten.

Bin wirklich auf die Zahlen in ein paar Tagen gespannt.

Nicht nur in Frankfurt ist (noch) ein dünner handel, Tradegate sieht auch nicht besser aus.

Sollten die 2019 Zahlen gut ausfallen und vor allem die 2020 Schätzungen nochmals nach oben angepasst werden dann erwarte ich einen substanziellen Kursanstieg.

chance risiko Verhältnis. also wenns klappt hat man schnell einen vervielfacher und wenn nicht, verliert man nur 1x den einsatz. deshalb ist das chance risiko Verhältnis gut und ich wage den trade.

man muss trotzdem aufpassen. ich habe mich mal durch die bilanzen und analysen gewühlt. der cashbedarf ist nicht zu leugnen. vermutlich werden die aktien nochmal mindestens mit 1:2 verwässert. und die fälligen anschlusszahlungen für die oryx Akquisition sind echt hoch, grade weil oryx so gut läuft.

Dennoch alles machbar und auch zu diesem kurs lohnt sich das noch, deswegen habe ich nochmal nachgekauft vor dem Jahresabschluss. ich spekuliere auf ein anhalten des online gaming trends in der jüngeren zielgruppe und die Verträge von oryx lassen einige Zukunftsfantasien zu.

bin auf q1 20 gespannt. da wird sich zeigen wie gut man vom boom der branche profitieren konnte.

2020 Financial Guidance
The Company forecasts revenue for 2020 to be in the range of €35 million (C$53.38 million) to €38 million (C$57.95 million) (versus actual 2019 revenue of €26.6 million (C$40.57 million), an increase of up to 43 per cent versus 2019, with "Clean EBITDA"(1) for 2020 of €5.5 million (C$8.39 million) (versus actual 2019 “Clean EBITDA” of €1.2 million (C$1.83 million)), which would represent a larger increase due to continuing improvements in cost efficiency as the Company continues to scale. The Company's revenue and EBITDA are currently ahead of its forecast with current trading over the last 30 days being double the same period last year.

Impact of COVID-19
While acknowledging the widespread adverse impact of the global pandemic on people and businesses globally, Bragg has not experienced a negative performance impact. Online businesses, such as casinos, have seen increased traffic, as people choose to seek safe entertainment alternatives they can enjoy in their own homes. Bragg derives the majority of its revenues from online casino operators, and has minimal exposure to sports betting, which has been impacted by the lack of professional sport. With the future of the global economic markets still uncertain, Bragg has chosen not to revise its 2020 forecasts.

Oryx Earn-Out Extension and Financing
The Company has entered into an amending agreement with K.A.V.O. Holdings Limited, as vendor (the "Oryx Vendor"), pursuant to which, among other things, the earn-out payment otherwise due to the Oryx Vendor on June 30, 2020 has been extended to September 30, 2020. The Company has engaged Canaccord Genuity Corp. to, among other things, provide financial advisory services in connection with financing the earn-out payment due to the Oryx Vendor on September 30, 2020.

CFO Change
Due to personal reasons, Bragg's Chief Financial Officer, Steven Prowse, will step down from his role with the Company effective immediately. Ronen Kannor will step in and take over the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective May 15, 2020.

Mr. Kannor has more than 18 years of experience in a variety of financial management and consulting roles as well as online gaming sectors. Most recently, Mr. Kannor served as Chief Financial Officer at Stride Gaming Plc, an online gaming operator, where he led the reorganization and the initial public offering (IPO) of the company on the London Stock Exchange (AIM). Die Zahlen sind gut! Die Wachstumsrate ist aber besser und für uns auch wichtiger.
Warum:
Mit den 1,83 Mio CAD Reingewinn liegen wir bei 2,3 kanadischen Cent Gewinn je Aktie.
Das ergibt beim aktuellen Aktienkurs ein KGV von ca. 13, was BRAGG damit weder teuer noch sehr günstig macht. Also ist BRAGG aktuell recht fair bewertet.

