BulletIN.net: BulletIN.net and Mail.com partner to deliver wireless e-mail, even on
      ordinary GSM mobile phones

      THURSDAY, JULY 13, 2000 11:16 AM
      - M2 Communications

JUL 13, 2000, M2 Communications - BulletIN.net Ltd. today announced it has signed a partnership agreement with
Mail.com, Inc. that will allow Vodafone GSM mobile phone users to gain wireless access to internet e-mail. Current
Bulletinmail users will receive a free Mail.com e-mailbox and will be able to filter inbound e-mail.

Current Mail.com subscribers will be able to access their email from their wireless handset, even those phones not
enabled with wireless web capabilities (e.g.-WAP).

The agreement prepares the two companies to take advantage of the growing wireless and SMS market in the UK and
Europe. The UK represents one of the highest cellular phone market penetrations in the world, approaching 50%,
while the number of e-mails sent and received in the UK has doubled in the last year. The UK continues to represent
one of the largest sources of new customers for Mail.com.

When the service goes live, Mail.com users will see an option to forward some or all of their e-mail messages to their
phone, where the short ones will be received in the same way as ordinary SMS short messages. Longer e-mails will
be broken into multiple short messages.

Using the e-mailbox options provided by Mail.com, users will be able to choose their own e-mail filtering options such
as; by sender, urgency and time of day. Vodafone GSM subscribers will have access to advanced BulletIN features
such as single button reply, the ability to access full e-mail messages and the option to forward an e-mail to fax.

Users are also able to send an e-mail to any internet e-mail address from a GSM mobile. The user will prefix the SMS
message with the destination internet e-mail address and send it to the Bulletinmail service where it will automatically
be forwarded to the requested e-mail address.

BulletIN.net Ltd has almost 90,000 subscribers in the UK, up from just 40,000 on October 1 1999, and traffic
increased by 81% in the last quarter. The company recently announced it had received $15 million in first round
venture funding. The majority will be used to expand its advanced wireless Internet messaging services into new
markets as well as broaden its Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) product line, and support of i-MODE technology,
which is widely used in Japan and now being introduced into Europe. The company is a member of the WAP forum.

The BulletIN.net UK office in Royston comprises an energetic, ambitious team headed by Mike Holland who said "the
number of people using SMS is huge and growing, and most of those also find e-mail essential. Now they really can
read their e-mails anywhere, on the train on their way to work for example, so they`re quicker and they stay ahead of
      the game.

SMS always gets through even if you`re talking on your mobile, and BulletIN provides for proof of delivery too.
Bullet.IN.net makes people`s lives easier by giving them the choice of when and where to work and how to use their
      time.

E-mail isn`t a luxury, everyone needs to communicate, and this is a truly useful service from two companies that
understand people and how they work.

Both are dedicated to helping to change people`s lives positively. Today you don`t have to be sitting at a computer to
get your e-mails. Today you`re free from your PC."

In an article by Mobile LifeStreams entitled "SMS Before You WAP" and published in the July 2000 issue of Nonvoice
News, John Bell outlines the opportunity SMS provides to prepare people for WAP functionality. Vodafone customers
using text messaging grew from 15 to 43 percent last year, and with WAP still expensive and limited, SMS will
encourage WAP-style habits well before WAP becomes mainstream. There are about 250 million mobile users in
Europe, with European SMS messaging volumes set to reach 10 billion by the end of the year. SMS messaging is an
additional revenue source for phone companies, with SMS responsible for 6% of Vodafone`s annual turnover (they
carried 141 million SMS messages in March). Users are turning on to SMS to save money, improve speed and
decision making, cut down talk time and have fun.

Mail.com, Inc is a leading global provider of Internet messaging services to the consumer and business markets. In
the first quarter of 2000, Mail.com`s revenue soared 739% to $10 million from $1.2 million in the first quarter of 1999.

"We believe that the traditionally separate worlds of wireless and Internet are rapidly merging," noted Sam Kline,
Mail.com Chief Operating Officer. "Because Mail.com understands the wireless landscape and the variety of protocols
in place worldwide, we are developing a technology independent solution, in partnership with BulletIN.net. Our
combined solution is compatible with a wide variety of protocols including WAP (wireless application protocol), SMS
(short message service), and i-MODE will be available in the next few weeks. Mail.com is committed to extending the
reach of our customers desktop e-mail to any wireless device."

"Mail.com`s enhanced wireless product offering combines BulletIN.net`s cutting edge wireless technology with
Mail.com`s ubiquitous Webmail to provide our UK users with the most reliable e-mail service anytime, anywhere from
their personal electronic device or from their PC. This initiative is consistent with Mail.com`s continuing mission to
provide a wireless solution as part of its one stop messaging services to all of its users " added Kline.

Marlin Nelson, President, BulletIN.net Inc. said "The convergence of the internet and wireless is the most exciting
opportunity in telecommunications this decade. The capability to provide customers with their e-mail and information
content on a mobile device will dramatically change the efficiency of the work place and the individual`s life.
BulletIN.net and Mail.com are among the first to provide a customer with access to his or her e-mail while away from
the desk. This will be a life-changing event for the industry and these customers. We are extremely proud that
Mail.com has chosen BulletIN.net to be its wireless last mile strategic partner."
