Solartech acquired 20pct HK1186.com for $180m
Solartech International announced that the company acquired a 20pct stake in HK1186.com. $54 million of the consideration payable has been paid in cash and the remaining $125 million will be satisfied by the allotment and issue of 2.2 billion new shares at $5.686 cents per share, representing a discount of 5.2pct to the closing price last Friday. The new shares represented 16pct of the enlarged share capital of the company.



Lt Reseach von South China Research stellt sich das Ergebnis pro Aktie bei Solartech auf 0.212 HK$ je Aktie in 2000 und auf 0.271 HK$ in 2001. Das ist ein KGV unter 1.

Fazit: Solartech ist spottbillig und verdient richtig Geld. Eine satte Dividende gibt es auch. Derzeit sehe ich kaum Risiken für die Aktie, aber schönes Aufwärtspotential. Denn Anleger bevorzugen derzeit nicht die luftig phantasievollen Internetstartups sondern die gestandenen Industrieunternehmen, die sich wie Solartech auf den Weg ins eBusiness begeben und pralle Kassen, satte Dividenden und ein sturmerprobtes Management haben. Ich rate zum Kauf.

Mit Solartech habe ich mich erst seit kurzer Zeit beschäftigt und finde sie recht ansprechend. Was ich generell noch zu den Pennystocks sagen will: Ich habe schon einige Aktien bei 0,01 gekauft und es nur selten bereut. Viel häufiger als ein Totalverlust oder eine monatelange Aussetzung habe ich *****die***** 100 Prozent gemacht. Dafür muß die Aktie "nur" auf 0,02 gehen. Seltener habe ich auch mal 200 bis 1000 Prozent gemacht. Aber die Chance ist immer da. Ich kann das einfach fühlen. Lacht nur. Mit Pennystocks habe ich wirklich schon sehr viel Geld gemacht. Und recht wenig verloren. Für mich haben diese Aktien, so lustig das auch für einige klingt, einfach ein tolles Chance-Risiko Verhältnis.

Habe gestern 200.000 in HK zum Limit0,057 HK$ geordert.Weiß vielleicht jemand, ob und wie ich Umsätze in HK abrufen kann(z.B. bei finet.com).Bei Brok.24 habe ich noch keine Ausführung. Kann bis zu 72h dauern.Ich bin aber soooooo neugierig . Übrigens haben wir letzte woche einmal die 0,02€ in FFM gesehen. Wer hat sich denn da die 100% reingezogen?

Prospects:
The Hong Kong economy seems to need some more time to recover but all efforts should be made for continued business growth. The Group in the reporting year has focused in the manufacture and sale of quality cable and wire products. Automatic production machinery was purchased to replace those semi-automatic machines in order to enhance its manufacturing capacity and increase the Group`s overall production efficiency.

Since September last year when the joint venture-Dongguan Hua Yi Brass Products Co., Ltd (" Dongguan Hua Yi") commenced its commercial production, the Group has benefited from obtaining its supply of copper rods from Dongguan Hua Yi. In this respect, the Group has moved forward to vertically integrate its production process.

Business Consolidation

The Group has been re-organizing its workshops including the relocation of all production machinery of copper drawing and copper twisting from Dongguan qiaoai Chau`s Electrical Co., Ltd (Dongguan Qiaoai") to its Joint Venture ¡V Dongguan Hua Yi in July, 1999. It is anticipated that by the end of August this year, the workshop of enameled copperware will also be re-located to Dongguan Hua Yi. It is also planned that Dongguan Hua Yi will manufacture and sell all range of different sizes. Twisted and tinned copper wires.

With this move, the Group aims to provide Dongguan Hua Yi a greater variety of product categories. Besides, the Directors hope that this would allow the Joint Venture to be one of the leading copper rod and wire manufacturers in the Southeaset part of the People`s Republic of China ("PRC"). As far as the Group`s main manufacturing base-Dongguan Qiaozi is concerned, it would then primarily concentrate on its core business-the manufacture and sale of cable and wire products.