Nun kommt aber die Wachstumsrate: Im 2020er Ausblick erwartet BRAGG ein clean EBITDA von ca. 8,4 Mio CAD. Bei gleichbleibender Aktienzahl wären das für 2020 ca. 0,01 CAD Gewinn je Aktie was einem aktuellem KGV von nur noch 3 entspricht und damit wäre BRAGG auf BAsis der 2020er Vorschau massiv unterbewertet.

Nimmt man wieder als Basis, dass mit einem KGV im Bereich 12-15 eine faire Bewertung vorliegt, müsste der Aktienkurs auf mindestens 1,20 CAD steigen.

Klingt schon besser, oder? 😉

Nun spielen natürlich noch andere Faktoren eine Rolle. Bragg hat z.B. auch 15 Mio CAD Schulden. Diese wären im Juni 2020 fällig gewesen, wurde nun verlängert auf September 2020.

Aber auf Basis der sehr soliden Finanzzahlen, sollte man dafür Lösungen finden können.

Fazit: Ob der Aktienkurs aktuell große Sprünge machen wird, weiß ich nicht. Aber nach unten scheint BRAGG ziemlich stark abgesichert zu sein.

Selbst wenn wir annehmen, dass BRAGG sagen wir mal 50 Mio Aktien ausgibt zu 0,30 CAD um die 15Mio CAD Schulden loszuwerden, dann wäre die ausstehenden Aktien dann ca. 130 Mio Stück.

Der Vollständigkeit halber noch die Betrachtung des KUV.

Unternehmen mit KUV unter 1 sind sehr günstig bewertet und über 1,5 sind teuer.

2019
aktuelle MK 27,5 Mio CAD geteilt durch 40,57 Mio CAD Jahresumsatz = KUV 0,67

2020
aktuelle MK 27,5 Mio CAD geteilt durch 55 Mio CAD anvisierter Jahresumsatz = KUV 0,5

Das KUV wird zwar nicht gern genommen weil es nichts über die Profitabilität des Unternehmens aussagt, aber dass BRAG ein interessantes KGV hat, haben wir ja gestern schon ermittelt.

Also auch von Seiten des KUV ist BRAG definitiv unterbewertet. Und selbst eine etwaige 2. Corona-Welle wird BRAG nichts anhaben können, da online gaming.

Sieht doch gut aus und gestern endlich mal 2-stellig % im Plus geschlossen.

In Kanada ist wichtig, dass der Verkäufer (001 Anonymous) endlich mal fertig hat.
Seit vielen Monaten schmeißt dieser Verkäufer die Aktien auf den Markt. Es gibt Tage, da sieht man auf der Verkäuferseite ausschließlich die 001. So ist es natürlich schwierig, die Aktie ans Laufen zu bekommen.

Laut Infos in US-Boards müsste er bald fertig haben....

Das genau die richtige Frage! Ich habe mich einmal bei der Firma erkundigt. Die Zahlen des ersten Quartals werden spätestens am 12. Juni publiziert. Vielleicht geben die Q1 Zahlen der Aktie mehr auftrieb und die markante Unterbewertung wird vom Markt korrigiert?

Der 12. Juni wurde mir von der Firma ursprünglich kommuniziert. Aufgrund von Covid19 wird Firmen eine verspätete Publizierung von Quartalszahlen erlaubt. Unter normalen Umständen hätte BRAG die Q1 Zahlen Ende Mai bekanntmachen müssen. Aufgrund von Covid19 erlauben die kanadischen Behörden eine 45-Tage Verspätung. Wenn ich das richtig verstehe wäre der 15. Juli der aller letzte Tag für die Publizierung der Q1 Zahlen.

