ich habe ein Schreiben meiner depotführenden Bank erhalten, worin die Ausgabe von 4 Gratisaktien je Aktie per 15.05.2000 angekündigt wurde.

gibt es einen Stichtag oder werden alle outstanding Shares per 15.05. gesplittet.

Nocom verliert aktuell in Schweden knapp 6%. Umgerechnet sind wir dann bei einem Kurs von ca. 14€.

Hallo Nocom Aktionäre,

also die brauchen ja bald nicht mehr splitten, wenn das so weitergeht.
Wenn Ich bedenke, dass der Kurs von 60 € kommt und jetzt bei 16 € steht, dann könnte man glatt die Gedult verlieren. Wieso die jetzt splitten ist mir ein Rätsel. Der Kurs wird ja nach dem Splitt bei 4 € stehen. Da sind wir im Bereich eines Pennystock. OK, die Aktie wird dadurch etwas liquider, aber sonst ändert sich nix.

Ist hier jemand, der eine Meinung zu Nocom hat, wenn ja welche. Anfanf der Jahres waren ja hier einige ziemlich bullish für das Papier.
Jetzt hört man plötzlich nix mehr. Ich meine gehört zu haben, dass
Fidelity Fonds sich an Nocom beteiligt haben. Für gewöhnlich ist das
doch ein gutes Zeichen, wenn sich so eine grosse Gesellschaft an einer
so kleinen Firma beteiligt. Doch der Kurs spricht eine andere Sprache!

Also, wer was zu Nocom sagen kann, hier ist der richtige Ort.

So, jetzt bin ich auch stolzer Besitzer einer Nocom-Aktien.
Heute gab es ja nicht mal den üblichen Aufschlag.

Ich gebe J285607 recht, daß bei einem Kurs von 14,00€ ein Split recht witzig ist, allerdings sollte diese Entscheidung aus den Zeiten von Kursen um die 45-60€ stammen.

Fundamental hat sich meiner Meinung nach nichts geändert. Die Vertragspartner sind klasse und WAP setzt sich durch.

Bei einer freundlicheren Nasdaq sehen wir auch bald wieder bessere Kurse.

ich habe gestern noch einmal zu 2,50 nachgefaßt.

Nocom wird laut Comdirect bei 23,40 eröffnen. Das sind ca. 2,80 Euro.
Mehr würde ich nicht zahlen.

Wenn Du Dir Nocom und Adera ansschaust, kannst Du deutlich den US-Trend sehen.

Geht es den US-Aktien besser, werden auch diese beiden profitieren.

Ich halte Nocom auf diesem Niveau für einen klaren Kauf.

Leider kann ich kein schwedisch und ich habe auch noch keine Übersetzungsmaschine für schwedisch gefunden.
Dennoch denke ich, dass es eine gute Nachricht für Nocom sein müsste.

Ich bin es nochmal,

habe eben auf meinem Kontoauszug gesehen, dass mir CONSORS 30 DM für die Einbuchung der Nocom Splitt-Aktien abgeknöpft hat.
Wer hat auch 30 DM abgebucht bekommen ? Und wenn ja, ist das bei Consors üblich ?? Ich habe das zum ersten mal erlebt und habe schon ettlich Splitts (Nokia, INSP) erlebt. Auf ANfrage bei Consors sagte man mir, dass ich bisher halt Glück hatte und es ja so in den AGB´s stehen würde. Aber das will ich nicht glauben.

Also, wer von Euch ist auch abgezockt worden ?? Bitte bei mir melden.

aktuell 30,30 SEK in Stockholm. In D reagiert der Kurs überhaupt nicht. Umgerechnet müßten dies ca. 3,65 Euro sein.

Kann bsher noch keinen Grund für den Hopser erkennen.

ansatzweise abgebaut wurde.ich habe zwischen 20 u. 25 sek meine position nochmals fett aufgestockt. allein die kooperationen, die diesen monat mit http://www.intentia.com/,http://www.webtrends.com/default.htm,http://www.bea.se/ und http://www.sita.com/ abgeschlossen wurden, sind gold wert, da es sich um globalplayers handelt.

ausschlaggebend für den heutigen kursanstieg war sicherlich die ankündigung, daß sich in der vorstandsetage einiges geändert hat!

Nocom Software starts co-operation with Itera ASA
Nocom Software AB, a distribution company in the Nocom group, is starting co-operation with the Swedish subsidiaries of the Norwegian company, Itera ASA, concerning mobile Internet and the analysis of web and firewall traffic. The first stage of the co-operation comprises the four Itera companies; Diator, IT-Partner, Lan International and Agens.

