Hallo Amazonian,
was bewegt dich zu diesem Posting ?

>>Global Capital Management AG and main shareholder is Andreas Schmidt, the former youngest CEO in Germany and a regular columnist in the German
edition of Forbes in the early 90`s. Andreas Schmidt is well respected in the German finance and press communities.
>>GCM is a German investment company specializing in financing the global new economy. It is a major shareholder of companies in the media and entertainment sectors
http://www.global-capital.de/page/gcmframe4.htm
http://www.stockmaster.com/exe/sm/chart?Symbol=PLSO&UPT=2227
http://www.stockmaster.com/exe/sm/chart?co=b&ci=I%3ASPX&ma=n…

An Mikal..

Conclusion: By offering significant technological and price advantages Plus Solutions has created an opportunity for significant market share in the ASP/order procurement market. The addition of the company as an IBM business partner will assist in brand recognition and acceptance. Although there is competition from larger companies none of them can currently match the performance and price advantages of Expressorder™.
With the stock of PLSO trading at current levels we feel it offers tremendous upside potential as the market develops for its products. The company should see tremendous revenue growth, as the market becomes aware of the advantages of the Expressorder™ system.
das mag wallstone freuen.

Heutige Empfehlung aus thesubway.com
Company Summary: Plus Solutions Inc. (PLSO) is an Applications Services Provider (ASP) that provides Internet based business to business order management solutions. By utilizing proprietary software PLSO can enable businesses PC based order and purchasing systems that significantly reduce transaction costs compared to conventional methods. This system is built around a web-based multi-vendor catalog that combines Internet functionality and electronic technology to expedite the ordering and receiving functions of medium to large businesses ($400 million to 50 Billion). Initial industries targeted will be Hospitality, Medical, and Utility companies.
The benchmark product for PLSO is the Expressorder™ order and transaction service. Expressorder™ is an Internet based order management system that allows each corporate division to order, budget and inventory each cataloged item that is budgeted to that department. Therefore, If a company has 10,000 items that it orders from its vendors these can be departmentalized so each department can order exactly what it needs when it needs it. For example if a companies graphics department has 300 items that it uses, only those 300 items will be available to that department through the system. Being PC based the system takes very little training and transactions can be done in minutes rather than days.

Market Summary: Business to Business (B2B) is growing at a break-neck pace. Some of the nations foremost research groups estimate the following growth figures:
Businesses Connected to the Internet
1996 2000
Forrester Research: 40,000 380,000
The Yankee Group: 450,000 1.9 million
ActivMedia: 500,000 5.9 million
Companies Engaged in B2B E-Commerce
1995 95,000
1996 111,000
1997 135,000
2000 435,000
E-Commerce Revenues:
1996 2000
International Data Corp: $210 million $63 Billion
Forrester Research: $600 million $66 Billion
The Yankee Group: $ One Billion $134 Billion
While there is a difference in the numbers estimated the percentages of growth are consistent. The reason for this tremendous growth is that businesses expect to achieve significant savings and efficiencies from E-commerce. John Berry of GE estimates his company will save about $500,000,000 utilizing E-commerce over the next three years. Cisco systems estimates it will save about $363 million annually on tech support, distribution costs and marketing by utilizing E-commerce applications.
Recently, the ASP has become the hot topic in Internet based businesses and E-commerce. The reasons for this are simple. It is less expensive to develop and maintain certain IT functions when they are out-source to a company that specializes in a specific Internet related field. For example, why make the capital expenditure in hardware, software, personnel and consultants when you can buy it turnkey from an existing vendor? Many companies are not going it alone and are choosing instead to have an ASP handle these IT chores.
The competition in the Internet Procurement sector is lead by Ariba Technologies and Commerce One. Purchase and installation costs for their systems typically range in the $2-4 million range with a relatively long implementation cycle usually requiring the services of a systems integrator. Netscape has also announced that it to is entering into this market. None of these companies offer products with the outsourcing capabilities or backend order management that Expressorder™ has. Early market acceptance of these higher cost options indicates the market potential of the operating resource management marketplace.
Smaller players in the market include PurchasePro.com, AGENTics, Connect Inc., Elcom, Fisher Technologies, Harbinger Corp., Intelisys and Trade’ex among others. Again none of these offer the product or services of Expressorder™.
