Oooch mach Dir nichts draus . Ich habs dieses auch schon mehrmals mitgemacht. Kostet ganz schoen Nerven. Habe heute auch wieder mal etwas bloed geschaut, als es -10% in Frankfurt Richtung Sueden ging. Aber auch damals war es ein gutes Zeichen.
Aktie runter...ich nervoes und trotzdem gewartet. Danach gings wieder
ab wie eine Rakete Richtung Norden. Ich denke diesmal ist es mal wieder so weit. Also schnell eindecken. :-)

Helix Strengthens Cash Position In 3rd Quarter
AURORA, ONTARIO--Helix raised $10 million in gross proceeds in the third quarter from a private placement bringing the total raised this fiscal year to $14.7 million in gross proceeds from private and prospectus-qualified placements in Europe. These financings have contributed to the growth in the Company`s cash and equivalents by $12,294,000 (from $974,000 to $13,268,000) since July 31, 1999.
Research and development expenditures have increased by $289,000 or 39% over the same period in fiscal 1999 as Helix focuses its energies on the development of the Company`s proprietary technologies.
Revenues from the distribution of pharmaceuticals has increased by $60,000 or 9% over the same period in fiscal 1999 and cost of sales declined by $59,000 or 13% over the same period in fiscal 1999. The Company continues to experience an increase in gross profit, as a percentage of related revenues, from 35% in fiscal 1999 to 48% in fiscal 2000. This is the same ratio identified as the year-to-date second quarter trend. This increased gross profit is a consequence of an expanded sales force, forward buying for the year 2000 and the cost savings associated with changing its third party distributor.
Although gross royalty revenue has declined by $14,000 over the same period in fiscal 1999, the corresponding royalty expense has declined by $51,000 over the same period in fiscal 1999 resulting in a $37,000 improvement in net royalty revenues. This improvement is attributed to stronger international product sales which were offset by weaker domestic sales by the DNA identity testing licensee in the current fiscal year over the prior fiscal year.
Marketing and administration expenses have increased by 82% from $777,000 to $1,413,000 in the current year due to overhead associated with the acquisition of PharmaDerm, the postponement of the Company`s Canadian financing and continuing marketing efforts for the Biphasix(TM) drug delivery system.
Overall, the loss from continuing operations has increased from $903,000 for the nine months ending April 30, 1999 to $1,322,000 for the same nine month period for fiscal 2000. The Company`s loss per share has increased from $0.07/share in fiscal 1999 to $0.09/share in fiscal 2000. The weighted average number of common shares outstanding has increased from 13,776,415 at July 31, 1999 to 15,141,665 at April 30, 2000 due to the timing in the year of the funds being raised. The actual number of common shares outstanding at April 30, 2000 was 19,855,293.

The Althea Foundation was established in 1995 to advance medical research and further the development of therapeutics for the treatment of various diseases including cancer.
The Chair and President of the Foundation, Countess Sophie d`Ursel, is looking forward to working with Helix to develop new slow release therapies for the treatment of cervical cancer. ``The Foundation is delighted to be collaborating with Helix in the development of a Biphasix(TM) delivered treatment for cancer, and in particular cervical cancer. war in Skandinavien unterwegs. Helix hat momentan einen nicht beunruhigenden Seitwärtstrend. Find ich gut, so kann man sich nochmals gut eindecken. Da Helix im Frühjahr 2001 ein "GOING PUBLIC" an der NASDQ plant, und ich denke, dies bestimmt nicht unter einem Kurs von 10,-$ US ~ 10 € wagen wird, arbeiten die Jungens bestimmt wie irre, um in diesem Jahr noch gute News über ihre Interferon-emulsion verbreiten zu dürfen. Der erste Schritt ist ja getan, siehe meinen eben geposteten Artikel über die Krebsstiftung in Belgien. Auch einer Helix sei Kurstechnisch mal eine Verschnaufpause gegönnt. Ich denke, wir werden hier auch bald einen chart wie bei met(a) box sehen.

Ich weiß nur, dass Ich diesen Verdamten Aktien nicht Kaufen kann.
Heute war schon zweiter anlauf.
Stand war 3,17. Hab Kauforder mit Limit 3,20 gegeben, Die Beraterin sagt (Bin in Sparkasse) "es war vieleicht keine verkaufer da!" die weiss euch nicht wie es passieren kann? daß eine Aktie von 3,17, auf 3,10 fällt abwohl keine verkaufer vorhanden sein sollen.
Morgen werde Ich letztemal Probieren!!! wenn nicht eben Pech gehabt.

