( Kurse, News, Diskussion ) befindet sich nach Informationen der "Platow Börse" in vielversprechenden Übernahmenverhandlungen mit einem britischen Unternehmen. Die Concept! AG setzt ihre europaweite Expansion weiter fort und übernimmt 100
Prozent der New Marketing Technologies Ltd. (NMT) in London. NMT ist eines der
führenden britischen Unternehmen im Bereich eBusiness Consulting und Produktion
von high-end Websites. NMT verfügt über zahlreiche namhafte Kunden wie
Lufthansa, AC Nielsen, Microsoft Network, Lockheed Martin, Mercedes-Benz UK

Allianz mit der Relationship Marketing Group (RMG) in Grossbritannien sehr
schnell auszuweiten. RMG ist ein global tätiges Relationship-Marketing-Network
mit internationalen Großkunden wie Daimler-ChrysIer, AT&T, Sainsbury oder
First-e bank. Concept! ist der exklusive weltweite Partner von RMG für alle
eSolution-Projekte. Mit der NMT-Übernahme gewinnt Concept! in London ein
erfahrenes Team mit ausgeprägter Beratungskompetenz, welches das gesamte
Leistungsspektrum für New Media Projekte abdeckt. Damit ist Concept! nun in der
Lage, das vorhandene Kundenpotenzial von RMG im Bereich Online-Projekte zügig
auszuschöpfen. Beim Concept! Partner RMG ist die Transaktion bereits auf
außerordentlich positive Resonanz gestoßen.
Die strategisch wichtige Akquisition erweitert die Basis für die britische
Expansion der Concept! AG und erlaubt dem Unternehmen gemeinsam mit der bereits
Ende Mai gegründeten Londoner Niederlassung einen schnellen Eintritt in den
englischen Markt. Nach der Eröffnung von Concept!-Büros in London, Madrid,
Zürich und Warschau schafft sich die Concept! AG durch die Übernahme der New
Marketing Technologies Ltd. in London ein weiteres Standbein außerhalb von
Deutschland.

Concept! AG continues its European expansion and has now taken over 100 percent
of New Marketing Technologies Ltd. (NMT) in London. NMT is one of the leading
British companies in the area of e-business consulting and the production of
high-end web sites. NMT`s client base includes a number of well-known companies
such as Lufthansa, AC Nielsen, Microsoft Network, Lockheed Martin, Mercedes-Benz

already operating profitably. With currently 25 employees, NMT`s turnover in the
financial year 2000 is expected to be approx. DM 5 million. Concept! has

London Concept! AG has now developed a further base outside of Germany following
on from the opening of Concept! offices in London, Madrid, Zurich and Warsaw.
