@marsy do your numbers above take into consideration the shares that the company will be issuing and future cash payments as part of the acquisitions terms for various projects? Here's my personal notes from when I looked at this back in Jan (constructed from various news releases):
- Current shares outstanding are 61.36m. Will need to issue:
- 5m shares + $5m for Del Oro Tailings project (Oct 15 2020 NR)
- 4m shares + $2m for Juliana and Las Moritas concessions (Sept 3 2020 NR)
- 17.7m shares + some cash for Majistral mill and Durango tailings project over a period of ~12-18mo after deal is finalised (Feb 8 2020 NR)
Seems like they have committed to increase the share count by about 50% and pay out some cash which would reduce the upside potential a little. Happy to be corrected if I'm misunderstanding anything!

@Drjimjones @marsy good point though the share payments are in stages through to 2025 all shares won’t issued by first pour. They’ll raise a few million before to upgrade operations but after that pretty consistently predictable. Even at say 90 million shares out you get 21 cent a shares in fcf at $2000. Between now and 2025 lots of opportunities for trg to grow production and/or make a discovery beyond what they have already on the books. Remember they only drilled around 1600 meters of their original 5000 meter program due to covid. https://cdn-ceo-ca.s3.amazonaws.com/1g84fol-1C8FA16E-D0EE-44… It’s as if they just ipo’d But with the tailing and are not getting any credit for it. Good points Marsy, I ll do an updated report after we get some assays and lay it all out including a 2025 structure at various gold prices.
@Drjimjones Yeah, approx 19 million a year in fcf, that’s a lot of drilling or acquiring of ozs and that’ll run for 6-7 years as is.
@Drjimjones I see them developing like prime mining, acquire stranded ozs, eventually add a crushing circuit run fresh ore after tailing are done, a hub and stoke plan exploiting resources in area, use fcf from Tailings to buy a small deposit near mill, every 1g/t increase in grade will yield an additional 9.35 million in cashflow, expand, then the other division self funded exploration. Personally I think the run in gold prices is a year out, this fits well with the thesis for me. As well I think the pea will surprise to the upside, especially tonnage prior owners didn’t map out the total bottom of pile.