Glückwunsch, daß Du noch rechtzeitig reingegangen bist! Hättest aber auf mich hören sollen und direkt in Toronto kaufen sollen.

Wie bereits im Juni gepostet, fand am 12.07.2000 in Zürich ein Meeting mit schweizer Brokern und Analysten statt. Es muß, wie man hörte ein riesen Erfolg gewesen sein. Der Kurs ist seit dem auf 4.80 CAD gestiegen mit guten Umsätzen und steigender Tendenz. Nöchste Woche werden wir die 5.00 CAD sehen, bei der noch ein Widerstand ist.
Sollte dies gelingen, ist der Weg frei zum ATH.
Viel Erfolg weiterhin.

Ferner hat eine große Klinik in Holland, die sich auf Gebärmutter-krebs spezialisiert hat, eine Kooperation anbeboten und sich als Musterklinik in Europa zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Kursentwicklung ist seit dem hervorragend!

ich weiß nicht wie Du das siehst, aber einen Kursanstieg von CAD 4,20 auf CAD 5,50 seit dem 13.07.2000 bezeichne ich als hervorragend!
Das sind mal eben 30,95 % !!!!!
Wenn Du die Umsatzzahlen Dir anschaust, sind tatsächlich die Fondsmanager eingestiegen,- nicht die Du meinst, sondern die der betrieblichen Pensionskassen in der Schweiz -.

wo soll es den eine Analyse über Helix Biopharma geben? Meines Wissen gibt es nur eine Analyse vom letzten Jahr. Was ist denn der ungefähre Inhalt.

PharmaForce is a private company which specializes in the development of pharmaceutical products. danke für die News, habe dies aber sicherheitshalber in einen neuen Threat bekanntgegeben.
Denke, wie ich mich schon geäussert habe,dass dies der erste wichtige Schritt zur IPO an der NASDQ ist. Somit halte ich die Kurseinschätzung von QAPQ doch nicht für abwegig. Die Richtung müsste jetzt wirklich allen klar sein.

GANZ schlaue sind der Meinung, das Helix erst 2004 schwarze Zahlen schreibt. Hiergegen ist grundsätzlich nichts gegen einzuwenden, doch sollten dies Schlauberger sich doch mal Gedanken machen wie hoch dann der Gewinn je Aktie bei einer Basis von dann vielleicht 25.000.000 shares bei nur einer Lizenz sein könnte, und dies mit dem durchschnittlichen KGV von gängigen Biotechfirmen multiplizieren.
Ich machs nicht vor, denn das Ergebnis wäre ZU GUT.
Zumal die entsprechenden Partnerschaften schon Jahre im Voraus bekannt gemacht werden, und jeder Analyst der dann das Produkt kennt und die entsprechende Marktpositionierung der Partner- bzw. Lizensnehmers kennt, und die Lizenzquote ahnt, ausrechen kann, was dies wohl einbringt.
Weiterhin sollten die Herrn Schlauberger wissen, das die Produkte Insulin und Interferon a nur ein Beispiel seitens Helix sind, was mit dem System Biophasix? generell alles möglich ist. - Denn welche Biotechfirma ist heute, und wird in den nächsten 7 Jahren, in der Lage sein, Transportsysteme in der gleichen (angenehmen) Struktur bis zu 17000 Dalton zu entwickeln ? - Ich habe von keiner gehört.
Des weitern sollte man sich über die Kosten dieses Systems und deren patientenfreundliche Anwendungsbereiche im Klaren sein. Hier wird ganz klar auf einfachster Weise die Folgeerscheinung durch Nebenwirkungen und deren Folgekosten (welche bekannterweise immer die Gemeinschaft trägt ) reduziert. Oder habt Ihr noch nie einen Beipackzettel gelesen ?
Nun das wars fürs erste.
In diesem Jahr wird die Firma Helix noch min. zwei Investoren-Informationsabende in good old Germany anbieten. Ich denke das dann vor Ort einige Fragen geklärt werden können.

nach den Riesenumsätzen in den letzten 3 Tagen hoffe ich nun, daß die 5.50 CAD endlich geknackt werden können. Da lagen über 150.000 Stück. Klar, wenn ich vor 1 Jahr zu 1.60 CAD gekauft hätte, ist eine Gewinnmitnahme bei 5.50 CAD nicht schlecht!
Jetzt liegen noch ca. 30.000 Stück bis 5.60 CAD, die hoffentlich noch diese Woche weggeräumt werden. Dann gibt es neue Höchststände.
