gerade JANI ! deine beiträge waren immer imformativ und ich habe sie gerne gelesen.
du warst doch nach eigenen angaben stark investiert, alles verkauft oder was ?
ich jedenfalls bin von ADSX überzeugt und bleibe weiterhin investiert.
ich kann nur nicht verstehen warum der ADSX-kurs so nach unten gedrückt wurde.
mir scheint es so als würde jemand mit absicht den kurs so niedrig halten, da fundamental für mich einfach alles stimmt.
der umsatz im ersten quartal 2000 betrug die hälfte der momentanen marktkapitalisierung.
auch sind die perspektiven doch auch o.k.
gerade intelsale explodiert förmlich von quartal zu quartal.
in den ami-boards munkelt man, daß bis ende 2000 ein prototyp des DA stehen soll.
was das bedeuten wird kann sich wohl jeder selber ausmalen.
also, wer noch investiert ist bleibt dabei. weiter abwärts kann es nicht mehr gehen.

Den aktuellen Hollywood-Streifen Mission Impossible II sollte sich jeder ADSX-Aktionär
anschauen. Dort ist der Digital Angel bereits im Einsatz zu sehen. Der Transponder sah von
der Größe aus wie aus dem Patent von adsx, ebenso die Satellitenortung...

Hallo ADSX-Freunde!

Vorab, ich besitze keine ADSX-Aktien, aber ich interessiere mich schon seid dem Run vom vergangenen Herbst für dieses Ding und verfolge oft eure Threads.

Naja, natürlich bin ich froh, seinerzeit nicht auf den Zug aufgesprungen zu sein, denn wie ich mich kenne, hätte ich auch im Rausch nach unten noch nicht verkauft.
Aber ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, daß von dieser Firma in einem Jahr niemand mehr sprechen wird. Leider habe ich im Moment nicht genug Cash, um auch noch hier reinzugehen und außerdem
bin ich bei solchen Charts ziemlich vorsichtig geworden.

Über Neuigkeiten zu dem Unternehmen kann ich hier leider nichts beitragen. Tud mir leid. Aber ich behalte das Ding auf alle Fälle im Auge, und eure Kommentare dazu sowieso.

Machts gut und ich drück euch die Daumen, daß es wieder aufwärts geht.

Hallo ADSX-Aktionäre,

in letzter Zeit ist es hier ziemlich ruhig geworden, kaum noch Umsätze
an den deutschen Börsen, überall wird negative Stimmung um ADSX gemacht. In den US-Boards ist die Stimmung noch negativer.
Durch die US-Options erhalten die short seller noch Rückenwind.

Alles spicht also für einen Einstieg in ADSX. Somit hat die Sache auch positive Aspekte. Aktuell fällt ADSX um ca. 10 %, d. h. wir werden morgen hoffentlich ebenfalls niedriger eröffnen. Meine Orders sind auf jeden Fall plaziert, und ich Danke jedem der sich von seinen Stücken trennt.

Soviel ich weiß werden die Zahlen für`s 2. Quartal um den 07.08 veröffentlicht. Bewertungstechnische Aspekte sollten dann den Kurs wieder beflügeln.

die idee finde ich wirklich gut.
aber ein chip unter die haut zu implantieren, benötigt ein chirurgischen eingriff, dass bei vielen menschen natürlich auf ablehnung stöst.
daher meine frage:
bietet adsx die chip´s auch als z.b. ohrring an?

Im Board darauf gestoßen:
Die Reichen und Berühmten könnten aber nur die ersten Versuchsobjekte sein
Prominente stehen an der Spitze der Aufmerksamkeitsökonomie und besitzen in aller Regel einiges an Geld. Deswegen sind sie auch das Ziel von Entführern und umgeben sich und ihre Familien mit Leibwächtern. Das ist nicht nur angenehm. Auch ihre Häuser werden zu Festungen umgebaut. Nicht zuletzt wegen der Prominenten und Reichen boomt die Sicherheitsindustrie. Im letzten Jahr stellte die Entführungsbranche mit weltweit über 1400 Kidnappings einen Rekord ein. Seit 1990 ist sie um 60 Prozent gewachsen.
Ist aber jemand erst einmal erfolgreich entführt, so ist sein Aufenthaltsort unbekannt, wenn sich die Kidnapper nicht allzu ungeschickt angestellt haben. Die Firma Gen-Etics also hat sich gedacht, wie die Sunday Times berichtet, warum man mit dem Global Positioning System nicht auch den Aufenthaltsort von entführten Menschen feststellen sollte, wenn man dies mit gestohlenen Autos schon macht. Man implantiert den Entführungsgefährdeten einfach einen Chip unter die Haut, der Signale sendet. Über das GPS läßt sich dann ziemlich genau der Aufenthaltsort des Opfers herausfinden - und man kann versuchen, die Entführer zu überrumpeln.