On March 18, 2020, the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) announced that they will provide issuers with a 45-day filing extension for filings required on or before June 1, 2020 to allow issuers the time needed to focus on the many other business and financial reporting implications of COVID-19. Bragg will rely on this exemption with respect to the Quarterly Filings in accordance with Ontario Instrument 51-502 –Temporary Exemption from Certain Corporate Finance Requirements.

Bragg is pleased to announce that the Company continued its strong upward revenue and Adjusted EBITDA[*] growth trajectory over the quarter, achieving 44 per cent revenue growth year-over-year and 100 per cent Adjusted EBITDA growth year-over-year.

Continued focus on revenue diversification contributed to Bragg’s robust results, including the signing of new agreements with nine leading industry companies, including Gamesys Group, SkillOnNet, Leon, CasinoSecret and Hub88. The Company is also in advanced discussions with an additional 20 potential new customers in licensed jurisdictions in Europe and Latin America.

“We’re very pleased that we’ve been able to build on the strong trajectory that we achieved in 2019,” said Dominic Mansour, CEO of Bragg. “We’ve continued to emphasize revenue diversification and have delivered strong growth across our operators, with the introduction of new features and functionality on our platforms. We have continually improved our content pipeline and have signed multiple new customers globally.”

While acknowledging the widespread adverse impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic on people and businesses globally, Bragg’s business has experienced a significant increase in revenue, as people chose to seek safe entertainment alternatives they can enjoy in their own homes.

First Quarter 2020 Highlights and Business Advancements

- Group revenue of €8.8m (C$13.6 million[†]) vs €6.1m (C$9.4 million) in Q1 of 2019, representing 44 per cent growth year on year

- Group Adjusted EBITDA of €0.8m (C$1.2 million), representing 100 per cent growth over Q1 of 2019

- Successful launch of multiple new operators including Croatian-based Admiral Group, Betcris, SkillOnNet, and LottoLand

- Decreased dependence on revenue from German-facing operators with Schleswig-Holstein licenses; this revenue decreased to 30 per cent of total revenues vs 46 per cent in Q1 of 2019, demonstrating the underlying success of the Group’s diversification efforts and international growth initiatives.



Second Quarter 2020 trading update and full year 2020 Financial Guidance

The Group’s financial outperformance continued into the second quarter of 2020 with revenue expected to be up by circa 30 per cent from the previous quarter. As a result, the management is confident with its financial guidance for 2020 which remains unchanged. Bragg forecasts revenue for 2020 to be in the range of €35m (C$53.9 million) to €38m (C$58.5 million) (versus actual 2019 revenue of €26.6 million (C$41.0 million), an increase of up to 43 per cent versus 2019, with Adjusted EBITDA for 2020 in the range of €5.2m to €5.6m (C$ 8.0 million – 8.6 million) (versus actual 2019 Adjusted EBITDA of €1.2m (C$1.8 million)), which would represent a larger increase due to increased margins as the Company continues to scale, and exceptional performance in topline revenue resulting from a combination of existing customer growth and new customer contribution.

Frage in die Runde: Gibt es plausibel klingende mittelfristige oder langfristige Kursziele für die Aktie von bekannten Analysten? Darf ich ansonsten fragen wie hoch Ihr im Einzelnen das Potenzial seht? Für jede persönliche Einschätzung wäre ich dankbar. Ich habe keinen Plan wo ich ein Kursziel verorten würde. Die Q1 2020 Zahlen sind beeindruckend. Ich sehe keinen Grund warum BRAGG die eigenen Schätzungen für den Rest des Jahres nicht erreichen sollte.

Heute haben wir in Kanada einmal kurz die $0.60 Marke überschritten. Ist eigentlich schon unglaublich, dass hier in Deutschland praktisch niemand Interesse an dieser Firma hat. Man investiert lieber in Firmen die nur Luftblasen sind und die in vielen Fällen nie Umsätze generieren werden.

Hallo PlanC,
mit den Q1-Zahlen und dem Jahresausblick liegt das KGV aktuell bei unter 6.

