MeltroniX announced that it has been accepted as an Early Adopter member in the Bluetooth(TM) SIG industry consortium. Bluetooth wireless technology is a specification for a small-form factor, low-cost radio solutions providing links between mobile computers, mobile phones and other portable handheld devices, and connectivity to the internet.





The Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG), comprised of leaders in the telecommunications, computing and network industries, is driving development of the technology and bringing it to market. The Bluetooth SIG includes promoter companies 3Com, Ericsson, IBM, Intel, Lucent, Microsoft, Motorola, Nokia, Toshiba, and 1883 Early Adopter/Associate member companies.

MeltroniX reports 100% increase in Third quarter sales
SAN DIEGO--Oct. 3, 2000--MeltroniX (OTCBB:MTNX - news) today announced revenues of $4M for the company`s third quarter ending September 30, 2000 compared to third quarter 1999 revenue of $2M.

The 100% revenue increase is primarily due to the company`s focus on high growth market segments including high speed internet networking and wireless communications equipment implemented by a new management team. The company has reported seven consecutive quarterly sales increases with this latest increase being the most significant quarterly increase since the restructuring of the company in 1999.

Ich glaube auch, das die zahlen, die hoffentlich termingerecht, herauskommen ein hammer sein müssten, obwohl sie noch einige kapazitäten offen haben.

Der Schlußkurs ist zwar überhaupt nicht berauschend, doch die Umsätze desto mehr.

Also ich würde sagen, das das nicht so schlecht ist!

MeltroniX Reports Q3 Financial Results
Revenues Increase nearly 100%
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 20, 2000--MeltroniX (OTCBB:MTNX - news) announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2000, with the filing of Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2000, revenues increased nearly 100% to $4,009,000 compared to revenues of $2,031,000 in the third quarter of 1999. The company recorded a net loss of $924,000 or $0.07 per share for the recent quarter compared to a net loss of $901,000 or $0.08 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 1999.

Open order backlog for the company increased 372% to $11.8M for the quarter ended September 30, 2000 compared to $2.5M for the quarter ended September 30, 1999. The increase in backlog is due to an overall expansion of sales to customers other than its previously largest customer.

The company`s primary management focus during the quarter ended September 30, 2000 was on expanding manufacturing operations to fulfill orders from new and existing customers while concurrently improving operating results by better utilizing existing facilities and equipment. The company believes that progress will continue to be made during the next 12 months as it seeks to define and implement business strategies aimed at returning the company to profitability.

Was passiert eigentlich, wenn Meltronix nicht an die Großen Chiphersteller liefern kann? Wer produziert dann? Ist ein Totalverlust wahrscheinlich oder wird man Meltronix ggf. unter die Arme greifen?

MTNX hab ich zugegebenerweise ein wenig aus den Augen verloren!
Zur Erinnerung: MTNX ist ein sogenannter Nischenproduzent! Sie fertigen für die großen Chiphersteller!

Letztes jahr wurde auf 7/24 umgestellt! Das Geschäftsresultat war nicht das gewünschte, worauf die Aktie tief abstürzte! Vor kurzem hatten sie mal ein E, das aber wieder weggebracht wurde!

werde mal nachgraben was es so neues gibt!
