Matt Manson, President & CEO, commented: “Our ongoing drilling at the O’Brien Project is focussed on “proof-of-concept” step-outs designed to test the full scope of the Project beyond previous drilling. We recently released the latest results from drilling beneath the historic O’Brien gold mine where we have been delineating multiple high-grade gold-bearing veins over a large area up to 500 metres below the base of the historic workings. Today’s news release shows results from drill holes located to the east of the historic mine, and below the existing mineral resources. Of note, several of the holes represent deep step-outs below our “Trend #2”, pushing the scope of known mineralization downwards by up to 300 metres in this important area. Our Exploration Target at O’Brien is between 3 and 4 million ounces of gold in 15 to 20 million tonnes at between 4.5 and 8.0 g/t Au. This is based on the proposition that O’Brien’s mesothermal gold mineralization continues to an exploration horizon of 2 kilometres depth. Today’s results continue to support this thesis. With the recent completion of our high-value, but “snap-shot”, PEA, our focus is on aggressive exploration and resource growth. Four rigs are currently active at the Project and drilling continues.”
Highlights of the PEA include:
- After-tax Net Present Value at a 5% discount rate ("NPV5%") of $532 million, Internal Rate of Return of 48%, and payback of 2.0 years at US$2,550/oz gold ("Au").
- Initial Capital Cost of $175 million and Life-of-Mine Sustaining Capital of $173 million.
- Cash Cost1 of US$861/oz and All-In Sustaining Cost1 of US$1,059/oz including conceptual 30% toll milling margin on processing and G&A costs.
- Extremely capital efficient with after-tax NPV5% to Initial Capital Cost ratio of 3.0 at US$2,550/oz Au.
- 11-Year Mine Life with 740 koz mined and 647 koz recovered at 87% average recovery with a gravity-flotation-regrind-leach flowsheet.
- 70 koz/annum average steady-state gold production (Years 2-8) at an average annual after-tax Free Cash Flow1 of $97 million.

Radisson Mining Resources doubles resource estimate at the O’Brien gold project in Quebec
Press release highlights:
Indicated resources increased 58% to 1,517,000 tonnes grading 10.26 g/t Au for 501,000 ounces using a 4.5 g/t gold cut off grade.
Inferred resources increased 167% to 1,616,000 tonnes grading 8.64 g/t Au for 449,000 ounces using a 4.5 g/t gold cut off grade.
A large portion of the Indicated and Inferred resources added have been defined within the same vertical footprint as the previous resource estimate.
The new Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE”) is based on (see 3D video):
127,600 m of additional drilling since last update in July 2019. (see Figure 1)
The inclusion of the O’Brien West area (including 8,060 m of historical drilling)

Key highlights
Significant intercepts from resource expansion drilling along high-grade trend #2
OB-21-290W1
4.04 g/t Au over 15.90 m including 5.24 g/t Au over 10.80 m
OB-21-290W3
4.60 g/t Au over 4.70 m,
4.81 g/t Au over 6.20 m including 8.45 g/t Au over 3.00 m and;
5.80 g/t Au over 3.50 m including 10.94 g/t Au over 1.70 m
OB-21-290W5
5.36 g/t Au over 2.20 m including 10.40 g/t Au over 1.10 m and;
3.78 g/t Au over 4.40 m
Visible gold was observed in OB-21-290W1 at 697.90 m, OB-21-290W2 at 569.60 m, OB-21-290W3 at 741.00 m and OB-21-290W4 at 775.50 m.
Results represent 3,009 m of directional drill campaign comprising one pilot hole (OB-21-290) and 5 branches, with estimated savings of 1,617 m (35%).
Drilling to date has highlighted continuity of mineralization down to a vertical depth of over 800 m in this sector where modeled resources are largely within 400 m from surface.
OB-21-290 and branches returned several relatively broad high-grade Au intercepts confirming the potential for wider mineralized zones in the sector (in excess of average widths of 2.90 m in the current resource) below 400 m where multiple veins are interpreted and with veins intersecting each other.
Also highlighted by previously released holes from this area including 11.13 g/t over 10.70 m (OB-21-201), 18.42 g/t over 5.00 m (OB-20-180), 8.35 g/t over 6.00 m (OB-20-124), 6.89 g/t over 21.20 m (OB-20-156), 8.20 g/t over 7.00 m (OB-21-202), 8.87 g/t over 5.00 m (OB-21-187) and 5.77 g/t over 7.10 m (OB-20-156W2)
130,000 m drill program underway at O’Brien
126,000 m (253 holes) completed as of May 9, 2022, with results pending for 25,000 m in 52 holes of which 22 holes intersected visible gold.
Cash balance of approx. $5.5M as of May 15, 2022

Key highlights
Significant intercepts from exploration drilling along high-grade trend #0, representing the gap between current resources and the old O’Brien mine
37.86 g/t Au over 2.00 m including 75.60 g/t Au over 1.00 m (OB-21-221W3)
12.69 g/t Au over 3.50 m including 27.10 g/t Au over 1.60 m (OB-21-221W4)
7.70 g/t Au over 2.00 m including 12.10 g/t Au over 1.00 m (OB-21-221W2)
Results include 3,376 m directional drill campaign comprising one pilot hole (OB-21-221) and 7 branches to drill test an area extending approximately 150 m along strike and between 75 m and 250 m depth below the limits of previous drilling in the area.
All of the holes intersected the targeted mineralized structures including 4 visible gold occurrences
Savings of approximately 3,555 m (51%) using directional drilling technology
New and previously released results (including 92.89 g/t Au over 2.60 m, 47.10 g/t Au over 2.60 m, 10.87 g/t Au over 3.15 m and 14.90 g/t Au over 8.20 m) demonstrate continuity of high-grade mineralization in the area down to a vertical depth of 750 m.
Modeled resources in the area are mostly limited to within 240 m from surface.
130,000 m drill program underway at O’Brien
121,750 m (245 holes) completed as of March 31, 2022 with results pending for 24,000 m in 50 holes of which 27 holes intersected visible gold.
Cash balance of approx. $7.0M as of April 15, 2022
