Fiscal Second Quarter 2025 Financial Highlights

Revenues: $63.9 million, up 51% from the prior year period
Net loss: $138.7 million, which was negatively impacted by $87.2 million from the loss on change in fair value of debt, $25.4 million from the loss on conversion of debt, $9.5 million from diligence, acquisition, disposition, integration expenses, and litigation expenses and $3.5 million in stock compensation
Net loss per basic and diluted share: $0.66
Adjusted net loss: $12.6 million
Adjusted EBITDA: $21.4 million up 93% from the prior year period
Adjusted net loss per diluted share: $0.06

(Reuters) - Investment bank Macquarie will invest up to $5 billion in Applied Digital's AI data centers and will take a 15% stake in the company, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday.

Applied Digital and Macquarie did not immediately respond to Reuters' requests for comment.
