Das aktuelle Placement war nicht das Erste (siehe auch Academy Metals und Unity Metals, wie Bedford bereits zuvor firmierte) und wird sicherlich auch nicht das letzte sein. Warum wurde der Name überhaupt mehrmals geändert ? Einige Stimmen meinen dazu: Verbrannte Erde kann man schlecht neu bewerben. Nur meine Meinung.

Nein, ich kaufe diese Aktie auch nicht, habe auch keine Aktien von Unity oder Academy Metals zuvor gekauft, da die Vorgeschichte für sich spricht. Das kann jeder selbst erlesen, der die immensen Risiken in diesem Wert nicht ignorieren will. Und wer Werbung für BFM macht, sollte diese Risiken nicht unter den Teppich kehren.

Ich interessiere mich aber dafür, wie kanadische Pennystocks sich im deutschen Freiverkehr verhalten. Für Transparenz und Marktintegrität.

Das ist üblich im Falle eines Private Placements, die "definierten Aktionäre" (e.g. Placement Holder), die meist "kein Interesse haben" Aktionär zu bleiben, verkaufen gerne mit Gewinn in den Markt. Das ist der Punkt, wo Placements zur Verwässerung der anderen Aktionäre führen.

P.S. Die Placement Holder, die auch Warrants mit Ausübungsrechten erhalten können. verkaufen mitunter sogar ohne Gewinn, denn außer die Beteiligten selbst weiß niemand welche Vereinbarungen seitens des Managements hinter verschlossenen Türen mit denen getroffen wurden. Das kanadische Finanzrecht ist da offenbar nicht ausreichend reguliert.

BFM sind ihre teuren Aktien, die sie nach dem letzten Pump mittels Placement vom 18.6.24 einwerben wollten, nicht los geworden. Kein Wunder, denn es gibt neben zahlreichen Lemmingen noch immer ausreichend viele Informierte, die Butzen wie diese meiden.

Weiß man wieviel? M.e nach ist es egal ob es nur an einen gewissen Kreis an Aktionäre geht, eine weitere Verwässerung wäre da. Ausser sie definieren die Aktien in eine andere Klasse!
Exela ist ein gutes Negativ Beispiel.
