A month ago, I reported that we had changed auditors, and were in the process of preparing the necessary filings required to be re-listed on the OTC Bulletin Board. I am pleased to say that on May 30th we filed a form 8-K with the SEC announcing the appointment of Grant Thornton, the sixth largest accounting firm in the U.S., as our independent auditors. At the time of appointment, they informed us that because we have several subsidiaries, they would require several weeks to complete their work. Their work has proceeded on schedule, and we expect a completed audit shortly. After final amendments, board and legal approval, we will be filing an 8-K, including these financials, with the SEC.

Our discussions with the NASD indicate that once compliant, we will be immediately eligible for re-listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.

In other company news, we are pleased to report that efforts in the acquisition of content are going well, with several deals recently closed or near completion. Our goal is to secure as many rights for as long a term as possible to maximize our online and offline revenue potential.

We are continuing to test and update the beta version of the web site. We continue to receive and welcome valuable feedback from site visitors. Recently, we added a live chat feature to enable viewers to dialogue during events, and several e-commerce components have been included as well. We are confident that the coming weeks will bring us to the conclusion of the phase one beta test, with the site fully functional and available to host the variety of live and archived content we are actively seeking and acquiring.

We are in the process of moving the IR and PR functions of the company to our New York head office. Those of you who e-mail on a regular basis can expect to receive replies from Jill Schuck, who was recently brought on board to handle Investor Relations inquiries. Inquiries of a technical nature are forwarded to our technical department. You are welcome to e-mail me personally at [e-mail].

The company, as previously reported, had funds available to carry our business plan to the next level and to our next round of funding. Upon being re-listed, we will be immediately pursuing our funding options, and expect registration statements to be filed in short order.
