Mobilcom of Jordan Selects LHS` BSCS as Its Billing and Customer Care Solution; Andersen Consulting Acts as System Integrator

ATLANTA & FRANKFURT--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 2000--LHS Group Inc. (NASDAQ: LHSG, Neuer Markt: LHI) announced today that newly founded mobile telecommunications company Mobilcom of Jordan has selected LHS` BSCS 5.21 as its customer care and billing solution. Andersen Consulting will act as systems integrator.

Mobilcom is a subsidiary of the Jordanian Telecom Company (JTC) and one of the leading GSM operators in Jordan. The formerly state-owned JTC was recently privatized and is currently 40% owned by France Telecom. LHS` BSCS solution is already used by several of France Telecom`s subsidiaries.

Mal ne Frage:
Wenn alles klar geht, bekommt man demnächst 2,6 Sema-Aktien für eine LHS.
Die Sema-Aktien bewegen sich irgendwie garnicht und stehen bei 14 Euro, das
macht denn bei 2,6 * 14 = 36,40. Das ist weniger als der aktuelle Kurs.
Tut sich da denn noch was? Wird Sema steigen?