With products from Nocom Software, Itera ASA will create a centre of competence in Stockholm, working with application development for mobile units. Ich rechne mit einer Kursvervielfachung´, heutiges KGV`01 = 30 was fuer einen Wert mit W@P, B2B, Internet, E-Logistics Phantasie und hochkaraetigen Partnern wie Nokia, Ericsson, Hewlett Packard, Deutsche Post etc sehr guenstig bewertet ist. der Wert ist nach unten absolut abgesichert.

Nocom launches Nocom MobilectrlTM, a standard platform for developing mobile services. The platform is intended for companies that want to give their customers and employees fast, qualitative and secure information through their own controlled mobile information channel.

Nocom AB (publ) has signed a final agreement for the purchase of the Stockholm based internet consulting company Cyberink Information Systems AB, after a normal acquisition analysis. The purchase is for all outstanding shares for a price of aprox. SKr 14 million in the form of 645.000 class B shares of Nocom in a directed new issue.
Cyberink is a specialist company within the field of parallel publishing, primarily for the web and mobile Internet, and its customers are mainly companies in traditional Swedish industry.

Die Kontrakte mit Nokia & Ericsson sprechen für sich.

Wo siehst Du Nocom Ende des Jahres ?

Wenn ich davon ausgehe, dass es bei den beiden o. g. noch einen Hype zum Jahresende geben wird, könnte ich mir vorstellen, daß Nocom mitgerissen wird.

Hi Rossi,

Ich bin selbst mittlerweile stark investiert und nutze die Kursschwaechen immernoch zum Nachlegen. Es ist meiner Meinung nach ein Wert der ein grosses Potenzial hat sich zu vervielfachen. KGV`01 ist bei ca 30 ! Fuer einen Wert in dieser Branche (W@P, B2B, Internet, E-Logistics Phantasie) und wie Du sagt mit diesen Partnern extrem guenstig bewertet.

Mein Kursziel bis Ende des Jahres lautet: 10-11 Euro, das entspricht dann einem KGV dann von 80-90 Ich glaube dass das dann immernoch fair bewertet fuer diesen Markt ist.

ich würde wir wünschen, daß wir in den nächsten Tagen die 33-34 SEK mal nachhaltig knacken. Der Chart sieht mittlerweile wirklich gut aus.

Mit einem Höchstkurs von 131 SEK denke ich auch, daß zum Ende des Jahres zumindest 7-8 Euro möglich sein sollten.

wollte mal an Nocom erinnern. Aktuell in Schweden bei 32,50 SEK.
Steigende Kurse bei Ericsson und Nokia haben immer zu Kurssteigerungen bei Nocom geführt.

Wo seht Ihr die beiden am Jahresende ?

Nocom wird davon profitieren und der Chart ist mittlerweile auch in Ordnung.

hatte heute mal nicht so Stress (Chefs waren in London) und konnte mich so an den Bloomberg hängen.
Das geilste Programm, das es überhaupt gibt.
Nocom wurde erst von einem Analysten bewertet (Johanssen oder so), letzte Änderung 5.6.
Gewinn soll in 2001 um 400% steigen auf 1SKR ! Nach der DCF-Analyse ware der fundamental
faire WErt ( ohne WAP-Fantasie oder hype) bei 45 SKR.
Habe mir auch mal die Orderbücher der Market MAker reingezogen, die mit sehr grossen Spreads
handeln. Nocom sollte unbedingt ein 2. Listing anstreben.
Werde mich zukünftig über die Mittagspause mehr in Bloomberg einloggen.

ich bin auch noch dabei. Nocom bewegt sich mit Nokia & Ericsson.
Nach wie vor halte ich 7-8 Euro zum Jahresende für möglich.
Ich schmeiße die Dinger allerdings heraus, wenn wir unter 2,80 Euro fallen.
Sieht ja heute ganz gut aus.

STOCKHOLM IT-bolagen MSC och Nocom (Stockholm: NOCM-B.ST - nyheter) planerar att gå samman. Nocom vill använda resurserna inom MSC för att sälja sin nyköpta mjukvara Logiman på den amerikanska marknaden.

Det skriver Finanstidningen i Lördagens upplaga.

Nocom har lämnat ett konkret bud på MSC, men MSC:s VD Muazzam Choudhury understryker att förhandlingarna är långt ifrån i hamn

"Vi diskuterar fortfarande hur inriktningen på det nya företaget ska se ut".

Nocom: Inga planer gå samman med MSC för närvarande - VD

STOCKHOLM Nocom (Stockholm: NOCM-B.ST - nyheter) har för närvarande inga planer på ett samgående med MSC.

"Vi för initierade diskussioner med rätt många olika aktörer. Finanstidningen var nog lite väl optimistisk i sin artikel"

Det säger Nocoms VD Anders Jonson till Nyhetsbyrån Direkt med anledning av lördagens Finanstidningen, där tidningen skriver att Nocom och MSC planerar ett samgående.

