Vll interessiert es hier den ein oder anderen das der neue Hype von WSB wohl contextlogic wish ist. Ging heute los ist also hoffentlich nicht zu spät.
Um Stimmrechte für die HV zu ermitteln bedarf es der Aktieninhaber nebst der Anzahl der von jedem gehaltenen Aktien. Wie sollen sonst Abstimmungen erfolgen? Und genau das wird nicht klar sein und die Aufsichtsbehörden auf den Plan rufen. Um den Augias Stall der HF auszumisten.
Die Anzahl der bei Abstimmungen abgegebenen Stimmen im Verhältnis zu den ausgegebenen Aktien (ca. 500 Mio.) bei der HV dürfte letztendlich der letzte Weckruf sein. Quasi verpflichtend für die Aufsichtsbehörden das „Falschgeld“ aufzuspüren.

In diesem Fall wäre es am Ende ja positiv für uns, aber ich mag gar nicht daran denken, wie andere Aktien, die nicht so im Rampenlicht stehen, auf diese Weise manipuliert werden.

**CITADEL HFT**
* NOTE: CITADEL uses HFT (High Frequency Trading) that allows citadel to trade at 64 millionth of a second. Essentially, Citadel is able to use your history of trading habits from Robinhood at 64 millionths of a second faster than you can use yourself.

* The types of movement in the GIF below are so similiar they would require hundreds of millions of shares to be moving at several points during the day. Not saying its impossible but it may be something we need to consider is a result of algo's and their impact on the market at a huge scale.
**Why HODL IS KEY**
If you are Holding, there is no trading speed involved. The HFT movement is irrelevant because its relationship to the short is locked in on the long timeline. It is relevant how quickly they can adjust the illusion and spikes but not remove our 80% and growing hold on the float. The more eyes we can get on the subject of HFT ALGO and the enormous advantage that Citadel has by being able to influence the investors to sell and replace their positions while using our data against us, is beyond crucial. Its the difference between us having a free and fair market and us interacting with something that can improve endlessly against the retail investor. Holding is key. Attention on the subject is key. This moment in time is important and you as a retail investor involved with the movement are forming opinions on the market our kids will inherit.
**Questions**
1.) Should a Hedge fund be allowed to move with billions of dollars of advantage against retail at **65 millionth of a second speed.**
2.) Should the side shorting a stock be able to access the data and habits of the people they are shorting?
3.) At some point isn't the size of the Hedge fund power almost considered like having the Bank act as a player on the monopoly board and doesn't that need to change if its true.
**IDEA:**
We may need a data speed limit of some kind for large firms for starters. Speed cant be a factor we allow such a wide variance in, its like using a superspeed motorcycle to the local bicycle marathon. It's not even the same game. The fact that time is being used against the people automatically separates us from them in the market.
(I am not sure what to conclude here but I think there might be a relationship between these factors. I believe there is hope for investors if he we hold because the speed of transactions becomes irrelevant once the stock is purchased. The short positions will eventually have to close.)
These are just my thoughts for now. None of this is financial advice just observations about the market and the influence of the tools being used by large companies in relation to retail investors. I believe change is happening and can happen if we give it our undivided attention.