Expansion of Production Facilities in Dongguan Hua Yi

In order to cope with the needs of business restructuring, three blocks of factory were built next to its existing buildings in early 1999. Total construction area is over 14,000 square metres. The construction of the premises have been completed and used for copper drawing, copper twisting and enamelled copper wire workshops.

Establishment of an Extension Cord Workshop

The new extension cord workshop is situated at the previous workshops of copper drawing and copper twisting. The Group has brought brand new. High-capacity extension cord production lines. All of these new machines are currently under testing and commissioning. It is expected that by the end of August, the new extension cord workshop will commence its full production. The Directors believe that overall production capacity will increase by about 30 per cent and it would enhance the Group to penetrate the overseas markets.

Connectors & Terminals Business

The Group has completed the purchase of a German Company`s production facilities in Malaysia and the setting up of a sales office in Singapore. The subsidiary in Singapore has recorded a profit for the last quarter of this financial year, just after being established in January, 1999. Production plant in Malaysia is new supplying the Group with its connectors and terminals. Besides, its products are widely sold to Singaporean-Malaysian, Indian as well as European markets. The Directors believe that the Malaysian operation and Singapore sales office would assist the Group in expanding the business.

Heute wieder Umsätze in FFM. Arbitrage HK /ffm dauert wegen der bB Kurse Quälend lange aber es winken über 20% Gewinn. Werde aber die häfte meiner jetzt 400.000 St halten,bis wir die 0,02€ sehen .

Jetzt müßte es mit dem Suchwort funktionieren. Zu den Umsätzen kann ich nichts sagen, ich hatte jedenfalls bei meinem Verkauf die x-te Teilausführung. Kostet mich zum Glück bei Brokerage24 nichts .

Profitabel, Phantasie durch die Beteiligung an http://www.hk1186.com/ - bei Solartech sollte es bald aufwärts gehen.


Net profit for the six months to September 30, 1999 was $43 million, or 7.1 cents per share, down 26% from the comparable period in 1998. The interim dividend was 1.8 cents per share. For the year to March 31, 1999 the company earned $86 million, 16.4 cents per share, against $98 million the previous year.

Solartech announced that it intends to acquire a 20% stake in HK1186.com, an online VCD/DVD trader and online cinema operator, for a total consideration of about $179 million. $54 million will be satisfied in cash while the remaining $125 million will be paid by the allotment of 2.2 billion new shares, 16.6% of the company`s enlarged share capital, at 5.686 cents per share.

Die Kurse sind im Moment barbarisch schlecht, aber das geht mir am A... vorbei. Schaut euch mal die charts von Pennystocks an. die verzehnfachen sich schon mal von einem Tag auf den anderen.Ist halt was zum zocken.Hier habe ich mal einen lustigen Chart ausgegraben.

Eine ähnliches Schicksal wie bei Wo Kee Hong 884749 "droht" auch allen Solartech Aktionären. Der Ausbruch und die Neubewertung stehen bevor. Der Ausbruch kommt und dann machen wir sehr schnell 100% und mehr. 0,01 auf 0,02 oder 0,03 eben.

Auch wenn die Liquidität barbarisch ist, Gewinn zählen jetzt , Verlustfirmen könne in 2 Jahren die Pforten schließen.

Genau, Luschenhansi, daher investieren in Firmen wie Solartech oder Asia Tele Thread: Asia Tele-Net (884164) 2 Cent Wert vor dem Ausbruch nach oben! die Gewinne machen, Dividenden auschütten und Bewertungen KGV 1-8 oder KUV 0,1 bis 1 aufweisen. Da bist Du hier schon mal goldrichtig im Thread.

Solartech seit heute auch in Berlin handelbar. jetzt muss nur noch der Kurs anspringen. Nach über 90% Verlust in 3 Mon ohne fundamentalen Grund sollte in Kürze eine technische Gegenreaktion erfolgen.

Solartech seit gestern auch in M. gelistet. Die Makler würden das nicht tun, wenn sie sich nicht auch bald größere Umsätze versprechen würden. Ich rechne daher bald mit steigenden Kursen, so dass wir Kurse im Bereich von 1-2 cent sehen. Mal abwarten.