"MSC är ju Muazzam Choudhurys bolag och han kan ju spela det här som han vill", fortsätter Anders Jonson.

Nocom tittar över en rad olika alternativ för sin fortsatta expansion. Behovet av att få en mer global struktur har blivit allt tydligare i takt med att de internationella uppdragen växer. Men det ena utesluter inte det andra utan det kan mycket väl bli aktuellt med ett förvärv på hemmaplan, enligt Anders Jonson.

"Vår strategi att köpa mindre specialistbolag har varit helt rätt hittills", säger Nocomchefen.

MSC:s VD Muazzan Choudhury ville på måndagen inte närmare diskutera de diskussioner som förs mellan bolagen.

"Det är svårt för mig att kommentera detta vidare i det här skedet, men det är riktigt att vi för diskussioner", säger MSC:s VD Muazzan Choudhury till Nyhetsbyrån Direkt.

Muazzan Choudhury ser flera andra alternativ till ett samgående med Nocom, men säger sig inte närmare vilja precisera dessa.

Strong growth in mobile Internet gives increased number of business transactions


Turnover increased 37 per cent to SEK 105.5 million (76.9).
The number of employees at the end of the period was 198 (96), an increase of 106 per cent.
Nocom`s focus on mobile Internet generated a number of new business transactions and customers.
Nocom launched MobileCtrl, its software platform for mobile Internet, in June.
Nocom`s ASP-implementation for mobile Internet, MobileCtrl ASP, has been taken into use during the period.
Issue of new shares ensures a continuation of rapid expansion


The issue of new shares in February increased the company`s share capital by SEK 230 million.
Mobile focus and expansion burdened earnings


The substantial investments in infrastructure and resources allocated to the development of mobile Internet and other expansion of the organization burdened earnings according to plan.
Operating profit/loss before depreciation was SEK - 17.5 million (4.4).
Profit/loss before tax was SEK - 24.2 million (4.0).
Cash flow from current operations was positive during the period.
Acquisitions generated leading position within e-logistics and supplemented Nocom`s complete offering

In August 2000, Nocom completed the acquisition of 70 per cent of TradeVision AB, a leading international company in integrated e-logistics for the Internet. The acquisition further strengthens Nocom`s position in mobile e-commerce.
Hera AB in Uppsala, a leading agency for industrial market communication with 20 employees, Interactive-TM AB in Gothenburg, a specialist company in imaging and new media with 15 employees, and Cyberink Information Systems AB in Stockholm, an Internet consulting company with 10 employees, were acquired during the first six months of the year.


Wie siehst du den die Zahlen? Ich denke die Aquisition von Tradevision war strategisch ein entscheidender Pluspunkt. Wie siehst du den tatsächlich die Chancen, dass Nocom doch noch an die Nasdaq oder am neuen Markt ein Zweitlisting beantragt?

Continued strong growth


Turnover increased 31 percent to SEK 151.4 million (115.4).
The number of employees at the end of the period was 225 (138), an increase of 63 percent.
The strategic build-up of services gave a strong sales increase in deployment services and consulting, to SEK 50.2 million (7.5),
corresponding to 33 (7) percent of total sales.
Organic growth of almost 35 percent within deployment services and consulting during the third quarter.
Increased volumes of transaction-based business in accordance with future income model. Examples of this are deals with
Deutsche Post of Germany, Phoenix International Freight Services Ltd in the US and Asia Pacific Cargo of Hong Kong. The major
part of the revenue from these assignments will be realized in the first quarter of 2001 onwards.
Focus on mobile Internet generates increased business


During the third quarter, Nocom`s investments in the mobile Internet resulted in new, profitable business agreements with
Skandiabanken and Braathens, among others.
At the beginning of October, Nocom and Europolitan formed a joint company, MR Mobile Relations AB, to focus on sales of mobile
intranet and extranet solutions.
Nocom`s software platform for the mobile Internet, Mobilectrl, was adapted for the strategically important financial and travel sectors
with Mobilectrl Finance and Mobilectrl Travel.
Issue of new shares ensures continued expansion


The issue of new shares in February provided Nocom with SEK 230 million.
The strong financial position, combined with the build-up of expertise, gives Nocom the necessary prerequisites of taking full
advantage of the present market opportunities.

Profit/loss before tax was SEK -37.5 million (1.9).
The substantial investments in technology, market and organization, approximately SEK 30 million, burdened profits according to

On August 14, 2000, acquisition from SAS was finalized for 70 percent of TradeVision AB, a global leader in e-logistics.
During the first six months of the year, the following companies were acquired: Hera AB in Uppsala, a leading agency for industrial
market communication; Interactive-TM AB in Gothenburg; a specialist company in imaging and new media; and Cyberink Information
Systems AB in Stockholm, an Internet consulting company.
