The second rig will be designated to the Bear deposit to explore near surface extensions from the high-grade core of the deposit. Gatling has also commenced preliminary metallurgical testing with industry leader SGS Canada to analyze gold recoveries across all three high-grade deposits.

Second Drill Rig to Test Shallow Targets at Bear Deposit. A second rig has been added to the ongoing drill program at the Larder Gold project to accelerate high priority targets ahead of the upcoming resource update (Figure 1). The core of the Bear deposit starts at approximately 450 m below surface. Importantly, there are also two developed zones up plunge approximately 90 m below surface (Figure 2). The second drill rig is assigned to test the connection of these near surface zones with the core of the Bear deposit with a 5,000 m program.

Recent exploration has successfully targeted near surface gold mineralization within the upper 250 m across three zones and transitioned to targeting down plunge extensions of high-grade zones (Figure 1 & 3). Commencement of Metallurgical Testing Across all Three High-Grade Gold Deposits. Gatling has sent samples (one from each deposit) to SGS Canada for preliminary metallurgical testing. Testing will determine the hardness of each ore, as well as gravity, and bottle roll cyanidation tests. Results will be utilized in Gatling's upcoming updated mineral resource estimate in Q3 2021.

Die Deposits könnten sich so ca. bei 2MOz zusammenfügen. Jetzt geht man davon aus dass vergleichbare Deposits mit 150-200USD / oz bewertet werden.

Ach ich sehe das anders dhali und Co haben die bonterraaktionäre von vorne bis hinten verarscht und sich fürstliche Gehälter ausgezahlt.
Wenn du es nicht glaubst frag mal in die Runde seit wann und wie oft für die Liegenschaft schon eine rs angekündigt ist. Die wird seit 2017 von dhali und Co versprochen.
Mich interessiert es nicht mehr da ich die gatlingaktien die ich bei der bonterrarauslösung erhalten habe zeitnah verkauft habe aber frag mal hier rum ob ein Herr dhali im 6 stellugen Bereich bekommt. Das hat er sich bei bonterra genommen und das hinhalten der Aktionäre mit extremer verwässerung hatte super funktioniert bis zum rausschmiss

Das ist leider nicht ungewöhnlich, dass das Management eines Explorers sich fürstlich bezahlen lässt..
Immerhin ist sprott hier mit fast 10% beteiligt.
Gestern wurde ein placement bekannt gegeben. Daraufhin gab es auf jeden Fall einige Käufer am Markt.

Sprott ist hier so hoch beteiligt weil er bei bonterra so hoch beteiligt war und gatling aus der herauslösung des Projekts aus dem bonterraportfolio her rührt. Sprott hat meines Erachtens nie in gatling investiert sondern in bonterra.

Deshalb bin ich da zeitnah raus gewesen. Verfolge aber hin und wieder den thread und sorry das ich hier negativ schreibe aber bis dato machen sie hier so weiter wie sie bei bonterra aufgehört haben. Wenn ich es noch recht in Erinnerung habe waren zig tausende bohrmeter noch nicht in der RS vom letzten Mal drin . Ich verstehe halt den Sinn nicht mal mit so vielen offenen bohrmetern die RS zu aktualisieren. Bei bonterra haben sie für die Projekte auch mindestens 2 Jahre waren eher drei eine aktualisierte RS versprochen was dort das neue Management innerhalb von Monaten nachgeholt hatte. Das ist halt das was frustrierend ist das es sie offensichtlich 0 interessiert einen Mehrwert für die Aktionäre zu schaffen.

Darin kann man eben auch eine Chance sehen, wenn viel negatives bzw auch die Enttäuschung eingepreist ist.

(TSXV:GTR; OTCQB:GATGF) (the "Company" or "Gatling") is pleased to announce that, further to its news release of June 11, 2021, it has closed the first tranche of its private placement. The Company issued 2,050,000 units (the "Units") at $0.40 per Unit for total gross proceeds of $820,000 and 3,347,200 flow-through shares (the "FT Shares") at $0.45 per FT Share for total gross proceeds of $1,506,240. Each Unit consists of one common share and one-half of one transferable share purchase warrant, each whole warrant (a "Warrant") exercisable into one additional common share at a price of $0.60 per share for a period of two years from the date of issue.
The gross proceeds from the issuance of the FT Shares will be used for Canadian Exploration Expenses, and will qualify as "flow-through mining expenditures", as defined in subsection 127(9) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and as "eligible Ontario exploration expenditures", as defined in subsection 103(4) of the Taxation Act (Ontario) (the "Qualifying Expenditures") which will be renounced to the subscribers with an effective date no later than December 31, 2021, in an aggregate amount not less than the gross proceeds raised from the issue of the FT Shares, and, if the Qualifying Expenditures are reduced by the Canada Revenue Agency, the Company will indemnify each FT Share subscriber for any additional taxes payable by such subscriber as a result of the Company's failure to renounce the Qualifying Expenditures as agreed. Nun ist gekommen was ich vermeiden wollte, Gatling wird billig aus dem Markt genommen.Mein Mischkurs beträgt 0,32CAD, eine Umrechnung von 0.017 MAG Silver Shares sind da 0,40CAD.
Sehr viele werden auch trotz des +47% Premium im Minus sein.
