JERSEY CITY, N.J. and HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 27, 2000--Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation`s Pershing Division and DirectAdvice.com, Inc. announced today that they have entered into a licensing agreement that will allow Pershing to offer DirectAdvice.com`s online financial planning service to Pershing`s network of 650 independent broker-dealers.
The ability to customize DirectAdvice`s fully web-enabled, comprehensive financial planning service enables those independent broker-dealers to develop and deliver customized online financial planning services to their clients. Pershing`s customers will have the ability to integrate DirectAdvice into their existing online offerings delivered over Pershing`s NetExchange Client(TM) Internet platform.
