War einige Zeit unterwegs von daher kann mir jemand sagen was mit der Aktie passiert ist, habe was von Aktiensplit gehört.

jaja,gab nen Revers - Split 1:4,eigentlich kein gutes Omen,dennoch legte der Wert heute ca. 21% zu. Ich hoffe das Nexell nach diesem unpopulären Split nun doch einiges in Petto hat.

Wegen nexell : einen Aktiensplit kann man nicht mehr sagen eher einen Rücksplit!.!
Denn aus vier Aktien wurden eine, wer 40 Stück hatte hat nur noch 10 Stück und außerdem sie ist nicht gestiegen im Gegenteil gefallen ist Sie.
Ich hab Sie mit 13 EUR gekauft und Sie ist runter auf 4,00 EUR und sogar 3,00 EUR habe dann verkauft.
Sie liegt auf 17,50 EUR jetzt dies bedeutet ca. 4,40 EUR.
Schaut euch die Aktienchart an lächerlich.
Obwohl jetzt sich der Einstiegt vielleicht lohnt.

NEXELL THERAPEUTICS’ PATENT SUIT AGAINST MILTENYI/AMCELL
Delaware Court Clarifies Scope of Clinical Trial Exemption and FDA Oversight of AmCell’s Activities

IRVINE, CA – April 24, 2001 – Nexell Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: NEXL) announced today that the U.S. District Court in Delaware has issued a ruling in Nexell’s suit against Miltenyi Biotec/AmCell Corporation that clarifies the scope of the clinical trial exemption provided under section 271(e)(1) of the patent statute. In granting a partial summary judgment to AmCell, the court authorized AmCell to supply its clinical cell separation device for clinical research activities which the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) determines are reasonably related to AmCell’s obtaining regulatory approval. The Court did not rule on infringing activities of AmCell/Miltenyi that are not covered by the clinical trial exemption or on other elements of Nexell’s complaint. The ruling has no effect on the scope or validity of Nexell’s core patents.

In a 34 page decision, United States District Judge Rodrick R. McKelvie determined that the FDA had already acted to restrict AmCell/Miltenyi activities which are not reasonably related to the pursuit of regulatory approval, noting that the FDA forced AmCell to change its marketing material and rejected 17 applications for investigator-sponsored studies using AmCell’s device.

The decision concludes: “If AmCell persists in activity the FDA finds not reasonably related, Nexell can seek relief from this court, including relief for activities identified in its complaint in this action.”

“Judge McKelvie’s ruling recognizes the limits of the clinical trial exemption allowed under the statute and helps ensure that the activities of a competitor are exposed to appropriate regulatory scrutiny,” said William A. Albright, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of Nexell Therapeutics. “We will work with the court and the FDA to ensure that the FDA’s clinical research guidelines are enforced.”

Filed in March, 2000, the Nexell suit charges Miltenyi with patent infringement, breach of contract and deceptive trade practices. Joining Nexell in the suit are Becton, Dickinson and Company and The Johns Hopkins University, both of which have proprietary rights associated with Nexell’s technology.

Commenting further on the decision, Mr. Albright stated, "The district court`s ruling was narrowly limited to AmCell`s conduct of clinical research activities prior to seeking FDA review of its unapproved device. We are confident that the court`s decision will not impact our ability to enforce our core patents against any unlicensed competitor seeking to commercialize a CD34 clinical cell selection device in the United States during the term of our patents, which protect us until at least 2007."