Fair bewertet läge das KGV zwischen 10 und 15.
Das entspricht einem Aktienkurs-Bereich von ca. 1 bis 1,50 CAD.

Die Kursanstiege der letzten Tagen liefen mit hohem Volumen. Freitag dann leicht im Minus mit Mini-Umsatz. Mustergültig nennt man so etwas wohl.
Ich gebe vorerst kein Stück aus der Hand.

Ich teile Deine Meinung betreffend Aktienkurs. Ich persönlich finde die Bewertung ebenfalls viel zu tief.
Die momentane Konsolidierungsphase sollte man zum Kauf/Nachkauf ausnützen.

Former SB Tech Chief Richard Carter to Join Leadership of Bragg Gaming

TORONTO, September 30, 2020 – Bragg Gaming Group (TSXV: BRAG, OTC: BRGGF) ("Bragg" or the "Company") is pleased to announce today that gaming industry veteran and former SB Tech CEO Richard Carter has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") as the Non-executive Chair.

Mr. Carter will advise and provide support to Chief Executive Officer Adam Arviv on developing a global strategy focused on partnerships with best-in-class brands, continued growth of their organic business and consideration of all accretive M&A opportunities.

“Richard is a recognized authority in the online sport betting industry who was heavily involved in the merger between DraftKings and SB Tech,” noted Adam Arviv, Interim CEO of Bragg Gaming Group. “This appointment fits my mission as Interim CEO - to build a championship team that will execute on our plans to expand our current market overseas and to aggressively move into the U.S. market. We continue to be focused on recruiting additional top talent.”

Mr. Carter held the role of CEO of interactive sports betting solutions and services provider SB Tech for the past five years, until the company’s merger with digital sports entertainment and gaming company DraftKings through a three-way deal with Diamond Eagle Acquisition Corp in April 2020. The transaction was valued at US $3.3 billion and the combined entity has a current market cap of US $20 billion. SB Tech is the gaming engine behind DraftKings and transformed DraftKings from a daily fantasy site into the digital sports entertainment and gaming company that it is today.

Oryx Earn-Out Extension

The Company also announces today that it has entered into an amending agreement with K.A.V.O. Holdings Limited, as vendor (the "Oryx Vendor"). Matevž Mazij will remain a Managing Director of Oryx Gaming International and its subsidiaries. The Amending Agreement provides that, among other things, the first earn-out payment of €10.55 million in cash, which was otherwise due to the Oryx Vendor on September 30, 2020 has been extended to January 31, 2021. The second and final earn-out payment owing to the Oryx Vendor with today’s fair market value of €22M will be converted into common shares of the Company by January 31, 2021, with the price of conversion being set in the range of $.68 - $.71, for 45.5M – 47M shares, subject to certain conditions, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Ich hoffe Ihr hattet die letzte Zeit nicht verkauft - gestern in Kanada mit Megavolumen > 5mio Aktien und ohne news um 44% gestiegen auf satte 0,88 CAD

Vergleichbare Unternehmen mit diesem Umsatz liegen mit der Mk 5x höher. Bragg wächst schneller und wenn der Joker kommt, nämlich Nasdaq-Listing, dann läuft sie nicht mehr sondern fliegt. :-)

Weiß einer von euch was eigentlich die Voraussetzungen sind um an der Nasdaq gelistet zu werden? Irgendwie find ich da nichts passendes🤔

Wahnsinn! Bei so einem Freitag mit anfangs 10 % im Minus doch noch knapp 5 % ins Plus gelenkt. Finde das zeigt einfach die Stärke des Unternehmens.
Bin seit 0,21 € dabei und bleibe long!!

Vielen Dank für die Info. Hier ist Potenzial nach oben möglich durch das Nasdaq Ziel bzw. bin ich mega gespannt auf die ersten Zahlen, durch die vielen Partnerschaften in letzter Zeit geht meiner Meinung nach der Umsatz in großen Sprüngen nach oben!