Erfunden hat den Chip offenbar der israelische Geheimdienst Mossad für seine Agenten. Gen-Etics hat den Chip für den Markt nur weiter entwickelt und ihn zu Testzwecken bereits 43 Europäern und zwei Amerikanern eingepflanzt, deren Identität aber nicht preisgegeben wird. Implantiert wird er unter einer leichten Betäubung, so daß die Träger selbst nicht wissen, wo er sich befindet. Nur eine winzige Narbe sei sichtbar. An Fingern, Nasen oder Ohren werde er nicht angebracht, da diese Körperteile von Entführern manchmal als Beweis abgeschnitten und den Familienangehörigen zugeschickt werden. Der Chip ist nur 4 x 4 mm groß und besteht aus synthetischen und organischen Materialien. Für Röngenstrahlen sei er nicht sichtbar. An Energie benötigt er vier Milliampere, die er aus dem Körper bezieht. Eine Batterie ist also nicht nötig. Und wenn der Chip keine Signale mehr sendet, kann man davon ausgehen, daß der Träger tot ist, weil sein Körper keine Energie mehr liefert.

Die Firma sieht einen Markt für die Chips bei Prominenten, Politikern, Reichen und Managern, die sich an Orte begeben müssen, an denen die Wahrscheinlichkeit einer Entführung besteht. Allerdings werden die Kidnapper auf solche Gadgets entsprechend reagieren. Sie werden ihre Opfer genauestens absuchen und den Chip entfernen, ihre Verstecke sichern oder sie so abschirmen, daß die Signale nicht mehr zu den Satelliten gelangen.

Wahrscheinlich aber sind die Prominenten gar nicht der Markt für solche Chips. Möglicherweise dienen sie nur als freiwillige Testpersonen und helfen mit ihrem Geld, solche Überwachungsgadgets als billige Massenware herzustellen. Schließlich wären die Chips eine wunderbare elektronische Fessel, die zur Entlastung der Gefängnisse dienen könnte. Oder man implantiert sie gleich Wiederholungstätern, um sie vor neuen Verbrechen abzuhalten.

es gab ein interview mit sullivan bei www.ceocast.com. das wichtigste vorneweg: der DA-prototyp ist laut sully
im frühen herbst fertig. faire marktkapitalisierung wäre bei 1,5 Mrd.(im moment sind wir bei ca. 165 M.) sullivan
hält die adsx aktie für die beste, meist unterbewertete aktie in der wall street.
ich werfe jetzt mein sauerstoffgeraet weg, und fange wieder an eigenständig zu atmen.

Warte erst mal ab bis der Deal mit DFCO beendet ist.
Ich glaube dies wird am 08.08.00 sein. Es gibt da verschiedene Regelungen wie
die Fa. geldmäßig übernommen wird. Die Art der Bezahlung richtet sich nach dem Kurs der
ADSX-Aktie. Ich hoffe ich habe das richtig in den Ami-Charts herausgelesen.
Einigen liegt also viel daran, daß der Kurs bis dahin niedrig bleibt.

Am 15.08. gibt es Quartalszahlen.

ADSx zahlt für DFCO 1,5 ADSX Aktien je DFCO Aktie !! Unabhängig vom Kurs. Die Koppelung an den ADSX Kurs war im ersten Mergerangebot verankert, was jedoch storniert wurde, als der ADSX Kurs so brutal nach unten gerutscht ist.

Also, DFCO kostet 1,5 ADSX Aktien. DFCO hat rund 13,6 Mio Aktien zzgl. einiger Optionen in Umlauf. Die insgesamt auszugebenden Aktien betragen rund 20 Mio.
Die genauen Anmeldungen und Zahlen findet man bei der SEC.
